Suhasini looked at the sleeping Nasya. She slowly tucked her into the bed and then left the room. She received a call from her father who asked her about her project and her return. She answered vaguely and ended the call.

She was waiting for that one person to come back. She really wanted to know what did he meant when he said that statement to her in the day.

She then took her drawing note and marker. She started working on the designs. She heard some footsteps after sometime. She lifted her head to look at the door.

Adi entered the bedroom and saw few crumbled papers on floor.

Suhasini: You came home??

Adi: Hmmm... Are you working on something???

Suhasini: Yes some drawings for the national event..

Adi opened and looked at each paper as he sat down on floor.

Suhasini: Aren't you going to freshen up???

Adi: Let me see these first..

These are beautiful.. why did you throw them away???

She then looked at him. He was in his vest and shorts..

He came and sat next to her on the bed. He tried to grab one side of the comforter but she held it tightly.

She then let him have his part of comforter.

They both were lying down on opposite sides. She turned around suddenly and poked at him.

Adi: Hmm...

He turned to face her..

Suhasini: I wanted to ask you something... What did you mean when you said that statement today??

Adi: which statement??

He pulled her towards him and hugged her..

He held her hands seriously this time as they sat up.

Suhasini: how long this time will be???

Suhasini hugged him without words. She believed in him. They were not going to separate anymore. She felt overwhelmed by the love he showered on her.

This might be the most anxious moment of his life. He waited patiently for four years. But this few seconds of wait proved harder for him.

Suhasini: Forever... Even after we breath our last.. I wish to be with you, Adi... I don't know how much you loved that Suhasini.. but I love you more than I could describe. I never found interest in any man.

Your love for that Suhasini moved my heart.. Your care and affection changed my entire life. You stood up for me when no one did. You believed in me when no one did.
