"As you come into this world, something else is also born. You begin your life......it begins the journey, towards you" thought James.

James was sitting on his bed, watching the television and it featured Linphea interviewing the fairies.

"It moves slowly......but it never stops. Wherever you go.......whatever path you take, it will follow" thought James.

James then saw the fairies with happy faces, it brought conflicting emotions within him.

"Never faster......never slower.....its always coming. You will run........it will walk. You will rest......it will not" thought James.

James then turned the television off and looked out the window.

"One day........you will linger in the same place for too long, you will sit too still....or step too deep. And when......its too late, you rise to go" thought James.

Daphne then entered the room and placed a hand on James's shoulder. She looked very concerned for him.

"You will notice a second shadow next to yours......your life.......will then be over" thought James.

Master's council

The grand master was busy going through various papers, he was pretty much the most important person in the capital city. Meanwhile outside his office, the masters that had sided with the mysterious being...were getting ready to put their plan into motion.

"Are you sure about this?" asked a master.

"Yes, alone....us masters don't stand a chance. But together, we can defeat even the grand master" said the other master.

Soon they entered the room, they were hiding their weapons. As the grand master looked up, he could see two of his fellow masters approaching him with caution. Becoming very weary, he soon got ready.

"Well this is a surprise visit, how may I help you two?" asked the grand master.

"Nothing much, we just came to see how you were doing" said a master.

After signing the last paper on his table, the grand master calmly placed his pen down. He didn't even look up to face the two masters right in front of him.

"........Before we get started, do you two want to back out?" asked the grand master.

Surprised at this statement, the two masters suddenly brought their weapons out and struck the table. However, the grand master jumped and evaded the attack. He then brought out his weapon and stared at the two masters.

Domino

"I don't like how this war has transformed the world Daphne, fairies like you are being used as tools of war" said James.

"I don't like it either but lives are in danger. We can't just ignore them" said Daphne.

"True but.......I have my agenda with the fairies....but they're still girls....princesses, they're alive. The world is clearly misusing their powers for the wrong reason" said James.

Suddenly the alarm went off, as the two siblings made their way to the portal, a scientist was already running out from the control room.

"Your majesties, its terrible!" yelled the scientist.

"What is it?" asked Daphne.

"We just received a distress signal coming from the magix council, come quickly. In addition, we're getting reports of guardians fairies worldwide disappearing by the number" said the scientist.

Once the coordinates were imputed into the computer, both James and Daphne ran into the portal.

At the location, both James and Daphne could see various masters on the floor. They were hurt, they needed treatment.

"Take care of them with your healing magic, I'm going to find the grand master" said James.

As James ran up the stairs, he reached the grand master's room and what he saw left his speechless.

"Grand master!" shouted James.

James was soon running towards the grand master, who was on the floor badly injured and on the verge of dying.

"What happened? Who did this?" asked James.

"The suspects.....they took.....my life force, needed.......to reawaken....the great beast" said the grand master.

"Great beast?" asked James.

"An ancient evil who's power was great........too great to be defeated, only sealed. It can only be awakened, if it has enough.....life energies to power it. I was...the key, my soul was powerful enough......to fully awaken it. Now it wants more........the fairies....." said the grand master.

"Save your strength, I'm going to bring you to my sister right now" said James.

The grand master soon placed his hand on James's arm.

"Too late.......my hour is at hand" said the grand master.

He then pointed at James's chest at the center.

"Remember........those with a weak heart....can understand the value of......having others all around....them" said the grand master before he closed his eyes.

"Master......wake up.....I said wake up! I still need you!" shouted James.

Daphne had arrived to see James holding the grand master but it was too late, he was already dead.

"...Oh no......" said James sadly.

"James.......I'm so.....AHHH!!" screamed Daphne.

James turned around and he could see the two masters holding Daphne hostage. One had a hand on her mouth while the other had a firm grip on her arms.

"Did you miss me?" asked the master that had mocked James.

James yelled as he charged at the masters but an unknown force suddenly sent him crashing back into the wall.

"My lord? When......" asked the other master.

"My spirit is strong enough to make a manifestation........come, we must make the preparations for my return" said the creature as it faded.

As the two masters left the building with their hostage, James got up and chased them. He was soon following them into a dark cave.

"This place.......its very cold" said James.

James then saw the masters in front of a stone slab, they pressed on the slab and markings started to appear. They then started to press the markings in a pattern, once that was done...the stone disappeared to reveal a hidden cave. As they entered the cave, the stone slab appeared once again.

Seeing his chance, James rushed towards the stone slab and made the markings appear again. He was able to memorize the pattern and thus the stone slab disappeared to reveal the hidden path again.

As James ventured forth, he soon came across a huge area and he could see the two masters still holding Daphne tightly. She was soon forced down onto the ground as a very, very large creature suddenly appeared from the shadows.

"This is the last one my lord" said a master as he released Daphne.

"Where am I?!" demanded Daphne.

"In a very secretive location, no one can hear you or come rescue you" said a master behind her.

"My brother will find me, just you watch and wait!" said Daphne.

"By then my dear guardian, it will be too late. For now, you shall serve as the basis for my being" said the creature.

James then saw Daphne being lifted up into a shadowy blob of darkness, within that darkness were all the other guardian fairies that had been captured.

"Now my lord, you have done it. Every single guardian fairy out there is now yours" said the other master.

"Indeed, now stand back and observe. The both of you are about to witness a rare treat, the punishment of these fairies" said the creature.

Within the shadowy blob, Daphne had already transformed but she still couldn't escape. All of the other enchantix fairies weren't having any luck either.

