CHAPTER 4

⚠️
Trigger Warning

Jungkook

"Eunha!" I tried calling her name but she continued to walk faster as I chase her down the hallway.

"What's the matter?" I finally caught her arm and made her face me.

My eyes immediately widened when I saw her eyes wet with tears. She pulled her arm back and glared at me.

"Ask yourself." She spat.

"What did she do to you? Did Lisa hurt you? Tell me!" I grabbed both her shoulders.

"Let me go!" She pushed me hard, almost making me stumble on the floor but I caught my balance and looked at her in confusion.

"You're already engaged, you liar! Was it fun making me believe in you?! Was it fun toying with my feelings like this?! If I said yes to you, that would make me look like a third party, Jungkook! And obviously, you're gonna choose someone prettier, someone richer, and someone like that Princess!" She shouted at me.

I furrowed my brows, "What are you talking about?"

Did Lisa told her?

"Just leave me alone. We don't belong together-"

"I LOVE YOU, EUNHA!" I cut her off.

I didn't even noticed I was already crying when I started sobbing in between those lines.

I nodded, "Yeah. Lisa's my fianceé. She is indeed the woman whom my parents want me to marry. But who cares? I love you. You're the one I want to marry. I didn't want you to find out this way but I have my ways. You're gonna be the one walking down that isle, not Lisa. Even if that means having my surname erased. I don't care." I shook my head.

She lowered her head, hiding her tears, "I don't want you to that much for me."

"But I want to. I want to prove myself to you." I walked closer and held both her hands.

"W-We can't-"

I claimed her lips just before she gives up on us again. She was too shocked to respond but I cupped her face and initiated the first move.

We kissed in the quiet desserted hallway of the locker room and finally pulled away to catch our breaths.

I pulled her in a hug and kissed the tip of her head, "We belong together. Trust me."

Lisa

"We belong together. Trust me."

After he said those words, I dazhed out of the locker room and went back to the classroom.

"You're gonna be the one walking down the isle, not Lisa."

I sat on my chair and sighed deeply. I took my phone and earphones out, plugging it in with a random music playing.

"I love you, Eunha."

"Fuck!" I threw my phone on the floor, causing it to break and scatter.

The class became silent. I looked around and saw everyone looking at me.

Luckily, this elite class doesn't have academic classes. We can do whatever we want and ditch whenever we want.

I just rolled my eyes at them and left the room. I went to the ladies room and fixed my blonde hair.

I held my chin up and looked at my reflection in the mirror.

Eunha's right. I'm much prettier, richer, and obviously higher than her. Than any of them in this academy.

So if I can't have Jungkook, nobody else will.

As soon as I got out of the ladies room, I suddenly bumped into someone. I hissed in irritation and looked up to meet sharp intimidating eyes.

"Watch it." I glared at him.

He scoffed, "You're a little too confident for a newbie, huh?"

"Just ignore her, babe." The tall woman beside him whispered.

"Can you both just move? You're in my way." I crossed my arms.

"And you have lesser etiquette for a Princess." He smirked down at me.

I looked up to him, a bit surprised. I'm a bit glad he knows who I am so I forced a smile to him.

"A Princess doesn't give etiquettes to servants." I spat.

He scoffed, "You're interesting. I would've got you jumped off a building for being Jungkook's fianceé but I guess you could be of good help."

"What are you talking about?" I furrowed my brows in confusion.

The guy just signaled his girlfriend to leave us alone to talk. The girl immediately nodded but gave me an eyeroll before leaving us behind.

"You're Jungkook's fianceé so I was assuming you like him. Or am I wrong?" He asked.

"Don't ask me a disgusting question. And who are you? You look too familiar to me." I squinted my eyes at him.

"Of course I am. I was once a candidate for being your fianceé. It would've been better if your parents picked me." He joked.

I raised an eyebrow, "I'd rather prefer Jungkook. Thanks."

He nodded, "Of course. I mean, he's the son of the president of this country. Who wouldn't want to marry him, right?"

"If we're gonna play background check shit, step aside because I'm leaving." I rolled my eyes at him.

"I'm Kim Mingyu. The son of the Senate President." He just tilted his head and didn't even stretched out his hand for a shake.

Well, even if he did. I won't have my hands intertwine with a random person.

"A senate president's son. Then why aren't you our class?" I asked.

"I am. Elite Class B." He pointed at the huge classroom door, similar to ours just across our classroom hallway.

"And your girlfriend?" I asked again.

