As the great beast flew to the air, dark clouds started appearing everywhere in the capital city. Naturally, the citizens started running away from the titanic creature that was quickly approaching them. In addition, since there were no more guardian fairies....nothing could stop it. The only thing that the police and military could do was to help with the evacuation procedure.

"We're doomed, without the guardians there's no way to stop that thing!" shouted a citizen.

"HAHA!!!! Not to worry everyone, soon you will see them again....inside of my belly!" yelled the beast.

Soon the beast began absorbing the citizens, it even crushed the shelters that they were hiding in.

"I'm afraid that your resistance is futile, in just a few short moments your energies will be used by me as fuel for my power" said the beast.

As the beast continued absorbing the citizens, the police and military forces, James was still fighting to stay out of the beast. He was slowly sinking deeper and deeper inside of the beast and he couldn't hang on for long.

"You know, it would be so much easier if you just gave up. Look on the bright side, the future that you've envisioned will become a reality! Just picture it my boy, a world where you make the rules through me! It can all be yours, just give in and let me give it to you" said the beast.

Soon only James's face was partly visible while his right arm was still sticking out. He soon heard...female voices?

"Alright beast, what's going on?" asked James.

"James....." said a voice.

"Is that you......Liliana? But I thought you were turned into a....." asked James.

"Physically yes, but not my spirit......I'm fading......" said Liliana.

Soon the beast roared in victory as it had absorbed all of the people in the capital city.

"I've robbed the fairies of their transformations, there's nothing that can be done now!" yelled the beast.

"Oh no, what the beast had said was true. Every single one of them, they're inside of the beast.....I'm too late. He took them all.....even the guardians of all the realms" thought James.

Then James's face disappeared as it went beneath the beast's skin. At that point, James's right arm was the only thing that was still sticking out.

"I must......hold on" thought James.

James then continued to hear the voices of the fairies and soon the citizens that had been captured. They were all crying for help.

"I want to help them but how? I'm still sinking, soon I'll be engulfed in darkness as I continue dropping down" thought James.

Suddenly, James had an idea....it was a long shot....but he had to try.

"Of course.....this may be the only way of fighting back, if I can hear the people that are trapped inside......that should mean that they can hear me as well. Liliana proved that theory" thought James.

Soon James gathered what strength he had left and addressed the people that were trapped inside of the beast.

"Listen to me all of you, especially the guardian fairies.......just this once I beg of you......heed my words. Each one of us is a mere glimmer of light in this vast darkness.....alone we may seem insignificant but combined together...we can radiate enough energy to conquer the darkness. Now please....if you can hear me, focus on the light within your heart! Its the only way to save ourselves! Remember those that you care about!" shouted James.

Soon small sparks of light could be seen in the darkness as the fairies and people began thinking about them.

"Remember those that have helped you!" shouted James.

Soon a bright light was shining in the darkness.

"Remember what you fought for!" shouted James.

Then a very bright light was shining and it was almost blinding.

"And remember why....you all never gave up!" shouted James.

As the light became overwhelming, it soon dissolved into tiny sparks. Then at the same time, all of the sparks were soon flying towards James.

"I've done it, I'm amassed enough life energies to conquer the world! With the fairies and that boy added to the mix, even the impossible is achievable" yelled the beast.

Unknown to the beast, something was happening within its body.

"Lets go, we must lend our sparks to the one who is trying to save us! Take it James, before we lose it all for good!" yelled Daphne.

As the last few sparks entered James's body, he briefly flashed white before returning back to normal. As James's right arm sank into the beast, it was already too late for said beast.

"What's....going on? My control is slipping! NO!!!!!" roared the beast.

Meanwhile deep inside of the beast, James was in deep concentration.

"I can't believe this.....its actually working. I feel as if my spirit has been infused with the power of every soul the beast captured. Alright then..........now I can give it all back" thought James.

Soon James was glowing red and it got brighter and brighter.

"In the name of the prince, my fairies.....awaken now from this ancient slumber!!!" yelled James.

Then all of a sudden, various light pillars colored red were shooting out of the beast.

"This can't be!" roared the beast.

"Now I call forth, the goddesses of every realm in the magic dimension!!" declared James.

Soon the red pillars of light exploded, at that moment....every citizen was free. They were safely floating down in a magic bubble which dissipated the moment they hit the ground. But where were the fairies?

"No! They've been set free!!" yelled the beast.

James then landed right in front of the citizens, police and military forces.

"I know you......you're prince James of Domino. But......how did you get us out of that thing? I don't remember....." said a policeman.

"How? Easy, by summoning them. Look up at the sky" said James.

As everyone did so, they could see a white light piercing through the dark clouds and from that light....came the fairies. They all flew down, their fairy forms were back.

"The guardian fairies! Look at that, every single one of them is here" said a citizen.

