Later that night, Cat Noir decides to head to the Grand Hotel to teach Chloe a lesson or two. Especially to the Mayor too for not putting enough protection in the school. He climbs up to her room, ready to tell her off. He so wanted to claw her but not like this since he doesn't want to get his princess in trouble.

He opens the window and spooked Chloe while she was reading a magazine, "AAAAH! What the hell are you doing here?!"

Cat Noir crawled on all fours, hissing like a cat, "Hello brat. Scream all you want but no one gives a damn about you. Listen carefully" He unsheathed his claws.

"What do you want from me?!" Chloe asked.

"I want you to stop being so rude, bratty, and mean towards everyone," Cat Noir said.

"My daddy will arrest you for committing a crime!" Chloe yelled.

Cat Noir just laughed at her, "Oh your father's not a very competent mayor"

"He can do anything!" Chloe tried to smack him with the handheld mirror.

He dodged and grabs her by her arms, "Don't make me hurt you, Chloe. If you ever make everyone's lives miserable again, my cats will claw you to death. I have eyes everywhere" Cat Noir growled.

"Please don't hurt me!" Chloe begged.

"Then do as I say, Chloe. You are the reason why you get everyone akumatized because of your selfishness. If Adrien was here, he would be angry at you" Cat Noir growled.

"Chloe!" Her parents screamed and Cat Noir held Chloe hostage.

"One more step and she dies" Cat Noir threatened them.

"Utterly ridiculous that you can't even defend yourself, Cleo!" Audrey criticized her daughter.

"IT'S CHLOE!" Chloe shouted.

"And as for you, Mayor. I highly recommend that you teach your daughter to be nice. You always let her drive everyone miserable" Cat Noir growled while licking Chloe's cheek.

"Understood Mr. Cat Noir! Just let her go!" The Mayor pleaded.

"Gross! Get off me!" Chloe exclaimed.

"Not until you heed my warning!" Cat Noir gripped her tightly.

"Of course! I'll do whatever you say!" Chloe cried.

"Not in that tone! You better be sincere about it or this claw will permanently leave a scar for you!" Cat Noir hissed.

"Please! I'll do whatever you ask for!" Chloe begged again.

"Good girl" Cat Noir grinned.

He let go of Chloe and she ran over to her parents, "This is my warning, brat!" Cat Noir clawed the wall to leave a message.

"YIKES!" Chloe yelps.

Cat Noir left the hotel, proud to have told them off.

Cat Noir heard that there was a robbery at the Louvre and he bet it's that liar again. Since when did she get undetected for the first time? Only one way to find out as he crawled into the air ducts and kicked the air vent, landing in a cat pose.

He walked into the Egyptian exhibit and sniffed for a scent and it lead him to the display of missing jewelry of the ancient Anubis, "Alright! Come out and face me!" He called out.

Soon enough he noticed a shadowy figure nearby, "Hey! Stop!" He chased after the person and ran through the museum to catch him.

They ran until they came to the hall of portraits, passing by Mona Lisa. Cat Noir looked around and then the stranger accidentally made a noise.

"AHA!" He pounced on him and as they glided on the floor, Cat Noir saw it was not Lila he was chasing, "What the?! You're not Lila!"

"Nice to see you too, Cat Noir," The bar figure said and twirled his cane.

"Felix?" Cat Noir recognized his voice.

"Bat Noir to you" Felix or Bat Noir replied.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Cat Noir realized that it's not Felix he was after.

"Just came and claimed this miraculous back home" Bat Noir pointed to his medallion.

"I've seen it at the British Museum. The Louvre doesn't have that. You didn't steal an artifact at the Egyptian exhibit, did you?" Cat Noir raised a brow.

"No but I saw it was a woman but she got away when you showed a whisker here" Bat Noir explained.

"Damn it! Let me guess, Lila Rossi?" Cat Noir asked.

"Yeah. I came here to do some digging for months to find out what happened to my cousin. I don't believe the rumors are true" Bat Noir said.

