He nodded his head and left the room..

Suhasini then smiled and started working..

He then shut his mouth and looked at the part which was burnt..

He did not make any noise and watched silently..

Suhasini was burning here and there in the skirt part.

She then went on to tear the sleeve and illusion neck, which left the red sweetheart neckline and the stone studded bodice...

Lekha: I saw Suhasini in Magic's room..

Mano: What is she doing there??

Lekha: She owns Magic it seems..

She hid the fact that Suhasini was that mysterious designer as she was aware of Mano's nature.

Lekha: As I saw you feeling bad for History, I went and sabotaged their second round's dress...

Soon, the second round started. The theme for this round was announced as Birds.

Adi had no expression on his face. Prerna came out to check and inform the event officials the name of their gown. She then walked towards Adi..

Prerna: Brother-in-law, Good to have you here..

Adi: Hey Prerna.. How is Sia?? Is she doing fine??

Prerna: Yes.. Kind of..

She then went close to him and explained the things happened..

Prerna: You don't worry Brother-in-law.. Sia is handling.. Everything is done almost..

Adi nodded with a pensive expression on his face.. Prerna left for the backstage.. He then leaned and looked at Lekha in her eyes..

Lekha was horrified to look him in the eye.

Mano: Calm down.. He is just intimidating..

Rajeev's eyes did not miss any of these actions. He knew something happened.

Soon the models started walking the ramp. The model from the first boutique was dressed in gown symbolizing parrot. Then second model presented her pink flamingo gown. The third model came with a peacock gown which looked like History's last year gown's refurbished version.

History's model then entered the ramp in her golden eagle gown. The model had a crown on her head. The sleeves looked like golden feathers. The hands and neck were designed with illusion material which was studded with stones. That was a mermaid gown with bodice filled with stones and skirt laced with feathers. It looked noble. The model added her charm to the gown as she walked the ramp. Judges were awestruck. Rajeev smiled at Adi. He learnt from his expression that Rajeev would have sniffed about Suhasini owning Magic. His expression proved it assertively. Audience swooned over History's gown.

Suhasini: Marvelous.. Epdi yosichirukan paaren..

Prerna: Maa.. Maharani.. Unga alavu periya manasu engalku illa.. Neenga inga vaanga.. Next naama..

Suhasini smiled and went near the model and whispered something in her ears. Model nodded enthusiastically..

She then looked at Prerna.

Suhasini: Don't worry.. Everything will be alright.. Nammalale mudinjadhe naama pannitom.. Ini mela irukkavan kai le irukku...

Prerna shook her head..

This girl and her antics... She fights till she bleeds.. But she never oversteps and celebrates her victory..

Soon, Magic's model walked the ramp. Everyone had a confused look on their face. The model was wearing an asymmetrical gown filled with red and orange feathers at the skirt part. The red, orange and yellow stones were studded at the bodice. The gown was irregularity at its best. The judges looked disappointed.

Prerna and Rohit had their hearts at their throats. Except Adi and Suhasini, everyone had a confused and disappointed look in their face.

At that time, model waved her feather robe. Suddenly air started blowing at the bottom of the dress through the grille.. The feather skirt started flying.. The long-legged model kept her arms like flying..

The judges were not able to believe their eyes. One judge looked down at the name of the gown. He then stood up and started clapping..

Judge: Phoenix ascending....

Then everyone realized what was happening at the ramp.. Everyone represented a bird.. But Magic did its magic again.. They gave life to that mythical creature. The burnt edges looked like the bird being burning in fire and then rising from the ashes.. One of the judges had tears in her eyes..

Rajeev clapped along with everyone forgetting that Magic was his opponent.. He looked at Adi when he realized his mistake.. Adi had a mocking smile on his face and shook his head like making fun of him as he continued clapping.

Emcee did not miss anymore second..

Emcee: Dear judges please share your experience..

Judge: We need sometime to collect ourselves please..

But before that.. Magic is through to the finals...

Emcee: Wow... Magic is topping the charts again...

She then moved towards Adi and asked him his opinion..

Emcee: Sir.. Your view about Phoenix ascending???

Adi: I'm proud that our country has such a designer... I'll be glad if someone like him/her represented our country in F country's fashion week.. And for now, I'm more eagerly waiting for the final round...

Prerna jumped and hugged Suhasini...

Prerna: You are a devil in disguise... I don't know how did you see all those things in that torn dress..

Suhasini: There are so many things beyond our eyes Prerna..

Her phone chimed at that moment.. It was a text from her husband..

My phoenix is really ascending...

She smiled as she held her phone closer to her heart..
