This specie of dragons are know for their skeletal appearance. Part of the Mystery Class of dragons, they are believed to be a myth due to being rare to see. Naturally their skin appears to be green or gray, though it is hard to see under their armor made of bones. Unlike most dragons that have hard scales, Boneknappers have soft and thin skin. This is why they collect bones to build themselves an armor. The armor usually is made of other dragon's bones, and it protects most of their bodies. The armors have long horns, and at the end of their tails is a club made of bones for attack.

The Titan Wing Boneknappers have orange, pinkish skin with many brown dots on their wings. Their armor remains the same, except the club is a bit smaller, and they have a sharp dragon skull. All Bonekappers are able to shoot bursts of fire matching in size those of the Red Death. Except their fire is not as hot. They collect bones from other dragons, and some specific bones from other dragons can even help them have stronger shouts. They are perfectionists when it comes to their armor, and are normally not hostile to humans. They can also become friendly when offered bones.
