Omnisapiens are an alien specie created due to an error of the Omnitrix that belonged to an alternate Ben Tennyson. When the malfunction occurred, all alien DNAs in the Omnitrix were destroyed. Due to the malfunction, the Omnitrix was forced to create a replacement, so it created a new specie made up of the combination of all old DNA samples. The specie resembles an humanoid lizard with green skin, a tail, and is covered in Omnitrix symbols.

The powers of an Omnisapien are varied. He is able to change the appearance and properties of his limbs. When this happens, the limbs appear to be that of a different alien species. This allows an Omnisapien to use hundreds of different powers from any alien specie it holds within. Due to the ability to use more than one alien ability, Omnisapiens can be amazingly powerful.

Omnisapiens also have two different forms that are more advanced. Called the Ultimate Omnisapiens and the Omni Enhanced Omnisapiens. They can be seen in two future chapters.
