Months after happiness, between pregnancy and Chris Evans' birthday and the lovely father's day treat, the Evans-Holkien family are finally going to court! The battle for visitation and custody has began, and no updates have been given from either side of the civil case.

However, Greyson has been updating his fans (and frankly everyone) about his case against his ex-fling. According to his last tweet, the court date is in just a couple short weeks and he's more prepared than we thought! At least now we know how determined he is!

Evans and his team of lawyers and publicists have yet to comment at all on the ordeal with Daniel Greyson. But we're sure that the world will know how the custody case turns out when it's all done!
