'Not everyone deserves your good side'

Rajeev removed his shirt to show a chiseled body. Adi also removed his torn camouflage shirt. His abs were well-built and the body was filled with cuts and scraps from the accident and the recent fights.

Suhasini came running towards him when she noticed the wounds.

Suhasini: Indha nilamai le sandai veanome... You're hurt, Adi.

Adi: I gave him my word, Hasini. I don't forego my word.

She turned around and looked at Rajeev. He had a mocking smile on his face.

Rajeev: Nethu sonne... Avan vandhuruvan... Unnai kaappathiruvan nu...

Naan onnum perusa kekaleiye??? Ennai konnutu unnai kutitu pogattume.. Adhu kooda mudiyadha unga ivarala???

Suhasini looked at him with eyes full of disgust and turned her face in the other direction.

Adi: Sssh... Nee kette... Naan un munnadi irukken... Innum enna petchu???

Rajeev: I still have one more condition.

You agreed that you will fight me like a man. What if you fall during the fight, then these people might pounce on me.

Adi: So??

Rajeev: Lock all the men up in the other room, except you and me.

Fight me honestly and take her away from here. I'll let you take her away only if you kill me.

Eeshwar: Brother, veandom. Don't listen to his words.

Big guy: Boss..

Ranjan stood silently on the side as he knew his boss.

Adi: Don't you guys trust me?

He then touched his brother's shoulders and Eeshwar slightly relaxed. All the men were locked in the other room leaving Adi and Rajeev in the hall with Suhasini and Latha.

Adi didn't waste any second further. They both locked arms as they started kicking punches.

Rajeev hit him on the areas he was already hurt. Adi started bleeding.

He still had a smile and fought him. Adi kicked him in the stomach which sent him flying to the wall. Rajeev spat a mouth full of blood.

Rajeev: You still have all your vigor.

Adi smirked in response. In return, Rajeev's punches were more powerful this time and Adi defended himself.

After 30 minutes, Adi fell on his knee.

Rajeev: Enna paakure??? Epdi ivlo sandai poda kathukitten na???

4 varushama nee enakaga prepare panna maari. Naanum pannen.

Mixed martial arts, kick boxing, kung fu, taekwondo.

Adi just smiled at his words and stood up. This disturbed Rajeev heavily. His words of insinuations were not working on him.

Suhasini grew visibly wary as Adi kept getting wounded as their fight continued. He already spat two mouthfuls of blood. She scolded herself for bringing this on them. Tears started welling up in her eyes.

Rajeev: Look over there... Your wife is crying...

For the first time, Adi missed the punch that was coming towards him. When Rajeev said about her, his attention slipped.

Rajeev: See Suhasini... I always told you... You're his weakness. You will be his doom.

With those words, he kicked Adi further. Adi fell on the floor as he was profoundly bleeding. He wasn't even able to keep his eyes open.

Eeshwar and Ranjan shouted as they watched from the locked room.

Rajeev: Nah... He gave his word..

Adi's hand also gestured to them to move back.

Rajeev went and sat near him.

Rajeev: You know what??? I always knew I could win against you. Because indha niyayama irukkavangale ipdi dhaan. Vaarthai kuduthutten mannu kuduthutten nu..

En kitte enna niyayam sollu??? I tried to kill your brother. I killed your people... I sabotaged your sister's life.

He smirked at Ranjan when he said that one.

Rajeev: ellathaiyum Vida... Un love... Nee thorathi thorathi love panniye... Avale un kitte irundhu pirichen...

En kitte unaku enna niyayam veanum sollu..

He pierced Adi's hand with his pocket knife.

Suhasini cried louder..

Suhasini: Veanom... Please... That's Adi...

Rajeev turned his attention towards her...

Rajeev: Adi na enna??? Yean??? Avan na yean ellarum thudikringa???

Suhasini didn't look at him. She had all her eyes on her husband who was lying in a pool of blood.

Rajeev: Nee sollu... Avan yean mukkiyam nu sollu???

Un kazhuthule indha thaali kattirukkane adhanaleiya???

He asked her as he waved her thaali.