"That he's dead? Well, I don't think so too" Cat Noir said.

"But I heard stories that you became a criminal and a killer for a year. If you don't mind, I like to hear your story. The real story" Bat Noir said but the alarm went off.

"Let's go!" Cat Noir ran off as the alarm blared.

As they are out of the Lourve, they jumped to the rooftops before the police sirens blared from the distance.

"Cat to bat. Why the hell are you here in Paris? You can sink your fangs in my neck but I got claws that are made for painful scratches" Cat Noir unsheathed his claws.

"You want to fight right now? Before I even explain myself to you?" Bat Noir held his staff up, "Like I said I'm looking for Adrien, I don't think he is dead but his father did"

"I always land on my feet, devil wings. Now start talking before you go blind like a real bat" Cat Noir chuckled.

"Bats aren't actually blind, they got excellent night vision" Bat Noir corrected.

"So do cats. Since Shadow Moth is dead, here's my secret, bat cousin. Claws in" Cat Noir detransformed to his goth self, waving his messy black hair to show his original hair shape.

"Adrien? You're Cat Noir?" Bat Noir gasps.

"Yes and yeah I'm alive and well" Adrien replied.

"You've been a criminal this whole time?!" Bat Noir exclaimed.

"Yeah. And why? Because I steal to survive and I'm an orphan. You knew my father was Shadow Moth last year during that Collector incident and you kept it to yourself" Adrien circled him, "How did he die? Well, let's say he betrayed his son and he found out he was Cat Noir. Spoiler alert, Gabriel forced him to kill him rather than face justice" Adrien growled and punched the chimney wall.

"I don't believe it! He rather kills himself than get turned in?!" Bat Noir was in shock.

"Yeah. The trauma got the best of me and I left that life, became a criminal, steal things to survive like a street cat, and I kill bad guys. I'm not the sweet cousin you thought I was" Adrien said with a cold voice.

"But you have Nathalie and your bodyguard," Bat Noir said.

"My bodyguard retired and Nathalie is at the hospital. I'm on my own, Felix. You don't know the kind of pain I went through. It's not the same like how your father treated you" Adrien said.

"My father abused me physically and verbally, calling me a monster. It's like he never wanted me at all." Bat Noir responded, almost angry.

"Yet you impersonate me a lot like we switched clothes and nobody could tell us apart as kids," Adrien said.

"I'm sorry, Adrien! I'm sorry I almost got you killed. I didn't know you went through hell but here you are alive" Bat Noir said.

"I don't need your apology. I'm fine living as a homeless cat. Plagg, claws out" Adrien transformed back, "If you so wanna help, find that liar for me"

"I'll accept that, cousin. Have fun with your bug!" Bat Noir spread his wings and flies.

Cat Noir rolled his eyes and decided to go investigate the mansion again. So he ran through the rooftops to get there. He landed on the rooftop mansion and down to the window of Nathalie's room. He remembered that she mentioned a safe behind a picture frame but he wasn't ready to face secrets until now. So he walks up to the picture and moved it aside, finds the safe, and opened it up.

He pressed his ear to find the combination code on the safe, "What are your secrets, Gabriel?" Cat Noir asked himself and heard the lock click.

The safe opened and he found a document folder inside with some pictures, "Explorers, huh? So that is how you found the brooches" Cat Noir saw the old photos when his parents were young.

He kept looking, seeing one of his parents with Chloe's family and himself and Chloe young. Another was a contract with Tomao Tsurgi. He couldn't tell what it was said in Latin. Another was his father's real name Gabi Grassette and his real family used to work at a French fry shop.

"Gabi Grassette? So the surname Agreste is fake?!" Cat Noir was shocked that his father was a fraud. The picture of his father looked like a punk with Mohawk hair and a spiked choker.

"Looks like I'm no true Agreste at all" He frowned.

Could it be that his father committed a crime and escaped by changing his name? If it's true, that could only mean that Gabriel was a poor man at the lower social class level.

