Human AU (I'm a sucker for Logicality in the morning omg)

Patton walked into the kitchen, rubbing his eyes. He hadn't slept so soundly in ages, and getting out of the bundle of warmth and comfort of bedsheets he'd wrapped himself up in the night before felt like the greatest struggle he'd ever faced.

And now, after throwing on the first shirt he'd seen, some shorts, completing his morning routine and almost tripping while he descended from the stairs, he was ready for some breakfast.

On his way, he'd already mentally prepared himself to the fact that he was gonna have to make it himself, and honestly he didn't really feel like it. 

"Good morning, Honey. I thought you might still be a bit drowsy after waking up so I made pancakes. They might not be up to your usual standard, because my cooking has always been rather mediocre, but I followed your recipe step-by-step, and I think they look quite nice, so-"

Logan's voice was cut off as Patton kissed him swiftly on the tip of his nose, a small giggle escaping his lips.

"Thank you, Logie...I love you."

A soft smile appeared on the other's face. "As do I, Honey..."

What a lovely morning that was.

As the two lovers stepped into the field, the shorter one made a sound of excitement. The earth was completely covered by flowers, most of them yellow and white, and bees, ladybugs and butterflies swarmed around circling flowers to collect pollen. The sky was light blue, as small puffy white clouds popped up in random spots, making the view unique. 

The tees in the distance seemed to dance along with the wind as two boys walked around hand in hand, breathing in the fresh air and basking in each other's presence.

Neither said anything, they were afraid they would break the spell of this breathtaking piece of nature their eyes had been blessed with, but still, the gazes they shared in the silence spoke more than a thousand words. 

Somehow, it made them feel even more in love with each other, a thing that they'd usually never considered possible.

It was lovely.

As Patton adjusted his shell necklace and bracelets, he smiled fondly, remembering the day his boyfriend had given them to him. At the time, they didn't live together like they did now, so every so often, for example every other meeting they had, they would bring each other a small present.

Logan had started out the tradition by giving Patton that jewelry on their second date, and now, Patton wore it every single day. 

If something bad happened, he'd glance down at his wrists, survey the white and light pink shells, alternated by small blue pearls, and smile as happy memories flooded back to him. 

To Patton, those bracelets and that necklace meant the world to him, much like Logan did. They were lifesavers, and he knew he'd hold onto them till death did him and his lover part.

Human Roomates AU (Ex-Punk!Logan  AU)

Logan was trying very hard not to stomp on the floor, as to do so would be childish of him, but it was proving exceptionally hard as his boyfriend laughed, rolling on the couch. 

"Patton, it really is not that amusing, come on, it was just a small phase-"

He was cut off as Patton was hit by a whole new wave of giggles, so now Logan simply stood there, waiting, arms crossed as his boyfriend's laughter died down. Salty tears were brimming out of Patton's eyes from giggling so hard, and his lips revealed a huge grin as he desperately tried to catch the breath he'd lost while laughing his head off.

Eventually, he managed to get out some confused words contaminated by occasional giggles in the middle. "I'm s-sorry, Lo, but- Pfffft! You, uh, y-you were singing 'I'm Not Ok (I Promise)' ahah-and! And! Pft, ok, ok...Whooo...You had a Punk phase...an- ahahha!-"

"Umph...It was only for a couple months, when I was fifteen. I do not know who gave you that footage, but let whoever it was know there will be consequences."

Patton just smiled fondly, placed a small kiss on the other's cheek and walked over to his room, the occasional giggle escaping his lips.

He had to remember to thank Roman for sending him that video...
