  For every 1,000,000 Serum embryos, only 5 develop into Sphinxes. With the mental capacity of 10 humans, their genius minds are often commandeered for court advisers and government facilities. These are the cream of the crop, the physical creation of human perfection within the Revelation. All are immediately sent to P.R.I.S.M. for training after birth.     

TERMINOLOGY

S-FORM: Individuals that were genetically engineered with Serum 

ECHELON: Type of S-form and Class

ECHELON: UNDINE
              High ranking males that have gone through training for government life. The majority of court officials, they lead the court and laws under the guidance of the resident Sphinx.

ECHELON: REMINI
              Low rank S-forms who have enhanced memory capabilities. They work in offices, businesses and if they are particularly unlucky, in courts as secretaries to higher ranking S-forms. Most are taken as a joke and are called "memo pads" or "notepads" by their superiors.
