Chapter 13
Adam groans from the pain of his backside as he rolls over to face his sleeping husband. Was that a d*mn smile on his face? Here he was feeling like his butt hole had been ripped wide open and the man responsible was lying here smiling in his sleep.
"Oh, well." Adam says softly. "At least I know that it was me that put that beautiful smile back on your face."
Adam reaches over and gently wipes the sweat from his lover's forehead. It broke his heart to wake him. It was late before the cell actually cooled off enough for them to go to sleep. But it was visitation day and Tim would never forgive him if he let him miss seeing his mom.
"Hey, you." Adam says as he shakes his lover's shoulder.
"What?" Tim mumbles lazily without moving.
"We need to get up and get ready." Adam says as he leans over and kisses his husband on the cheek.
"Why?" Tim asks with a yawn. "I just wanna sleep before it gets too hot."
"Okay, you sleep. I'll just tell your mom that you couldn't make it for visitation." Adam smirks as he slowly gets out of bed.
"Today is visitation?" Tim asks, finally opening his eyes.
"Yep, and we're already running late. But at least we've already had showers." Adam answers as he begins to get dressed. "But if you'd rather sleep....."
"No, I'm getting up." Tim replies as he quickly raises up and sits on the side of the bed.
"I feel like I've been run over by a semi-truck." Adam groans as he puts on his pants.
"Why?" Tim asks before smiling and hanging his head as the blonde raises his eyebrows at him. "Sorry."
"Well, I guess I asked for it." Adam chuckles through his pain. "But at least I put a smile on that grumpy face."
"Have I really been that bad?" Tim asks as he reaches for his clothes.
"Heat tends to make people grumpy. It doubles when it's too hot to have sex." Adam smiles. "Timmy without sex is a very grumpy Timmy."
"Last night was very ... satisfying." Tim smirks as he wraps his arms around his husband. "Maybe it will get me through for a little while."
"God, I hope so. I don't think my butt hole could handle any more right now." Adam chuckles. "We need to go."
As they walk out of their cell holding hands, they see Avi slipping on his shoes. Chance had stayed in the cell with him but was already gone.
"Morning, Sunshine." Tim smiles. "Where's Chance?"
"He said that he and Rob had an errand to run." Avi says. "You seem awfully cheerful this morning. You must have gotten you some last night."
"Boy, did he." Adam says, shaking his head. "Forgive me if I'm walking a little weird today." He adds with a chuckle.
"What else is new." Avi laughs as the trio makes their way downstairs for breakfast.
~~
"This is different." Tim says looking through the gate at the canopies set up over each table.
"Yeah, they didn't want the visitors to get too hot." Tommy says as he unlocks the gate.
"So thoughtful of them to think about the visitors why we're roasting in our cells." Tim replies with a chuckle.
"Well, after that speech you made yesterday that may all change." Tommy says as he opens the gate.
"I sure hope so." Tim says as he leads the way through the gates.
The yard was already filling up with visitors.
Avi had spotted his parents and headed off in their direction.
"Do you see them?" Adam asks as his eyes scan the crowd.
"No. They'd be a lot easier to find if they weren't so d*mn short." Tim chuckles.
A young boy sudden grabs Tim around the waist, taking him by surprise.
"I think someone has lost a kid." Tim chuckles slightly as he gives his husband a strange look.
"That happens to be my kid, brother dear." Emily smiles as she walks over and hugs her older brother.
"This is ...." Tim was at a lost for words as he looks down a the little boy.
"This is Blaine. Your nephew." Dena says with a smile after she hugging Adam. She was giving Tim time with the nephew he had never met.
Tim slowly squats down in front of the young boy.
"Well, hey, Kiddo." Tim smiles.
"Hi, Uncle Tim." Blaine says as he throws his arms around his uncle's neck.
Tears fill the brunette's eyes as he glances up at his sister.
"He was so excited about finally getting to meet you today." Emily smiles through her own tears.
"This is exciting and a shock." Tim says as he holds Blaine's hand as they follow his family back to the table.
"Are all these people mean, Uncle Tim?" Blaine asks quietly as he sat down between Tim and Adam on the bench.
"No, Blaine, they're not all bad people. A lot of them are really nice guys. They were just put into a situation that they didn't handle very well." Tim answers.
"Like you?" Blains asks, looking up at his uncle.
"Yeah, like me. Blaine, I did something very bad that I shouldn't have done. That's the reason I'm here." Tim answers.
"Will you ever be able to get out of here?" Blaine asks.
"No, Kiddo. I won't ever be able to leave." Tim sighs.
"I'm sorry." Blaine says as a tear rolls down his cheek.
"Buddy, you got nothing to be sorry for. I did this to myself." Tim says, putting his arm around his nephew. "I'm doing okay though. You don't have to worry about your Uncle Tim." Tim adds with a smile as he ruffles the young boy's hair. "So, no tears, okay?"
"Blaine, honey, this is Adam. He and your Uncle Tim are married." Dena says with a smile.
"So you are my uncle too?" Blaine asks with a smile.
"Yeah, I guess I am." Adam smiles down at the young boy.
"That's awesome." Blaine giggles as he gives Adam a hug.
"I got some exciting news to tell you, Tim." Emily smiles.
"I can always use some good news." Tim chuckles.
"You want to tell him, Blaine?" Emily smiles at her son.
"Uncle Tim, guess what?" The little boy giggles.
"What?" Tim smiles down at his nephew.
"I'm going to be a big brother!" Blaine announces proudly.
"No sh..." Tim stops himself and turns his eyes back to his sister. "Uh, no kidding!"
"No kidding." Emily laughs. "Blaine is going to have a little brother."
"Well, I hope to get to see him before he's half-grown like Blaine." Tim says, raising a brow. "And it would be nice to meet my brother-in-law too."
"Well, there's a problem with that. Justin works every day that you guys have visitation. But he was the one to urge me to come to visit you." Emily replies.
"Tell him that I said thanks and that I owe him one." Tim smiles.
"I will and I promise to bring Jace before he graduates high school." Emily smirks.
"You better." Tim chuckles.
"I was talking to Samuel before y'all came out. He was telling us that you led a meeting with the governor yesterday." Dena says.
"Yeah, I just hope it did some good." Tim sighs.
"We're asking for fans for each of the cells. Dena, you wouldn't believe how hot and muggy it is in there." Adam adds.
"Oh, Honey, I can imagine." Dena says.
"Uncle Tim?" Blaine whispers as he tugs on the brunette's sleeve. "Memaw brought you a bunch of cookies and some fudge. But they told me not to tell you too loud. Why?"
"Well, because if they find out just how good your Memaw's cookies are, then they'll all want some and there wouldn't be any left for Adam and me. And then she'll have to bake cookies for everyone." Tim says.
"That's a lot of cookies." Blaine nods as he looks around at all the inmates.
"And they are so good that we really don't want them to eat them all." Adam adds.
"Wait a minute..." Tim whispers as he leans toward his mother. "You brought fudge?"
"Mhmm, your favorite, chocolate with peanut butter." Dena says softly.
"Shut up." Tim says causing Dena to laugh.
"Uh, Uncle Tim? I don't know what they are teaching you in here but you're not supposed to tell your mommy to shut up." Blaine says with a raised brow. "It will get you in a lot of trouble, believe me." He nods.

Until next time .... ✌️
