Chapter 1: Jimin

"Mom, are you sure that this will help?" I asked with a sigh as I dug out my schoolbooks. "Does he have to come here?"

"He's your personal tutor," my mother insisted. "And if he doesn't help you, then I don't know what to do. Do better in school."

"I know," I said, sitting down at my desk. "You'll just send him up here, right?" The doorbell rang from downstairs.

"That should be him," she said with a smile. "I'll have him come right up here. You be good and learn. I've gotta get to work, okay?'

"Yes, Mom," I said, nodding before I waved to her. "Have a good day."

"You too, sweetheart," she said before she slipped out; exhaled again, and slumped in my seat slightly. Already had to quit my job at the café. I missed Taehyung and Seokjin terribly. I couldn't talk to them nearly as much. And then there was my brother, Bogum. He always went down to see them, only to see Seokjin, but it still bothered me. They were my friends.

"He's right upstairs," I heard my mother said. "It's the room on the left. Door's open. I've got to get to work, but I've left my work number and my cell on the fridge for you in case you have an emergency." I heard the front door and then footsteps coming up the stairs. There was a gentle knocking on my open door.

"Hi," I said, moving to greet my tutor. "I'm Jimin- " I cut myself off when I saw who my tutor was. "Oh... shit..."

"Oh, shit indeed," he said with a chuckle. "Would you care to tell me about how I know nothing about melons again? Or shall we skip that part and get right to business?" I let out a nervous giggle.

"U-um, y-y-," I stammered out. "I-it was... I mean... I just..." I averted my gaze to him.

"Nothing to say?" he teased with amusement. He came over to the desk and set down his bag. "Jimin, it's nice to meet you properly. I'm Yoongi, and I'm going to be your tutor."

"Yay," I said, trying to be excited about it. "So much yay..." Oh, God, why him? Why him, of all people? I want to be invisible.

"I've seen a few of your assignments, and a couple of report cards," he admitted as he sat down in the other chair. "Why don't we start with what you've got for homework? It'll help me see how you work so I can get a further idea of what you can and can't do."

"Right," I said, letting out a breath as I got comfortable and picked out an assignment. "This is my English homework."

"Let's see it," he encouraged. I nodded and opened up my textbook before looking over my worksheet. I frowned as I tried to mouth the words. English was really hard.

"Mr. Park, as I respect on you. As I see on your workbook, you're not good at English, maths and other subjects but I'm impressed you like science.!"

"Thanks!"

-------------

"Com... com... com... it..." I struggled to say.

"Slowly," he mumbled.

  "Commitment."

"Commit... ment," I drawled. "Commitment is to..." I trailed off and frowned.

"Loy..." he started for me.

"Loy... al... ty," I sounded out. "Loyalty. And be... tray... al is to..." I looked in my textbook.

"The opposite of loyalty," he encouraged.

"Um..." I looked at my book more. "This one."

"Disloyalty," he said with a nod. "Very good." I smiled and wrote the word slowly. "Just so you know, I picked out perfect melons that day." I blinked a few times. "I know a thing or two."

"Do not," I whispered as I looked at the next problem.

"You made a scene, you know," he pointed out. "Very naughty of you, Jimin." I blushed at his tone and let out a soft breath, focusing on my work. "I suppose you wouldn't be nearly as well-behaved as that brother of yours, hm?" I gazed at him.

"What would you know about my brother?" I asked, curiously.

"Bogum, right?" he said with a chuckle. "Handsome. And from the way your mother spoke of him when she hired me, he must be brilliant." I huffed softly. "I'd love to meet him properly."

"No," I said, looking at my worksheet again. "Are you going to help me or not?"

"I'm helping, just making conversation too," he reassured. "I bet he wouldn't yell at me over melons."

"He would too!" I snapped. "You do not know how to check if melons are ripe or not! The melons you picked out are probably unripe. You didn't make sure they were ready." He tilted his head. "Go away. I don't need your help."

"You do," he insisted. "Do your work." I closed my textbook and crossed my arms. "Oh, you're going to be a baby now? Well, maybe you need to be punished like a baby then so you know you did wrong."

"Don't touch me," I blurted. He pulled me across his lap and spanked me without warning. I yelped and fell off him, sitting on the floor as I gazed at him in disbelief.

"You want to be a bratty baby, then you'll get treated like one," he stated. "I'm here to help you, Jimin, if you want it."

"G-get out," I squeaked, my face hot from embarrassment. "Get out! Go away!" He stood up and sighed as he grabbed his bag.

"I'll be back tomorrow to help you," he said, gazing at me. "I assume you'll be a much more cooperative student than."

"O-out," I insisted, gesturing to the door. He left. I listened until I heard the front door close downstairs. I grabbed my phone and whined a little as I texted Taehyung.

/My tutor spanked me!/

It took a few minutes for him to answer back.

He what? Jimin, are you serious?

I called him and got up, sitting on my bed. I waited until I heard him answer before I immediately tried to tell him everything that had just happened.

"He spanked me, and he called me a bratty baby, and he's the guy from the melons!" I said with one breath.

"Calm down," Taehyung insisted quickly. "Breathe, Jimin." I took in a deep breath and whined.

"Him, I can 't tutor me can't," I said firmly. "I have to get a new one."

"You won't be able to do that," he pointed out. "Your mom won't believe you, she'll think you're trying to get out of having a tutor."

"I know," I said, flopping on my bed. "This isn't fair."

"How about I stop by after work?" he suggested. "I'll see if Jin can come too."

"Please," I said with an eager nod.

"I'll see you in a while," he promised before he hung up suddenly. I set my phone aside and whined again.

"Why is this happening to me?" I complained. "Why?"

----—

"Taehyung told me about what happened to you? Even he's your tutor, he has no right to spank you.," Jin hyung scolds, drinking his tequila.

"I cannot ask my mother to replace him. My brother recommended him to my mother!" I frowned lamely.

"Jin hyung! I know Bogum hyung like you. Use your charm against Jiminie tutor! " Taehyung weird suggestion. Jin hyung was hyung, drank his last shot and stand up to his seat.

"If I were the two of you, stop your ridiculous idea. I guess... Jiminie, you need to tell your brother and your mother about it." I nodded.

----------

"What!!! No way!!!!," I shouted.

"I and your brother already discussed it. According to Mr. Min you 're not focusing here." My mother said.

"I'm sorry Chim, from now on your lesson going to be held in Yoongi's apartment." Bogum hyung cooed, leaving me annoyingly.

"I'm doomed! I'm having a private lesson with that watermelon guy,! "
