Lexi  sat down at his friend's table. Where Farlan family was talking about prince Mika's new bride. Eren. He listened carefully as Isabel pulled a necklace that Lexi clearly saw Eren wearing out.
"She gave this to us when she saw us in the street begging today! She told us to keep it! She even gave us enough coins to last a week!" Isabel said. Which made Lexi spit out her drink in shock. She knew the Jeager family was generous, but to give such a expensive necklace like that was rare. Lexi thought back to the plan they were discussing. She was certainly going to regret it though.

Erin's POV

"You did what?!!!" Mika yelled.
"I gave them the necklace. So what?" I argued.
"You have a filthy old peasants a fucking expensive necklace? What the hell Erin !" Mika yelled. What's so bad about being generous huh Mika?
"Why are so mad at me? Am I not aloud to be nice to them? They were suffering!" I argued.
"You should've left the filthy bitches to rot! They are peasants! No one cares about them!" Mika yelled. I snapped.
"What the hell did you just call them! They are your fucking subjects! You should treat them with respect!" I yelled back.
Mika raised his hand.
"Don't you talk back to me!" Mika yelled, as he slapped my face. Causing me to fall down. Did he seriously just hit me? No. No fuck this. I'm not marrying this selfish wife abuser! I'd rather die!
"E-Eren-" I cut Mika off.
"Don't even try to make an excuse. I've seen enough to know I'm not interested. I don't care if tension rises between our families because of this, because it's what you deserve! I am not a woman who can just be pushed around without putting up a fight! You should know better!" I yelled. There is no way on heaven or earth that I will stay with that monster!
"E-Eren I'm so-" I cut him off again.
"I'm done Mika! Don't even talk to me! The second that the sun rises again, I'm packing my bags and leaving! Understood!" I yelled,as I stormed out of the room.
"Your highness I heard your argument. Would you like me to alert the servants to start packing your bags?" A servant named Petra asked.
"Yes. By the way, I want everything packed up asap! I can't stand another minute I'm this castle because of Mika!" I growled.
"Your majesty, what would make you feel better?" Petra asked, not needing to ask if I was okay or not. I guess that why Petra was my favorite servant. She never needed to ask if I was okay, she'd instantly know. She had been with me since I was 7 Her family offered her as a slave but my family promoted her to my babysitter. Since I was young and Petra was 18 at the time. Plus my parents were busy. So She agreed to it. I sighed.
"Maybe some food. I'd like to talk to his parents first though." I said.
"At your service miss." Petra said, as she went off to do her job. I sighed and walked towards Mrs Ackerman and Mr Ackerman's room.

I watched as the trees passed by the carriage. I looked out them as it had been an hour since we left.
"I'm sorry about what Prince Mika did to you. He doesn't deserve to have a gem like you." Erwin said. Petra was sitting next to me.
"You know, the roads a bit more bumpy then I remember it being." Petra said. Then all the sudden the carriage came to a halt.
"Huh? What's going on?" I asked.
"I'll go check it out, you stay here." Erwin said, as he exited the carriage. But he forgot to close the door. As I couldn't help but peek out the door. Apparently, a tree had fallen over onto the road. Great. Now I have to wait longer. Then all the sudden, a hidden figure came inside.
"Huh?-" my words were cut off as I felt a gag being stuffed into my mouth and my hands being tied. Petra tried to stop them but she was attacked by someone else. I struggled. What the hell was happening? Did Mika send people to kidnap me? But I felt something hit my neck hard. As I fell unconscious.
