Chapter Two
Soon enough the next morning came around, they all arrived at breakfast. But suddenly something was wrong. Bellatrix Lestrange was stood on the teachers podium.
"Now as I'm guessing that some of you are never going to break our new rules, however some you of you" she looked right at Roxie and Ginny, "might. So any students caught breaking any of the rules, that shall be posted on the board out there, will be put under the cruciatus curse" They all nodded, although neither Roxie or Ginny had any intention to follow these rules, even if Sirius told them to.
Most of the school rules will be kept the same, but here are the new ones.
1) All students must report for a monthly questioning
2) Anyone known to be hiding knowledge on the whereabouts of Harry Potter and his friends shall either be put under the cruciatus curse or killed
3) All student unions/clubs other than Quidditch, prefects or the Inquisitorial Squad are suspended and anyone caught at another club shall be submitted for questioning and have the cruciatus curse placed on them
The rest of them were nonsense about the new curriculum and honestly Roxie didn't give a shit about any of these rules. Also Ginny didn't seem to care either.
"Ha!" Peeves laughed as he poured the water all over Roxies head. The teenager screamed in annoyance before running into her dorm to change. Her hair was still soaking as she ran into DADA.
"Why are you late Rox?" Sirius asked as she walked in.
"Peeves" she answered, he rolled his eyes.
"Detention"
"What!"
"Seven tonight" the teenager rolled her eyes and sat next to Ginny.
"Never thought Sirius would give his niece detention" Ginny whispered to her, Roxie rolled her eyes and nodded.
"And I have a reason, I mean you can see my hairs soaked" Ginny nodded before they stopped talking as they received a glare from Sirius.
As seven approached Roxie knew she was going to confront Sirius, after all Sirius would never her a detention unless she'd killed someone.
"You're late" Sirius stated as she walked in at three minutes past seven.
"By three minutes!" She protested, he rolled his eyes.
"Just sit down Rox" she rolled her eyes and sat down.
"Why did you give me detention?" She snapped at him, Sirius stood up and checked nobody was listening before casting a silencing charm on the door. The blonde teen stood up and walked over to him, arms folded. "Tell me"
"I needed to talk to you" Roxie nodded.
"Go on?" She urged.
"Well, this new curriculum. It includes only teaching Death Eaters children curses and hexes, and before you were forced into taking it I wanted to ask you if you wanted to?" She shook her head violently.
"Why would I want to be part of the junior Death Eaters?" She asked him, he nodded.
"By the way, I heard what you did. Not very smart blowing up the room Voldy was in" he smirked, she rolled her eyes.
"Yes it was stupid, Hermione wouldn't be impressed" Roxie laughed. Sirius nodded and laughed too. Tears spilled out of her eyes.
"Hey what's wrong?" Sirius asked putting his arm around her.
"I just really miss Harry, I know it's only been a few days but I miss him" she answered, Sirius hugged her and her tears spilt into her uncles chest.
"I miss him too, but we have to stay strong for him. We have to continue the battle for him here, and he'll be back before you know it kid. He really will" he told her, she wiped her eyes and nodded. "Now head off to you know where, I'll be there soon" she smiled and walked out the door.
"Today we're going to be learning the disarming charm. Those of you familiar with this spell can help the younger students" after all there were lots of first and second years there. Roxie smiled as she saw the students all practicing the spell, Ginny smiled too.
Just then Sirius walked in, he helped them learn a better technique for the spell.
The teenagers had to be ready, for anything. This was the only way.
"Dray?" Roxie asked, her brother turned around.
"Rox, hey sis" He replied, his Dark Mark showing. Ginny and Luna quivered lightly, Sirius approached. "Umm well I have to go, bye" he hurried off down the corridor and into the Headmasters office. Sirius put his arm around his nieces shoulder, she smiled back at him before walking into the common room with Ginny and Luna.
"How are we actually going to make a difference?" Luna asked Tillie, the girl turned to face her best friends.
"At some point we have to deliberately break the rules, fight them. Fight against them" Ginny nodded.
"Yeah, when we've learnt more magic we have to fight. Then when the final battle arrives we'll be ready" Ginny smiled, Luna kissed Ginnys cheek.
A smile grew on Roxies face, but sadness was in her heart. She missed Harry.
The next day was no reason to be happy either.
