(Dan's POV)The next morning, I woke up in the familiar hold of my boyfriend's arms. Boyfriend. I could call Phil my boyfriend. I was so happy Phil was mine, I really loved this boy. I looked over and he was awake, staring at the ceiling again. "You okay?" I asked softly so as to not startle him. Phil nodded, "Yeah, better now that I'm with you, but I want to talk to my mom today." I asked, concerned, "Do you need me to come with you?" Phil bit his lip, anxious. Phil had asked so much of Dan and his friends since meeting him and he felt as if he was starting to push it at that point."Do you mind? I feel like you've already done so much for me," Phil said. I smiled comfortingly, "Phil, I don't mind coming. I'd do anything for you. If you want me to go, I will." Phil returned my grin and said, "Thank you, Dan. Okay, well, when do you want to go?""Whenever you're ready.""Can we get up and go now before I change my mind?" Phil asked, the nervousness beginning to get to him. I nodded, "If that's what you want to do, I don't mind." Phil sat up, "Okay, let's get up then." I called out, "Wait. This comes at one small price." Phil looked over at me, confused."You have to give me a kiss."He smirked and leaned over and kissed me. It was quick but very passionate. It was enough to prepare me for the emotional day.
