Sweaty and completely out of breath, we lay next to each other. Zhan turned to me and caressed me as we kissed each other. "I've never met anyone who wanted sex as much as you do." He told me smiling as he cleaned my stomach and chest with a wet wipe.

"I've wanted to have sex for so long. But I couldn't find anyone to do it with." I replied. I looked up at his body and saw all my bite marks. I grinned and touched them.

"Well then, I'm glad I could help you."

"Mmm, I've never felt so great. And I've never had this much fun either."

"How about a repeat then?"

"The night is still young. We're welcome to do it a few more times Zhan."

"I meant more like regularly. Because you know, I think you're really cute and I'm starting to like you."

"Ahm, I'm not looking for a boyfriend. I just wanted something casual."

"But I don't want to give you up."

"Why not?"

"Mhhh, I think I'm madly in love with you."

"What? How now? After only having sex once?"

"Sure. Why not?"

"But that's not even possible."

"Why not? There is love at first sight, after all."

"But I'm not looking for a boyfriend."

"Nevertheless, I won't leave your side from now on. And who knows, maybe you'll fall in love with me after all."

"Um, that sounds crazy."

"Oh, come on. Just let me stay by your side."

"I don't know. It's weird."

"So what? I just want to be with you."

"I'll think about it."

"Good, and until you do, we'll make this a night to remember."

"Are you ready again?"

"Sure I am. How about you?"

"Ready to rock." I replied and we fell for each other again.

That he fell in love with me, I somehow can't believe. It happened too fast. He doesn't even know me.

After a crazy night in which we did it four times, Zhan woke me up by kissing me and making me drink from his blood again. His blood which tastes sweet and makes me all horny for him. We had sex one more time before I finally got myself together to take a shower and then had to make my way home.

But before Zhan let me go, he kissed me again passionately and told me, "Since I'm totally in love with you, I'm going to follow you from now on."

I looked at him with a mixture of disbelief and confusion and shrugged my shoulders. After all, he doesn't know where I live, where my office is, and he doesn't have my cell phone number. And if that's true and the wolf who saved my life is his grandfather who kills vampires, then Zhan better stay away from me. Because I think his grandfather would be anything but thrilled if he found out his grandson was involved with a vampire.

An hour later I arrived home and really just wanted to go to bed and sleep. But Youn was already waiting for me. He immediately got up from the sofa and came towards me. Like stupid he waved his hands in front of me and wanted an explanation about my last night. Shit, I had completely forgotten about his phone call.

"Who was that guy? How did you meet him? Why did you go with him? Is he still alive?" He asked me.

"Um his name is Xiao Zhan and he's a werewolf. I met him in the restroom at the restaurant. I went with him because I really wanted to sleep with him. And sure enough, he's still alive. Oddly enough, vampires can have really good sex with werewolves without hurting each other."

"Oh come on! A werewolf? You expect me to believe that?"

"You don't have to believe me. But it's true."

"How do you know?"

"He had the same eyes as the wolf who saved me. Turns out that wolf was his grandfather. And you know what? I could bite him and drink from him without him being able to turn. His blood tasted so incredibly delicious that I couldn't get enough of it. And he let me drink his blood on my own."

"Um Yibo! You can't be serious right now!"

"Yes I am!"

"And will you see him again? Or is it just going to be this one night?"

"Well, I just wanted to have this night with him. But stupidly, I guess he fell in love with me and said he'd follow me from now on. But don't worry, he doesn't know my address, he doesn't know about my office, and he doesn't have my cell phone number."

"So someone else whose heart you're breaking?"

"Mhhh?"

"It's okay Yibo. But what are you going to do if he finds you anyway?"

"I don't know. Right now I don't think that..." And suddenly the doorbell rang and I had a very bad feeling.

Youn went to open the door and I heard him talking softly. But when I went to check, it was just Youn's new guy he's having an affair with. Whereas I think the two of them are already having more than just an affair. Wooseok, at least to Youn, seems to be more than he's letting on so far.

I let Wooseok into the apartment so I could escape Youn and his questions. I desperately needed sleep. But as I lay in my bed, I couldn't help thinking about Zhan. Could he really find me? And, might he really be in love with me? If so, what am I going to do?

Granted, last night was great and I had an insane amount of fun. I also find him totally handsome and really sexy. But, I'm not in love with him and I don't want to have a relationship with him. I just get along with myself, how should I let someone else into my life?

Although I was really tired, sleep was out of the question. My thoughts were going around in circles and something was wrong between Seungyoun and Wooseok. Because I heard the two of them arguing in Youn's room. Thanks to my well-developed senses as a vampire, I could even understand some of what they were saying.