"Impossible!! How did that boy revive the guardian fairies?!" roared the beast.

As the beast flew up into the sky, all of the guardian fairies gave chase. Soon they went beyond the dark clouds and into the area above it. Both the fairies and the beast were soon staring at each other with anger.

"The goddesses may need my help" said James.

With that, James suddenly jumped up high into the sky. With his strength and power, James easily made it through the dark clouds. He then used his magic to enable him to fly, with that he soon positioned himself in front of the fairies.

"Your move" said James.

"You dare to challenge me, the great beast?!! You have a lot to learn James!!" yelled the beast.

Soon the beast unleashed a powerful roar, it was so strong that the fairies nearly got thrown around but they were barely holding on. As James maintained his position, he soon gave the command.

"Guardian fairies of the world, counterattack!!!" yelled James.

Soon one by one, the fairies all charged in. A group of them combined their magic together to unleash a very powerful blast of magic at the beast and it soon made impact.

"HAHAHAHAHA!! They're powerless!!" yelled the beast as it ensnared them with its dark tendrils.

At that moment, the rest of the fairies flew in and blasted the beast together. This time it had an effect on the beast as it roared in pain, it also caused the beast to release the other fairies that it had captured.

Meanwhile down below, everyone was praying and hoping that the guardians would prevail. Some were a little uneasy even though it was about a hundred fairies to one creature up there. Nonetheless, they still prayed and hoped that the guardians would prevail.

"You can never win James, I have existed long before any of your goddesses were even born! And I will soon rule the world long after your pathetic girls are gone!" declared the beast.

As the beast charged up an attack, James calmly stared at his opponent.

"You're wrong about one thing beast.......my girls are far from powerless! There's a reason why they're called goddesses and there's a reason why people pray and look up to them. Now, all fire users....show this beast the rage of your overwhelming heat!" ordered James.

Soon all of the fairies with fire magic were charging up an attack together, Daphne had also joined in and it was appreciated.

"Water users, the serenity of all life.....give this beast a demonstration of how it all began!" ordered James.

Soon all fairies with water magic began charging up their attack.

"Wind users, slice up a path and blow away anything that stands in your way!" ordered James.

Soon fairies with wind magic began charging up their attack while some were preparing sharp wind blades.

"Nature users, give this beast the truth of our origin! The vital heartbeat of the world we live in!" ordered James.

Soon all fairies with nature magic were preparing a big convergence.

"Lightning users, show this beast what provides our world with unlimited power!" ordered James.

Soon all fairies with lightning magic were crackling with fierce electricity.

"And finally all light users, may your eternal brightness banish the darkness forever!" yelled James.

Soon all fairies with light magic were shining brightly and it was warm to those with good hearts.

"ATTACK!!!!" yelled James.

At that moment, all of the fairies fired their attacks and it combined together to form a gigantic rainbow beam. It was also at that moment when the beast unleashed a powerful beam of its own as well. The two attacks soon collided with each other and it was so strong that it caused a bright light to shine in the sky. It also blew away the dark clouds so all of the citizens could see a blinding white light above them.

Everybody below could only wonder what was happening up there.

"I am fueled by the darkness of everyone's hearts, even if they are not with me I still have enough to overpower you!" yelled the beast.

"Wrong beast! I was able to transform the darkness in their hearts to light, a light which now fuels my goddesses!!!" yelled James.

True enough, the beam that the fairies were firing soon overpowered the beast's attack and it soon hit its target. The beast unleashed a deafening roar of pain before slowly falling from the sky.

Soon everyone below could see the beast falling down from the sky, it soon crash landed with a resounding thud.

At that moment, all of the fairies and James landed in front of the citizens. As they stared at the beast, the fairies were soon cheering and hugging one another. However, James was still serious and he wasn't celebrating yet.

"Hang on, don't you sense it?" asked James.

To show what James was talking about, the beast suddenly got back up and it glared at James and the fairies.

"Oh, I couldn't say goodbye just yet" said the beast.

"Now what do we do?" asked a fairy.

"We fight, somehow" said James.

"But we've already tried everything and nothing seems to work" said another fairy.

"So you've come to your senses and given up?" asked the beast.

"You are so wrong" said James.

"Haven't you figured it out yet? All of the powerful magic in the world combined together couldn't destroy me" said the beast.

"And why is that? Tell me" said James.

"Because I am not your ordinary beast monster that you can easily slay, I was born from the very darkness of the people's hearts. More specifically, the hearts of.....those men under the fairy's command and all other warriors. Why did you think I offered you the chance to join me?" said the beast.

"So that means that you were created from their rage and hatred......mine included" said James.

"That's right, which means that as long as those warriors and people continue to exist....so will I!" yelled the beast.

"Guardian fairies, run now! Leave this thing to me" said James.

"There's no way I'm leaving you alone to face that thing!" shouted Daphne.

