Want To Join Our Team?

Before you think about applying to join our team there are a few little things you should know:

1. Anyone can apply to join our team, whether they're a part of the lgbtq+ community or not.

2. We do not tolerate any form of hate or discrimination here and will not allow anyone who has a history of such behaviour to join our team.

3. You are not required to have any set number of followers to join our team. Nor are you required to have posted any books or even have writing experience for that matter.

4. You will need to join our discord server to communicate with the rest of our team so please only apply if you are willing to do so. (If you need help or guidance with using discord the members of our team will be happy to help!)

5. You must be at least 16 to apply to join our team. Some exceptions may be made (e.g. you turn 16 very soon or have been handpicked by our team as a younger member who is mature enough to handle responsibilities within our community).

6. You can only apply to join when we are hiring, which we currently are! So if you want to join and our forms are open, click the link found inline here to fill out a form!

What Roles Are Available?
we are not recruiting for currently closed roles

Scout - Members who look out for new books to add to our reading lists. (closed)

Admin - The leaders and main organisers of our community. These members will be in charge of overseeing all goings-on within the community and making sure our members are completing their work. Only staff members of at least 6 months can apply for this role. (1/3)

Project Manager - Project managers are members of our community similar to our admins, however they will only oversee the projects they are assigned to manage. Only staff members of at least 6 months can apply for this role. (1/4)

Graphic Designer - Members who help create official graphics for our community account and/or work in our graphic shop. (closed)

Writer - Members who help write and proofread our official books. (closed)

Interviewer - Members who will be in charge of our interview book and conducting interviews with various wattpad authors. (3/5)

Event Host - Members who will be in charge of our events, including contest and awards books. (closed)

Agony Aunt/Uncle/Person - Members who will be tasked with giving advice about a variety of topics in our advice book and advice channels in our discord server. (closed)

Reviewer - Members who will be in charge of writing reviews for our review book (project tba). (2/5)

Discord Moderator - Members who are responsible for keeping our public discord server lively and monitoring the chat to keep things appropriate. (2/5)

Contest Judge - Members who want to take part in our contests and awards as a judge. (2/6)

Promoter - Members who want to help us expand our reach and promote our projects! (0/3)