So apparently Youn and Wooseok have been in a relationship for almost 9 months and Wooseok wishes Youn would finally tell me about it. Also, Wooseok wishes that Youn would move in with him as promised. Mhhh, my best friend is keeping some secrets from me! And then he dares to ask me to tell him everything?

I would have loved to get up and go to the two of them. I would have made an announcement to Youn about what a lousy best friend he is when he doesn't even tell me such important things. He's been in a relationship for nine months and even plans to move in with his boyfriend and doesn't tell me anything?

What is he actually thinking? I'm happy for him when he finally finds someone he likes. And when he moves out, I finally have my apartment to myself again. Not that it bothers me when he lives here. But I always liked it better to live alone. Because I like to run naked through the apartment. But not if someone lives with me who could see me like that.

When Youn said to Wooseok that I needed him and that's why he couldn't just move out, I was fed up. I got up, put on clean clothes, and left the apartment. I had no idea where to go. It was still daytime and the sun was shining on this cold winter day. So I didn't want to walk around outside any longer than necessary.

I went to the small park in front of my apartment complex and sat down on a bench. I stared at the frozen pond in front of me and wondered what it felt like to freeze? Within a year, I had completely forgotten about it. I never thought such a thing was even possible.

As I sat there for a while, I tried to think of the warm feeling from last night. As my heart raced so fast, a warmth spread throughout my body that I hadn't felt in a long time. And now I was beginning to miss that feeling. Just as I missed feeling the cold.

"Hmph, do I really need this wolf to make me feel like a human?" I asked myself quietly.

"I can make you feel like one anytime you let me." Whispered someone behind me.

Startled, I turned around and saw Zhan. Had he been following me and was that why he knew where I lived? "How did you find me here?" I asked him, intentionally leaving his offer unanswered.

"I followed your scent. It's easy for me."

"Is that so?"

"Yes."

"So what now? Why are you here?"

"Well, I'm a faithful wolf."

"Haha, do you follow your master?"

"Sure I do, if that's how you want to see yourself. I don't care as long as I can be around you."

"That sounds totally weird."

"Maybe."

"Don't you have anything better to do than follow me Zhan?"

"No. I came back recently and I'm here all alone. My pack is out of town. So I have a lot of time to follow my cute vampire."

"Your pack mhm?"

"Yeah."

"I would have offered you a hot cup of tea. But my best friend is having a fight with his boyfriend in my apartment right now. Guess what, they've been in a relationship for 9 months and my best friend didn't tell me about it."

"You're mad about that, aren't you?" Zhan asked and sat down on the bench with me. He put his arm around me and I immediately felt the warmth emanating from him. Awww that comforting warmth.

I rested my head on Zhan's shoulder and replied, "I'm kind of upset yes. I would have been happy for him after all if he had told me. And his boyfriend even wants him to move in with him. But he said to his boyfriend earlier that he can't move because I need him. But that's not true."

Zhan stroked my face and hair and said, "Maybe he's just not ready yet. Maybe he can't admit to being in love yet."

"Pah, you've already told me after one time of sex that you're madly in love with me and seem very sure about it."

"That's different. As a wolf, I know exactly what I want. And I want you."

"But I'm still not looking for a boyfriend."

"And yet you enjoy my closeness."

"Yes. Because I feel a warmth with you that I haven't felt in a year. I feel human in your presence. And I like that."

"If you let me, I'll make you feel that way as much as you want."

"That's not the point. It's not like I don't like you, or that I didn't enjoy last night very much. But getting into a relationship, that's one thing I don't want. Even before I became a vampire, I thought that way. Even then, I didn't want a boyfriend."

"Why not?"

"Because I don't want to be tied down to anyone. Relationships very rarely last. Take my parents. They both got divorced. They sold their house and both moved abroad. Each of them to a different country. I always thought their love was strong and their marriage was good. But overnight, they suddenly said they never really loved each other and divorced. And my big brother told me that love is just a chemical reaction of the brain."

"So does that mean you don't believe in love either?"

"No, I don't." I replied.

Suddenly Zhan kissed me very gently and I felt my heart speed up again. Then he smiled and asked me, "How does it make you feel when I kiss you like this?"

I lied and said, "Nothing. Everything is the same as always." I don't know why I lied. I just don't want to get into a relationship if it's not going to last anyway. And what do I know about Zhan?

"Okay. We can work on that." He said in response. He wrapped both arms around me and kissed me again. I returned his kiss and felt my entire body begin to respond to him. But not because I only wanted sex again. But because that warm feeling spread through me again and I even got goosebumps when a cold breeze brushed me.

"Let me stay by your side for a while. And then if you still don't feel anything for me, I will go and leave you alone. But give me this one chance Yibo." He said as he broke the kiss after a few minutes.

I nodded and decided, I would let him stay by my side though. But I would show him that he can't get me to have a relationship with him. Love is not real and he will have to realize that too.