She still didn't look at him and her voice escaped between her weeps.

Suhasini: Adi na nambikai. Namma paathuka oruthar irukkanga ndra nambikkai. He has his eyes over everyone in this country. Nothing escapes him in this country.

He loves his people and stands by his promises. His people love him. Inga vaazhra athanai perukum en Adi dhaan ellame...

Rajeev: Wah wah.... Avan perumai eh pesale na pozhudhu pogadhu le unaku???

Suhasini: Nee ambalai maari sandai pottiya???

He was hurt and you hurt him in the places he was already hurt. You used a weapon on him.

Rajeev: I was being smart... Unga purushan mattum dhaan smart ah iruppara???

Suhasini: You were being sneaky. You b*****d.

Rajeev: Enna de pesure???

He clutched her hair. She screamed in pain and felt like her scalp was burning. Rajeev smiled.

Rajeev: You deserve every ounce of this. You always chose him over me. You b***h..

He made her stand and didn't let her hair go. He then shoved her towards a wall. Before her body hit the wall, she was held by someone from behind.

She saw Adi holding her. However, his eyes were scarlet in color. All her life, she had never seen him this angered. He seemed possessed by something beyond human power.

Adi huffed, pulled the knife from his hand and stood in posture and asked Rajeev to come closer.

Rajeev: Second round polama??? Indha round thaanga matte polaiye thambi....

He came rushing towards him. However, Adi gave him an upward punch towards his jaw.

Rajeev fell on the floor in a moment.

Adi: You did a very bad thing by touching her.

He shook the hand which was pierced earlier.

Adi started attacking his limbs as he groaned in pain. Soon, all his legs and hands gave away. Latha came running and fell on Adi's legs.

Latha: Vitru Adi... Naanga engayachi poi pozhachikrom... Iniyum Avan thaanga maatan. Enaku irukradhu ore pulla.

Her pleas looked sad. However, Adi was in his extreme anger. Nobody has seen him lose his calm. The person, who was the source of all the miseries, was lying in front of him.

He turned and looked at her. His eyes showed his wrath. She left his legs and moved away from him. She knew that her son would never come back to her.

He lifted him from the floor and held him in his arms to throw him one last time.

Latha cried ocean of tears. Before he threw him away, someone stopped him.

Suhasini: Adi, let him go... Please...

Adi looked at her. She was crying. His anger reduced slightly. Everyone stayed silent when they saw his wrath filled face. But she came forward and stopped him even though she was scared inwardly.

Suhasini: He was fooled all his life.. He was just a tool as you said... Don't give in to your anger...

Un kaiyale oruthar saaguradhe naan paaka virumbale... Please...

Her words finally stopped him and he calmed down. He threw him on floor.

Rajeev was in extreme pain.

Adi: She was never my weakness.

With that, he kicked his face which broke his jaw. Adi wasn't able to see him have his mouth intact which badmouthed his wife a moment ago.

Adi: Arrest him...

He screamed at his guards who were already opening the room.

He turned around and Suhasini held him as they started walking out.

Rajeev, who was lying on the floor, took the revolver from the ground and held at Adi with his broken arm.

"I will not leave until I kill you", he whispered.

Adi turned around and threw the knife which pierced Rajeev's throat as he heard his whisper. His lifeless body hit the floor.

Adi removed his other hand which were closing her eyes.

Adi: Some people don't deserve our pity, Hasini.

She nodded her head in acknowledgement. She was more worried about her husband's health.

Guards surrounded Rajeev and holed up his body with their guns.

Big guy: Is this the reason you didn't say anything when the boss agreed for mortal combat??

Ranjan nodded his head.

Ranjan: There is a reason for his highness leaving the military. In one of our missions, he killed four of the terrorists out of rage without any weapons.

So our generals feared his highness more than them. When this was brought to his majesty's attention, he asked our highness to leave the military and join politics.

Avaruku Ivan lam dhoosi maari. As he was wounded, he took some time.

Big guy: Gotcha. I always felt his highness abruptly leaving the service was an order from palace. I never realised the reason behind it.

Adi was quickly taken to the hospital as Suhasini accompanied him.