"You mean Tzuyu? She's also in my class but she's not my girlfriend. Just one of those toys I have when I'm bored." He answered.

"I'm not even surprised." I muttered to myself.

"How was it?" He tilted his head again.

I squinted my eyes, "About what?"

"Being humiliated by your own fianceé on your first day here." He continued.

I glared at him, "I wasn't humiliated."

"Okay. Then what? Embarrased? Ashamed?" He raised an eyebrow at me.

"You know what? Get out of my fucking way or I'm stomping my way through you like I could care any less." I spat at him.

He raised his palm up like surrendering, "Geez, chill. I'll just drop the ice for you then."

He suddenly got serious so I turned to face him.

"Obviously, we both want Jungkook and his cute little girlfriend to be miserable. Why don't you team up with me?" He smirked.

I scoffed at what he just said, "Team up? With you? Is that your best joke? Because I'll acknowledge you for being funny right now."

"You can take it however you want. I'm not rushing you. Go with whatever you want to do with them, i don't care. I just want Jungkook to see who's more superior." He spat.

I furrowed my brows, "Jungkook's obviously more superior than you. And why do you hate him? I doubt he even knows who you are."

"Oh, he does. He knows who I am very well. I knew him and his family too. I mean, our parents are politicians. And you're seriously gonna ask me why I hate him? You parents must be too quiet to you." He chuckled.

I squinted my eyes and lowered my head, trying to analyze what he was talking about.

And then it hit me.

Mingyu's Dad and Jungkook's Dad we're the two candidates for the presidential position during last year's election.

Mingyu's dad obviously had the crown in his hands. The people of Korea loved him. Even my parents. That's why he almost became my fianceé because everyone thought his Dad was going to win the position.

But Jungkook's Dad miraculously won in the last minute.

And everyone thinks a clean bribery happened.

"Get over it. Jungkook's Dad already won. What's the point of taking revenge on the son?" I spoke.

He smirked, "Nothing. I'm doing this because it's fun."

Fun. I smirked back at how similar we think together.

I nodded, "Well then, see you around. Kim Mingyu." I said and left.

Classes already dismissed and I already had a huge plan of my own.

I immediately took my bag and clinged into Jungkook's arm just as he was about to leave the classroom with his friends.

"Let's go!" I smiled at him.

He tried pulling his arm back but I didn't let him and spoke again, "I want to go to the mall, babe."

He raised an eyebrow at me, "What? And I can't take you to the Mall today. The deal was only to pick you up."

"Well, you picked me up. I don't have the car to go." I shrugged my shoulders.

"Why don't you hop on one of your friends' cars or just call someone for you? I have my own plans." He glared at me.

He's totally annoyed so I smiled at him sweetly, "Please?"

"Oho! If you ain't gonna drive her home! I will!" A guy with dimples and squinty eyes, a lot taller than Jungkook, spoke.

"You've had enough girls in your car already, Namjoon. Why don't you go with me instead, Princess?" A guy with fluffy cheeks offered his hand.

"She's a Princess, Hoseok. By the way, your aegyo was pretty...cute." The snow white skinned guy butted in.

Jungkook clenched his jaw, "Fine. I'm driving you to the Mall."

He dragged my wrist towards the parking lot of the school and I immediately smiled in victory.

"I could've just gone with that white skinned friend of yours." I said while he tries to find his car keys.

"You don't know Suga. And you can't go around in public with other guys. If the media finds out, we're both doomed." He spat.

I just nodded at him. Then I saw a familiar bob cut haired girl in the school entrance, looking at me.

"Jung Eunha." I mutted under my breath.

An idea suddenly came up in my mind. So I grabbed Jungkook by his collar and wrapped my arms around his nape.

His face was too close to mine and he looked at me, surprised.

"What are you doing? Let me g-"

I didn't let him finished and kissed him fervently. I made sure the kiss was wild and wet, just as he liked, causing him to kiss back and grabbed my waist closer to him.

People around us started taking pictures but Jungkook seemed too sucked up in the moment and I smirked in between our kiss.

He kissed me, dominating me already and his hands started travelling south. But before he could even reach my ass, I pulled away.

We both started catching our breaths, lowering our heads and our foreheads touching.

"That was hot." I smirked at him.

He immediately took a step back and looked at me wide-eyed when he realized what he just did. He looked around and we were already surrounded by cameras.

I crossed my arms and smirked at him.

I turned to the school entrance and saw Eunha watching us, crying.

I waved my hand at her and smiled, "That's how you do it, Bitch."