James however wasn't listening, instead he addressed the beast once again.

"You've got it all wrong, yes the hatred and memories of the painful times warriors like me went through will never be forgotten. People like me feeling unwanted, unappreciated, as if I never existed.....it truly wounded me on the inside greatly. The term fairy was placed with high esteem and honor, people like me can't even be in their presence let alone look at them. However, I made a promise to a certain someone. Even though I knew what she would do, even though I was aware of what was awaiting her, I still promised to always be there for her. I've changed, I'm no longer the person I was days ago! The fairies here are now under my protection because the reality is...that the world needs them....which means that if you want them......YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GET THROUGH ME!!!" yelled James as he outstretched his arms.

Taking that as a challenge, the beast soon changed into a shadowy monster. Roaring angrily, it soon struck James head on. It wasn't long until James became surrounded in a dark tornado and he was yelling in agony.

"You're going to regret doing this James and now you shall be crushed by your own darkness!!" declared the beast.

"Let him go!" yelled Daphne as she flew towards James.

The other fairies were about to do the same when James suddenly addressed them.

"NO! Get back!" shouted James.

Soon Daphne and the others were simply staring at James once again.

"This is my fight now, I must prove that my rage is gone!" shouted James.

Soon the dark tornado became even stronger and it the winds were getting fiercer.

"When I did those terrible things to the fairies on that day, I had unlocked the evil within my heart and ever since then I've been fighting the anger within me! And now, its destroying me!" shouted James.

"But you stopped it, didn't you?" asked Daphne.

"HAAA!!!! NO DAPHNE!!! Listen, fighting alongside you and your fellow fairies today was just the first step! But there's a long way to go! Ha......the darkness, its power knows no bounds!" shouted James.

"Be strong James! Just like what you told us, focus on the good inside of you! Think of me and what you've done today! You've done the impossible, you did it....the fairies are now behind you all the way!" shouted Daphne.

".......That's right, as long as I'm filled with the light of peace thanks to the fairies.....the beast can't win! The grand master was right, those with a weak heart...can understand the value of having others all around them! Thanks to my new friends and comrades the fairies....I have enough light to banish the darkness! So with the power of everyone in my heart, I shall seal the beast away! Now begone!!" yelled James.

Soon the tornado overwhelmed James but he was able to stand his ground.

"Get out while you still can!" shouted Daphne.

"You must trust me Daphne!" shouted James.

The tornado was suddenly shrinking in size, soon it reverted back into the beast. Then all of a sudden, the beast went inside of James. As it continued shrinking, so did its power. In time, it became so weak that sealing it was easy...but destroying it was now so much easier. And so James changed his tactics, with a final yell....James destroyed the beast within him.

With the beast gone, the skies began clearing. The darkness was lifting at last. As James felt exhausted, he fell backwards. However Daphne caught him just before he could hit the ground. The other fairies were already raining their fairy dust onto him.

"James, are you alright?" asked a fairy.

"I'm fine, the great beast is gone......and so is the rage in my heart" said James with a relieved smile.

As the fairies smiled and continued healing him, the citizens all cheered and decided that a celebration was in order.

Now a week later, things were changing for the better.

"After that ordeal, the fairies started treating everyone under their command a whole lot better. They had apologized to me and to every one else just like me. It took a while but eventually everything became right again. Now both warriors and fairies were seen as equals, each one specialized in an area that no one else can perform" thought James.

James was then seen on a hill, overlooking the sunset.

"As for me, I continued doing my duty. The only difference...was that I was finally seen for me as who I was. I had also begun working together with the guardian fairies, the only thrill I needed...was that I could at long last join them....as myself. If the world is threatened again, this new generation would rise to the occasion.....as I did. I can trust them now" thought James.

As James looked behind him, he could see all of the guardian fairies waiting for him as they had a mission together.

"It took a while but all hostilities between me and the fairies had ended. The more missions we did together, the more closer we grew to one another. In time, it wasn't long until we became.....something like a family. We deeply cared for one another and it was as if whatever that happened in the past didn't happen at all. I care for them like my sisters...and they care for me like a brother" thought James.

Soon James was running towards the fairies and he had apologetic look on his face while the fairies had their cheeks puffed up.

"These are my new best friends, this is my new team. This war had taken its toll on all of us and our future is uncertain. All of us will be tested, our faiths, our friendships, our feelings and our abilities. But we will persevere and in time...we will see what is on the other side of this darkness. So to anyone out there with malicious intent, know this. If you approach this world with hostile intent, we will defend ourselves, the citizens......heck...the whole magic dimension. So you had best be prepared, because we're coming....for you" thought James.

Soon after getting playful bonks on the head and cheeky grins by the fairies, James jumped off of the hill...ready to complete his mission....and the guardian fairies....followed him to the very end.
