Jungkook

I immediately drove towards the airport and ran inside, hoping to catch her in the departure area but I only saw Hyuka slurping his boba while petting Leo and is surrounded by guards.

I immediately ran towards them, "Kai!"

"Hyung?!" Kai immediately stood upon upon seeing me.

He immediately ran towards me despite the guards calling him and I caught him in my arms, hugging him back.

"You came." He said.

I patted his head, "Of course. Where's Lisa?"

He pulled away from the hug, "I don't know where Noona went. A woman went here to see her off but they started arguing and then Noona said to stay here until they both come back."

"A woman? Did she say where they headed?" I asked.

Kai shook his head, "They just left and took the car."

"Since when did she left?"

"About an hour ago, I think." He answered.

I sighed and shut my eyes close. Where could she possibly go? And to think that she's with a woman we don't know. A total stranger.

"Stay here for now. I'll go look for Lisa." I told him and immediately sprinted out of the airport.

I was about to open my car when I noticed a familiar car stopping in front of the airport. My assumptions were confirmed when Kim Mingyu got out of his car.

"Hey!" I immediately called out.

His eyes widened when he saw me already walking towards him.

"Wait, Jungkoo-"

This motherfucker. I cut him off when I immediately fisted his collar and pinned him on his own car.

"What are you doing here?! Leave Lisa alone! Didn't I told you and your friends to not lay even a look at her?! I guess I didn't beat gave you a hard lesson enough." I gritted my teeth in anger.

Mingyu suddenly held my wrist and pulled himself away from from me and took a few steps back.

"Look, I'm not here to harm anyone! I came here to save Lisa." He spat, making my brows furrow.

"What are you talking about?!"

"Those guys that you exposed and got kicked out, they're planning to harm Lisa. I'm just here to help her out! Now if you still have the need to beat me up, save it for later! We need to make sure Lisa is safe first!" Mingyu bursted out.

"What kind of lie is this?" I shook my head.

He face-palmed himself, "I wouldn't fucking go this far if I'm lying about it! If you don't believe me, get the fuck out of my way and I'll save Lisa myself."

I gulped in anxiousness, "No. You get back inside your car."

"What?! I already told you-"

"I said get back in the fucking car and go to the police station!" I cut him off.

"But that's way too late! Lisa might be-"

"Kim Mingyu! I'm your older brother, you listen to what I say!" I couldn't help but exclaim. He silently stood there, lowering his head in frustration.

"Get inside the car, call the cops on your way and tell them the whole details when you arrive at the station. Lisa is a Royal Princess, they will surely track her location in no time. When that happens, you tell me right away." I instructed him.

Mingyu nodded and hopped inside his car, "Be careful." and left.

I didn't waste a second and immediately went back inside my car.

"Okay. Which way did she go? Left or Right?" I closed my eyes, forming theories and hypothesis inside my head.

"Ugh, my brain hurts. Fuck it." I started the engine and took a left turn anyway.

Lisa

I groaned in pain when I felt something squeezing my waist. I slowly opened my eyes and was immediately taken aback when I realized I'm inside my car in the brink of death.

I glanced beside me and saw Eunha sitting unconscious. I forced myself awake despite the pain on the temple of my head.

"Eunha."

I tried to call for her several times until she finally gave a response. She groaned and slowly opened her eyes.

"AAAHHHH!" She immediately squealed and squirmed on her seat out of fear when she saw both our state.

The car suddenly moved rather hard but not enough for us to fall, thankfully.

"Hey! Stop moving! You have to calm down or we both die!" I shouted at her.

She panted, "You're bleeding! How did we end up here?!"

My head's probably bleeding because the part hurts like hell but that's not the case here.

"Last thing I remembered, we were in the mall and was kidnapped. Then we ended up in my wrecked car and in the middle of a fucking cliff. It's as if they set this up to look like an accident." I said.

Eunha tried to pull the seatbelts but it only caused the car to move even more, making us scream in fear.

"It's no use! Just don't fucking move and let's wait for someone to arrive!" I spat.

