The Ultimate Omnisapien is the result of an Omnitrix's Evolutionary Function. The Evolutionary Function puts an alien DNA through a simulation of an estimated one million years or more of the worst case scenario. The Omnisapient species has obtained a more fierce appearance and has been given stronger abilities. Their skin went from green to purple, they have a pair of sharp claws coming from the front of the dorsal side of each hand. They developed wings that allow faster travel and a second pair of eyes to enhance the peripheral vision. Their hair has turned into flames to give them a more threatening appearance. The fangs also help make it threatening.

The Ultimate Omnisapien has the abilities of all alien specie DNA stored in the Monitrix. Unlike the original version of the alien, the Ultimate version does not need to shape-shift to access the power of an alien specie. They had to become faster so they even saved the small amount of time shapeshifting so they could fight faster and be able to access to all abilities at once. If they do shape-shift, this is to add a bit more power to certain abilities. An example of this would be an Omnisapiens legs turning more into a fish tail in order to swim, this ability coming from the Piscciss Volann species.