"So that's what Nathalie meant?" He wondered.

"What are you doing here?" Bat Noir hanging upside like a bat and spooked Cat Noir.

"Found out my father was a fraud and his secret documents" He held them up.

"Flip it around, please" Bat Noir is hanging upside down.

Cat Noir did so and Bat Noir read through them all and saw his uncle's real name is Gabi, "Son of a bitch! I knew he was a strange man! I told you to stop letting him tell you what to do" Bat Noir hissed.

"That I did before he died!" Cat Noir exclaims.

"And I did steal his ring that day" Bat Noir gave him the Graham De Vanily ring.

"Sneaky little bastard" Cat Noir took it.

"Our moms are Graham de Vanily, remember. Your father was a menace" Bat Noir jumps down, "Besides, I never liked him at all. So tell me where he was killed"

"Come with me" Cat Noir leads him to his office to bring him to the secret hideout, "Remember my mother's portrait?" Cat Noir reminded him.

"Yes. That one" Bat Noir saw his aunt's portrait. They got to the elevator and slide down it.

"This is where Shadow Moth had his lair," Cat Noir said once they stopped.

"What the hell? It's like jungle basement" Bat Noir said.

"And right here is where he made me kill him with my destructive power. The bones disappear the other night and milady and I believe it's Lila. I don't know why but it's really not good" Cat Noir explained.

"What's she gonna do with the bones? Clone him?" Bat Noir wondered.

"I don't know. That bitch is a pathological liar and she obviously wants revenge on me for exposing her lying ass" Cat Noir said, bringing the bat to where Emilie is.

"Oh, Aunt Emile" Bat Noir saw his aunt laying in the casket.

"That selfish bastard lied to me. He told me she disappeared but he kept her here the whole time" Cat Noir growled.

"But why?" Bat Noir asked.

"Because he wanted mine and Ladybug's miraculous to revive her," Cat Noir said, "He didn't realize the consequences of a price to pay in exchange. He didn't even care because he was obsessed with bringing my mother by exchanging my soul for her" He angrily said.

"I'm really sorry, cousin. I didn't realize that Gabriel was a fraud and a monster. If there was a way to bring him back alive, the truth will be exposed and you will be free" Bat Noir said.

"It's better if he stays dead. I'm already free" Cat Noir said.

"You've been a wanted criminal, Adrien. That is not freedom" Bat Noir said.

"Alright. If that's the case, we might need Ladybug to bring my father to justice once and for all. But I don't know who she really is" Cat Noir said.

"I'll find Lila and see what she's up to. In the meantime, try not to lose your nine lives" Bat Noir said.

"Okay then" Cat Noir swung out of the mansion.

With Ladybug, she was swinging in the city when she heard the fire department driving towards an apartment building on fire.

"Oh no!" She lands on the street to help the firefighters.

She ran inside the building with some firefighters to find anyone trapped inside. She soon heard August cry out in fear with his mother.

"Ladybug! Help us!" August's mother cried,

Then, the door burst down and there stood Cat Noir, "GO! NOW!!" He demanded.

"Kitty! Help me out!" Ladybug carried August while Cat Noir brought August's mother out.

The flaming debris from the ceiling collapsed but Cat Noir opened his umbrella staff to shield all of them.

"Cat Noir, your cataclysm! Now!" Ladybug said.

Cat Noir shuddered at that word but he had to save these innocents from getting burned alive, "CATACLYSM!" He used it to get them out of there.

The wall collapsed and they all jumped out of the building in time before it came down. Cat Noir had a trauma effect that he was breathing too fast.

"Thank you two, you saved us!" August's mom hugged them.

"No problem. Kitty? Kitty!" Ladybug can see her kitty looking extremely pale like a ghost.

"Huh?! What?" He shook himself out of the trance.

"Eyes on me, kitty" Ladybug made him look at her.

"I really wish I didn't do it" Cat Noir panted.
