Home World: Betrux A17

This specie lives in the dark planet Betrux A17. The planet is covered by an atmosphere that let's UV rays through, but not visible light. This has caused for the Genoetecs to not have evolved normal eyes. Genoetecs resemble Earth's wasp. The major difference is that they are actually huge. Their size is actually 6 feet long. They fly above the grasp of many predators, but will come down to hunt. They usually hunt alone.

Their stingers, unlike those of an Earth wasp, have a very potent poison that will inflict great pain on it's victim, before killing them. The poison is potent enough to kill an Earth Blue Whale in five minutes, the poison on smaller beings in Betrux A17 usually takes 2 minutes to kill. Another ability that the Genoetecs has is that it has Thermal Vision. Since Betrux A17 only allows UV rays into the planet, there is still heat. The Genoetec perceives this heat and is able to fly around hunting other species. Their Thermal Vison is limited to 40 feet around them.

They are the prey of the Plaetec. While the Plaetec is not able to fly, it is able to shoot acid poison. The Plaetecs usually shoot their acid poison into the eyes of a Genoetec, and burn away their eyes before they are able to get close. This makes the Genoetec blind, and causes it to land, where a Plaetec is able to eat it. The Genoetec is known for being an amazing hunter, but can be easily stopped if one where to attack it's eyes.