"The ingredients you've brought me, I have ingested them. Now I have the power.....to do this!" yelled the creature as a black mist came out of its mouth.

The mist then surrounded the blob that the fairies were in and it began to devour them. Their screams could be heard.

"The both of you have chosen wisely.....approaching me for help, for so long.......you have lived in the shadow of the fairies. Always getting what they've wanted like the spoiled princesses they are, its about time for that to change wouldn't you agree?" asked the creature.

Then the screams of the fairies became muffled and distorted.

"But first, lets teach them a little lesson shall we? Fairies have always been girls, especially princesses...yes? Well, shall we show the world that it was a very big mistake? The fitting punishment, turning them into the very people that they scorned at!" yelled the creature.

As the mist cleared, all of the fairies were horrified to find that they had their genders swapped. You try imagining guys in enchantix dresses, tops and skirts. Well that's exactly what James was looking at right now. All of the fairies were soon crying, some became depressed and fell to their knees...having lost all happiness and hope.

As James watched the spectacle in front of him, he was having mixed feelings about this. Deep down, James was actually really happy that this had happened to the fairies. They finally got what was coming to them, all the times of how they looked at him and treated him in addition to always getting everything they've wanted.

But then came his other feelings, for some reason he couldn't help but feel sad for them. Which was strange to him, all of his life...the fairies had done nothing other than giving him terrible days, looking at him as a fosh and they always get recognized with their new transformations. So why was he feeling this way for them? The reason, was up there.

James could see Daphne in tears, even though she was a he now....James felt really bad for his sibling. James then remembered something, long ago.....even though he already knew what Daphne would become when she was older, James still vowed to always be there and protect her. As James remembered that scene, he clenched his hands into fists.

".......Damm it!! Why is it so hard for me to make a choice?!" thought James angrily.

"And now, the pain and agonies of these "goddesses" are fueling me. I will have them now" said the creature.

Just as the creature made its move towards them, it suddenly got socked in the face and it was soon flying into the wall.

"Damm it all!!!!" yelled James.

As the creature hit the wall with a resounding thud, the two masters soon sprang into action.

Quickly reacting, James brought out his red and silver swords and clashed them against the masters weapons.

"You?! How did you find this place?!" asked a master.

"Be not concerned with how......know that I am here.....because.....they are here" said James.

James soon pushed both masters aside and got into position. The sounds of battle had drawn the attention of the fairies and they all looked down to see a lone boy engaging the two masters. Then it clicked to them, wasn't this the same boy that they mocked and glared at?

Daphne was feeling relieved, James was here and the tears were soon wiped away.

As James continued clashing against the masters, he was winning despite the unfair advantage of two against one. Finally a deadlock ensured when James's swords clashed with the masters weapons.

"You should be on our side boy! We can give you the peace and vengeance necessary to appease your broken heart" said a master.

As James jumped away, he spoke to the masters.

"Look at this, look at me! You think we're the only ones that can understand what we're going through?! Here's an insight, every single one that's just like me has been through the same thing as well! I've been enduring it and its still happening even now! Look around you, all of the guardian fairies are here. How many do you think gave me those looks? How many do you think gave me a beating? How many do you think have called me a fosh?! That's right......they are all here!" shouted James.

"This was the hardest thing for me to say in the past....and that is.....you're both right. I agree, I also want to deliver my version of punishment towards the fairies. I worked in the shadows, I've always been like......last year's model. For us warriors....we always get new weapons and armor for sure.......but magic has always been superior which is why every new fairy transformation is hard to earn. I don't know it myself, I honestly don't know or understand why fairies have always been female.....but this is wrong! You think doing this.....changing their genders so that they know what its like.....is that really going to change things?!" yelled James.

With those words, for the first time....the fairies were actually showing signs of remorse and guilt.

"Yes and this is just the start! Besides, its making me feel better. Those girls always complain that guys are disgusting and gross.....well.....lets see how they like it?!" said a master.

"........You know......if I was the old me, I would have actually joined you without hesitation. But the person I am now.....is someone that cares.....for my sister. I knew what she would become....and I promised to always be there for her. So right here and now....its time for me to fulfill that promise. Whether or not this is the right decision.......my family always comes first....and whatever I want......has to come second" said James.

With that said, James made both of his swords glow. Then with speed that the naked eye can't keep track of, James had impaled both masters through their hearts. As both masters coughed out blood from their mouths, their eyes slowly closed as James pulled out his swords from their bodies.

Hearing sounds behind him, James could see the gigantic creature getting back up.

"A fantastic display of power my little friend, you are very well...the strongest opponent I.......have ever......encountered....even more so than...these "goddesses". So as a reward for making it this far, have a look at this!" yelled the creature.

Soon it began swallowing the fairies very fast, until they had disappeared within its body.

"Yes......now I can take a physical form!" yelled the creature.

The creature then got larger and larger until it was bigger than even a skyscraper.

"To strike me down even when I didn't have a physical form.....you are herby dubbed by me as the strongest! And now, I must have you within me!" yelled the creature.

Soon dark tendrils shot out of its body and it was pulling James closer and closer towards it.

"I can sense a glorious darkness within you, I can sense that its the same as the two departed masters. Come, join with me! With our powers combined, together we can put an end to this world and start over! We will rebuild the world in the image we've desired! With mine being that of total darkness and yours shall be where you receive what is rightfully yours! The rewards and benefits of a fairy.....those girls will bow down to you as lord and master!!" yelled the creature.

James was getting closer and closer towards the creature and he was soon at its skin. He was suddenly being absorbed by the creature as it took to the sky. Slowly but surely, James was almost completely absorbed.....the only parts of him that were still free was his head and right arm.
