Home World: Betrux A17

The Plaetec that live in Betrux A17 resemble Scutigera Coleoptrata from Earth. They have tons of legs, and live just about anywhere on Betrux A17. The difference between the Plaetec and the Scutigera Coleoptrata, it that a Plaetec is massive. It is about 4 feet long, and have no eyes due to Betrux A17's atmosphere blocking all visible light, but not UV rays. The Plaetec instead has billions of tiny antennae across all it's outer exoskeleton. This antennae detect everything around it, so they are able to create a 3D map of their surroundings that has a diameter of 20 feet, so it's limited compared to that of a Traetec.

Unlike an Earth Scutigera Coleioptrata, the Plaetec eats anything that it finds, except it's own kind and plants. It is able to shoot acid acid from six pores that are on it's back capable of burning away at titanium. They are really primal, and usually stay alone, unlike a Traetec that usually travels in packs. This horrifying insect usually hunts Genoetecs, a large wasp-like insect in Betrux A17, but it is also known for being able to take on many Traetecs at once.
