Felix has been dealing with his uncle's temper for days that the book has been stolen and that the footage did not capture the thief. He chuckled that his uncle is definitely Shadow Moth due to his obsession with power but the only question is why he wants the ladybug and the black cat miraculous.

"Whatever it is, it's probably bad enough to destroy Paris. What happened to my favorite cousin, uncle?" Felix asked himself but now Paris thinks he's Adrien.

He looks at the pages of the peacock miraculous, especially the first holder that has an attire of Ancient Chinese tradition than the modern one, "Hmmmm, the peacock miraculous" He read more.

Suddenly, he saw Ladybug coming her way and he quickly hides the book underneath Adrien's bed.

She knocks on the window and he walks up opening it, "Hi Adrien" She greeted him.

"Hi Ladybug, you seem to be in a brighter mood today" Felix pulled on his Adrien act.

"Thanks. So how have you been after being found?" Ladybug asked.

"Much better. Well except for the rules here" Felix said.

"And that's why I'm here to help. You see, Cat Noir won't be helping me during the daytime. You know how black cats are nocturnal" Ladybug giggled and stammered a little.

"So what do you wanna offer me?" Felix asked.

Ladybug was really excited to have 'Adrien' to help her during the daytime. She opens her yo-yo and takes out the collar necklace of the Dog miraculous, "Adrien Agreste, here is the miraculous of the Dog, which grants the power of Adoration. You will use it for the greater good. Can I trust you?" Ladybug held it out to him.

"You can count on me, Ladybug" Felix accepted the necklace and puts it on.

Out came the kwami Barkk, "Greetings, I'm Barkk"

Felix was a bit startled by the fly dog creature but admits she's adorable and cute like a puppy.

"It's so great to meet a new holder! We are gonna have so much fun!" She flew left and right at Felix, "All you have to say is Barkk on the hunt"

"Okay then. Barkk on the hunt!" He said the transformation words and transformed into a dog-themed hero.

"So adorable! Ah! I mean cute! Cute like a dog, dog boy! I mean....uhhhh....." Ladybug was shushed by him putting a finger on her lips.

"Call me Flairmidable." He winked.

"Right, Flairmidable. Welcome my new partner" Ladybug smiled.

Just then, an explosion was heard that it could be a sentimonster or an akumatized person in the city, "And perfect timing too. Let's go!" Ladybug jumps out the window.

"You got it!" Flairmidable follows her.

They came to the Eiffel Tower and saw it was Chloe again, only this time she's like a Queen of Hearts but in yellow and black again.

"Welcome Ladybug and your new partner!" She smiled evilly.

"Chloe. Always the same selfish brat" Flairmidable groaned in disgust, "Yellow and black still your favorite?"

"You pathetic mutt are about to find out! Call me Queen Heart!" She laughed evilly.

"Queen or not, you'll never change!" Ladybug ran, spinning her yo-yo.

"And neither will you! Time to squish the bug and put a shock collar on the dog!" Queen Heart gets ready to fight them.

Flairmidable draws his weapon which was a ball, "A ball?"

"Trust me. It grants the power to fetch and return whatever your ball has touched" Ladybug explained.

"Got it" Flairmidable nodded.

"Look out!" Ladybug tackled him in time from the heart disc that came from Queen Heart's cane.

The fight went on and Flairmidable managed to use Fetch to get the akumatized object and hands it to Ladybug.

"Time to de-evilize!" She grabs the akuma and purified it, "Bye-bye little butterfly" She released the butterfly.

"Ridiculous! I utterly hate you Ladybug and that utterly ridiculous mutt of yours!" Chloe was now back to normal.

"Why am I not surprised? You never learn from your mistakes Chloe" Ladybug glared.

"And neither do you!" Chloe yelled at her and went downstairs to get out of this tower.

"Mind if I keep the miraculous in case something else happens?" Flairmidable asked.

"Yes, I might need you again. By the way, pound it" Ladybug held her fist up.

"Pound it!" They fistbump.

He hears his collar necklace beeping, "Huh? What's happening?"

"You're about to detransform, I gotta go too. Always feed your kwami" Ladybug said.

"Okay." Flairmidable said and quickly jumps off the tower and headed back to Adrien's bedroom window, "Lay down" He detransformed.

"Yahoooo!!!! That was fun to use Fetch!" Barkk said but was also exhausted and that she needs food to charge up.

"Okay let's see what we got for you. You want a biscuit?" Felix asked Barkk.

"Sure" Barkk was given a biscuit by Felix.

Ladybug came with a bag of Camembert cheese and croissants for her kitty but she knows he's asleep during the day but she wants to spend some time with him in the middle of the day before the sun sets and that he has to feed. She came to the abandoned building and saw that the coffin is still there.

"He's still asleep" She walks up to the coffin and carefully opens the lid without letting the sunlight shine on him.

In there she saw him sleeping with his arms crossed, "He looks so handsome" Ladybug smiled.

He woke up and was alarmed, "Aaaahhhh!!!! Bright light!" He accidentally morphed into a bat.

"WHOA! WHOA!" Ladybug freaks out, "It's me!"

The bat flies around but then calms down that it was just Ladybug. He morphed back and stays away from the windows, "Ladybug? What are you doing here?"

"I brought you food," Ladybug said.

