CHRIS WAS JUST excited to see Dodger, his best friend, when they got home. Carmen, Anna, Bridget had to hold back their laughter as Chris ignored his brother momentarily as he laid on the floor with Dodger. They all watched as the dog jumped back and forth on top of him, excited to see his own human.

Carmen greeted Scott instead, turning his frown into a smile as she hugged him. He thanked her quietly and remained at her side as he watched his brother, shaking his head.

Bridget had set down Rogers after he wouldn't stop squirming and he ran to the others. He joined in with Dodger and attacked Chris with kisses. Dodger stopped, however, when he noticed the other dog and they circled each other.

Chris grabbed his chest and laughed as they left him to lay there.

Not a moment later, Rogers and Dodger were playing and running throughout the house together.

Anna rolled her eyes and glanced at Carmen beside her. "Why are you marrying this meatball? I told you we should've got married years ago."

"I love you, Anna." Carmen smiled, but joked. "But not like that."

"Stop stealing my fiancée!" Chris whined as he pushed himself up off the floor.

He quickly approached Carmen and wrapped his arms around her waist as he nuzzled his face into her neck. Carmen giggled and secured her arms around his neck, listening as he whined softly into her skin.

Bridget rolled her eyes, quickly snapping a picture. She shook her head, "He's an actual puppy, I swear."

Scott quickly agreed, "He's just annoying."

Chris turned his head and glanced at his little brother, furrowing his brows and sticking his tongue out like a child. Scott had held back his laughter. Chris retaliated, flipping his brother off.

Scott laughed loudly at a joke Anna told before she was stuffing her face with pizza again. They all had a good time with another as they ate dinner.

"D–mn," Scott commented, "You got a place to stay, yet?"

"Nah," Anna laughed, "Chris is letting me stay here until I can find a place."

He grinned at her, "I need a roommate and you're pretty cool."

Everyone dropped their jaws, not expecting Scott to ask Anna to be his roommate. But they were happy nonetheless since the two got along quite well and were fast friends.

"Are you asking me to be your roommate, Evans?" Anna asked, bursting into a fit of giggles. "Oh god, what am I getting myself into?"

"D–mn," Chris muttered, glancing at his fiancée and laying a hand on her thigh as he then glanced between Anna and Scott.

Carmen looked to Anna, quirking an eyebrow at her best friend. Anna let out an exasperated breath, and quite dramatically as she rolled her eyes. Yet, the blonde smiled and nodded her head towards Scott.

"If you're willing to put up with me, then yeah. I guess."

"I've lived with her for eleven years almost." Carmen laughed, looking to her future brother-in-law. "Good luck, Scott, you'll need it."