"We're in the middle of nowhere, Lisa! Who would possibly come for our rescue?!" She nervously spat back.

I heaved a deep, regulating senses to avoid fainting, "My car has a built in tracker. Help will arrive soon. Let's hang on a bit longer."

"Telling that to me with a bleeding head is ironic, Lisa." She said, making my eyes roll.

"You're just screaming and moving all over, bitch. You're no better." I joked, making us chuckle a bit.

But the slightest chuckle we let out suddenly pushed the car even further.

"Oh shit!" I cussed when we we're literally hanging like a seesaw on the cliff, nearly facing the surface of what's below.

"Breath slowly. The slightest movement can kill us." I said and Eunha nodded.

We stayed like that for a few minutes when we suddenly heard loud running footsteps towards our direction.

I nearly broke in tears, "Finally."

"Lisa!"

Wait, that voice...

Jungkook appeared through the window and his eyes immediately landed on Eunha. I froze on my seat, confused on what to say or how to react.

I mean, Eunha is here. The long lost woman he wanted to find. The person whom he fought against me!

"Shit, you're bleeding!" Jungkook immediately took his coat off and was about to press it on my wound when the car moved again. Me and Eunha couldn't help but scream.

Jungkook gritted his teeth, "This won't hold much longer."

"Are you hurt anywhere?" Jungkook asked Eunha.

I furrowed my brows when Eunha didn't answer so I glanced at Jungkook and was immediately taken aback when he was actually looking at me.

"Y-You're asking me?" I stuttered.

He nodded.

"J-Just my head." I answered.

"What about you?" And he glanced at Eunha.

"I'm okay." Eunha answered.

"Good. The rescue will arrive very soon. I came here first since I was the nearest one. Can you guys wait a bit longer and endure?" He asked.

Eunha nodded, "Yeah."

Just after her response, the car slipped even more. Now we're literally facing the depth below which was large waves of water hitting the bottom of the cliff. It's as if we're holding on a thread.

"Fuck! There's not much time!" Jungkook suddenly threw his coat.

With this type of situation, it's either we wait for the rescue but we don't have enough time. Or he saves one of us since the ratio and weight of the car can't bare more than one huge movement.

Jungkook suddenly faced us, "Listen, we don't have time to wait for the rescue team. If we wait further, you probably fell off this cliff already. But... I can only save one of you since the car is sensitive to movements."

He'll probably choose Eunha over me. I know it well.

He would never choose me. He never did anyway. From the very start of this whole thing, he never chose me.

Jungkook shut his eyes close and sighed.

"Eunha, I'll get you out first."

I knew it.

"What?!" Eunha bursted out.

"Listen to me, Eunha. Once I reach for your seatbelt and open the door at the same time, you jump out of the car immediately." Jungkook instructed her.

I could only smile as I try to contain my tears.

"What the fuck are you talking about, Jungkook?! Lisa is your fiance! What the hell is wrong with you!" Eunha screamed.

"It's fine, Eunha. There's not much good from me anyway-"

"No! Stop saying that! What's wrong with you?!" Eunha cut me off.

Jungkook clenched his fist, "Enough!"

The three of us went silent. None of us talked for a few seconds.

"Eunha, just follow my lead and do what I told you-"

"But-"

"I won't let Lisa fall alone so please! Let me switch places with you!" he cut her off.

My eyes widened. Tears fell from both his eyes.

"Jungkook." I muttered his name.

Jungkook walked towards Eunha's side, "I won't live Lisa alone anymore. Not even in death. Just let me be with her, Eunha."

Eunha looked at him with worry and turned to me. I only sat there frozen, not knowing what to do.

"I'm ready." Eunha said, nodding at Jungkook.

"Alright. At the count of three, I'll open the door and you unbuckle your seatbelt at the same time. Then you must jump off immediately." Jungkook instructed and Eunha nodded.

"One..."

"Two...

"Three-"

Everything went so fast that I barely saw what happened.

Eunha jumped out of the car. Jungkook went in and went in front of me, hugging me before hitting the depth and drowning in the water.

Everything was black.
