Today was the day of the Genin orientation, where everyone who passed the graduation exam was going to be assigned their new team.

Haruko was currently at the breakfast table eating breakfast with her mother, father, her little brother Nawaki and older twin sister Tsunade by one hour. As well as her grandmother.

"So, are you both excited about meeting your new team?" A beautiful woman with long sunny blonde hair and brown asked, looking at Tsunade and Haruko.

"Of course, mom, soon we're going to become strong kunoichi!" Tsunade cheered.

"I'm excited as well, but of course, the training as Genin won't be easy," Haruko replied.

"That correct the path from here will just get more difficult," Their father told them.

"What exactly is your goal? You're aiming for as a ninja?" Mito asked.

"I personally haven't decided yet," Haruko said.

"I want to be the strongest female ninja and maybe something else along the way," Tsunade said.

"Ninja!" Nawaki cheered cutely.

"Yeah, that's right, Nawaki," Haruko chuckled at her two-year-old brother. "Well, I'll see you later after orientation," She said, standing up once she was done eating.

"I'm coming. Wait for me, Haruko," Tsunade said, getting up as well.

"Alright, girls, have a good day," Their mom said.

"We will," The twins said as they headed off for the Academy with new headbands on their foreheads.

Haruko and Tsunade, we're walking to the academy as villagers kindly freet them for being the granddaughters of the First Hokage.

"Good morning Senju Princess."

"Morning," Haruko kindly greeted back, even if she didn't like being treated like a princess just because of her grandfather.

"Haruko-nee, who are you hoping to be on a team?" Tsunade asked.

"I don't know; I guess being on a team with Seiki would be nice; not sure about the other person," Haruko replied. "What about you?" She asked.

"I want Orochimaru on my team, that for sure. I don't care about the other person as long as it is not an Uchiha Jiraiya, " Tsunade said with a dreamy smile and then frowned as she mentioned Uchiha and Jiraiya.

"I get you like Orochimaru, but you know being all fangirlish might freak him out," Haruko sighed."Also, I get why you don't want Jiraiya on your team, but not all the Uchiha are jerks."

"You're just saying that so you won't have competition, and you only don't think that about the Uchiha because you don't have to sit near one every day," Tsunade muttered.

'I love Tsunade, but she can sometimes be a real pain.' Haruko thought as they continued their walk to the academy in silence.

Haruko was now in the classroom sitting next to Seiki and a Nara that was in her class.

While there, sensei was standing at the front of the classroom holding a clipboard, and there were jounin standing behind him.

"Congratulations, everyone. You are now full-fledged ninjas. However, you are only Genin, but tough challenges are to come. You'll be put on a squad of three and will work under jounin sensei to carry out missions," He announced.

"Hopefully, I get put in a good squad," Seiki said.

"Well, we're about to find out," Haruko replied.

"The groups have been made to balance the strengths and weaknesses," The sensei explained. "I will now announce the teams.

Haruhi listened closely as the teams were about to be announced a. She didn't risk not hearing her team's announcement.

"We have team four in this team is, Shiki Nara."

"Akira Ryu..."

"And Aiko Yamanaka!"

"Your sensei is Asahi Hyuga."

A man then walked up towards the front and nodded. 

"Alright, you three follow me," Asahi said, signaling that Genin assigned him to follow him out of the classroom. As team four followed after him, the next squad was then announced.

"Now we have team five, Seiki Namikaze, Aoi Shima, and Dai Inuzuka!" He called out."Your sensei is Ren Uchiha."

A woman then walked up and smirked at the three genin assigned to her. "The three that were called, come with me," She told them.

Team five got up and began to follow after their sensei as Seiki turned to look at Haruko real quick.

"Good luck; hopefully, you get a good team and sensei," Seiki said.

"Yeah, good luck with your team and sensei. She seems like she is going to be a tough sensei with that smirk on her face."

"Agree."

As they left, the next team was finally announced.

"Now we have Team seven," He called out. "Which is Tsunade Senju, Orochimaru Yashagoro, and Jiraiya Ogata. You three are to meet Hiruzen-Sarutobi at the Hokage building!"

Tsunade cheered silently in her head, happy to be on the same team as Orochimaru.

'So Tsunade ended up on a team with Orochimaru after all.' Haruko thought as she looked at Tsunade's happy expression at the desk in the center row of the class.

A few new teams were announced until Haruko's team was finally being announced.

"Now for Team Eleven," He started. "We have Haruko Senju, Haru Hyuga, and Daisuke Uchiha!" He announced.

"What a Senju!" Daisuke exclaimed.

"Deal with it, Daisuke. You are on the team with her for a reason. Now your sensei is Menma."

Haruko then saw the last sensei left in the room step forward and nod as he studied his students.

"Team Eleven, come with me!" He commanded.

Haruko stood up and followed her sensei after waving bye to her sister, who was about to go catch up with her other two teammates who had left already to meet up with their sensei.

Menma led team Eleven to a beautiful field of, Cherry Blossoms. He sat down under one of the cherry blossom trees and signaled them to do the same.

"Alright, we will start by getting to know each other. I'll go first to give you an example. My name is Menma Uchiha- Saito. I am nineteen years old jounin of Konohagakure. You may call me Menma-sensei or Saito-san, or Uchiha-sensei. I like my mother's family, known as the Saito, the village, and my own teammates, and grilled fish. I dislike my father's clan's ignorant behavior, and they treat me as an outsider. My hobby is crafting swords. My future goal, for now, is to train you into a strong ninja and one day open a sword shop."

'He seems interesting so far.' Haruko thought.

"Now, Hyuga, your turn."

Haru Hyuga had shoulder-length lavender hair and light purple pupilless eyes. She wore a light blue and purple dress with dark purple shorts and black ninja shoes.

"My name is Haru Hyuga. I like blueberries, my parents, training, and Orochimaru. I don't particularly appreciate seeing the curse mark be put on the side branch, sour foods, perverts, and people I care about getting hurt. My hobbies are training and drawing. My goal is to become the strongest Hyuga the village has ever seen," She said.

"Now, your turn," Menma said, pointing at Daisuke.

Daisuke smirked before he spoke up. "My name is Daisuke Uchiha. I am a member of the famous Uchiha clan, and I like to train with my father. I wouldn't say I like the Senju clan as if they're better than the Uchiha girls fangirling over a snake loser and dango. It is not a dream because I will become a shinboi stronger than my grandfather Madara Uchiha," Daisuke stated. He wore a black-armed shirt with the Uchiha symbol and dark red pants. He also had black ninja sandals and a small strange fang-shaped sword on his back.

Menma nodded and then looked at Haruko, letting her know it was her turn.

"I'm Haruko Senju; I like my sister Tsunade Senju, spending time with my family, and Miso soup.  I dislike bullies and people who judge others. My hobby is training,  singing, and painting. My goal don't have one yet, but I guess to become strong enough to protect my loved ones."

"Now that we know each other tomorrow, I want you all to meet me at training ground four, so I can test you before we fully begin training together!" Menma announced as he stood up. "You're dismissed!" He said as he took off in a cloud of smoke.

Haruko stood up and began to head home and see if her sensei was back home so they could talk about their new team and sensei.