"Oh, for a moment there I thought I was gonna get burned in sunlight" Cat Noir sighs in relief.

"Well you didn't" Ladybug kissed his cheek.

She hands him the croissant and he accepted it, "It's been a while since I ate these. It's hard to remember how I eat with my human teeth" He ate his croissant.

"Well, at least you'll remember in time" Ladybug sat next to him.

"I have fangs, milady. I can't hide them. And worst of all, I cast no reflection in the mirror" Cat Noir glances at the old mirror, seeing it's just Ladybug's reflection.

"What a pity, so you can't be photographed either?" Ladybug guessed.

"I can still be seen in photos and videos, just not in mirrors. It's like my soul is gone forever" Cat Noir ate his croissant and pulled out his staff and pressed the umbrella option to protect himself from sunlight, "And besides, I kinda miss the daylight" He walks at the door and held out his hand for Ladybug to accept.

"Isn't it dangerous?" Ladybug accepts his hand.

"Yes, but I have my umbrella to protect me," Cat Noir said.

 In the city, it was a bright sunny day and Cat Noir made sure to stay underneath his umbrella, even if the public thinks that he's being nocturnal like a cat. They spread rumors that he's back.

He saw the billboard of 'himself' that he doesn't remember being at the photoshoot. He guessed that's Felix disguised as him so everyone will know that 'Adrien' is found. He glared at it that his cousin is nothing but a troublemaker and a con.

"Thank you," Ladybug said to Andre the ice cream maker, and walks to Cat Noir and hands him the ice cream.

"Thanks, milady" Cat Noir took it.

"So tell me, did vampires really exist in Transylvania?" She asked as she ate her ice cream.

"Yes, even Count Dracula himself. He may sound scary but he's quite a good mentor" Cat Noir said.

"That explains why you've been given a title." Ladybug said, watching the boat at the Seine river.

"Yeah, I got to say that he's like the father I always wanted," Cat Noir said.

"Daddy issues from your real father?" Ladybug guessed.

"You could say that" Cat Noir replied, licking his ice cream.

"Everyone gets parent issues all the time, Cat Noir. It's part of growing up" Ladybug said.

"True but my father is.....well....it's complicated. Let's say I've been stuck being perfect my entire life instead of doing what I really wanna do. That's why being Cat Noir, I get the freedom I deserve. And now as a vampire, Dracula treated me like a son. Something that my real father couldn't do" Cat Noir said, finishing his ice cream and still holding his umbrella.

"Oh, I see. Well, now you have me for support. And now it's up for me to make it up for all my mistakes I've caused" Ladybug said.

"Milady, you can let go of it now. It'd hurt more to think about it" Cat Noir said.

"I suppose you're right. After all, you're the night guardian slash prince of darkness in Paris" Ladybug said.

"Yeah, but maybe I might find a way to walk in sunlight. Dracula once told me a story about it but it's just a myth. He taught me about being a vampire for weeks and I learned really fast." Cat Noir said.

(Flashback)

"Just focus on what's light as a feather, child. Focus and imagine having the wings of a bat guide you in the sky. Don't worry, you'll be able to talk in bat form" Dracula said, watching Cat Noir looking down nervously at the ground a thousand feet.

He then backs up and runs to transform but ends up crashing to the floor. Dracula leans over him.

"Not all vampires get the bat transformation right on their first try"

Cat Noir then looks determined and got up. He ran again and leaps over the edge and transforms into a bat again, seemingly succeeding.

"That's my boy!" Dracula got impressed.

But Cat Noir loses focus and swings his arms and crashes down again, "Ow, does this happen to new vampires?" He groaned.

"Sometimes. Try again, don't overthink it too much" Dracula said.

"Okay" Cat Noir prepares to fly and transform again into a bat.

"Whoa, whoa!" He keeps flapping hard to hover, "I think I got it! Wooohoooo!" He flaps and flies straight.

"Excellent!" Dracula said.

The bat dived down to practice a bit to get the hang of it and he flew into the forest, dodging left and right from the trees and flying high in the sky to the clouds. Twirling his body from bat form to human form for a few seconds before going back to bat form when Dracula came after as a bat.

"Check this out!" Cat Noir flew straight and morphed back to human form again to spin his body around in the air for a few seconds before morphing back to a bat again, "Woooohooooo!"

"You're doing great Cat Noir," Dracula said.

(End of Flashback)

"Yeah, he was like a father to me. He taught me everything about being a vampire. Flying as a bat was like....magic. I never felt so free" Cat Noir explained his story to his lady.

"That's incredible," Ladybug said.

"And he also taught me that blood can carry memories. A cohesive vision to see the victim's memories. But I chose not to." Cat Noir said.

"Alright. Good, you didn't do it on me" Ladybug said.

Cat Noir saw the sun setting and that he needs a victim to feed. Ladybug knows what he's thinking. She hates to see him feed like this but she wanted to help him by giving her blood.

"I know what you're thinking, milady." Cat Noir said.

"Take my blood Kitty," Ladybug said.

"You mean it?" Cat Noir was hesitant.

"Yes but not here. At your bat cave. Come on" Ladybug moves his umbrella aside that it's safe to walk in the dusk light.

"Very well then Ladybug" He goes with her back to the abandoned apartment.
