First oneshot :] with the wonderful Eret from the Mcyt/Twitch Streamer fandom. The reader/oc is gender fluid and also aroace so yeeee. Imma use the name Lillian, but feel free to change it. Imma show an idea of looks, its just random and so its not like 'h/c, e/c' ect. Also- i used picrew so not my art

side note: Lillian goes [overall] by 'Lily' on 'girl days' and ' Ian ' on 'boy days' and just Lillian in general :] They like frogs, and oh- s h o c k e r- lilies .-. and just nature in general. Lets go-

Eret's pov 

It is June 6th, 2021. It is my best friend Lillian's 25th birthday. 

Every year, we have a picnic at our spot and we relax. Get a day away from all our problems. We have done this every year for 12 years. So sense they were 13 and I was 10. 

It is always a fun time. We eat, sing, dance, look at the nature, draw, ect. No tech. No loud sounds [maybe minus some very loud birds every once in a while]. No other people. Just us two friends, having a fun time in nature with the bunnies, flowers, trees, and occasional doe/dear. Or even a fox. 

I headed over to our spot, setting the picnic up. I even had a cake that I made for them :] I made all the food, and got most of the fruit and ingredients from this huge garden I have. 

I went over to Lillian's house, which is a cottage, and knocked on the door with a large grin on my face.

They answered the door, instantly pulling me into a hug. "Hey Eret!" they said happily. When we both pulled away, I looked at them happily. "Pronouns?" I ask. " They/them today please" They said sweetly. "Okay, good to know" I say. We both were wearing matching outfits.

[eret's is the green one, lily's is the pink one]

I took their hand, and dragged them to our spot happily. We got there quite quickly, as its in a little forest/field area around their cottage. I see them smile widely at the sight of the picnic. Even thought we have done this for /years/, we still get excited. 

Lillian's pov

I twirled around in my dress a bit. I always feel really pretty when I wear things that match one of my main aesthetics :] I move my skirt a bit and carefully sit down on a pillow. 

"This looks yummyyyyy did you make it yourself?" I ask Eret, tilting my head a bit. " Yes, I did. I also got most of the things to make the food from my garden" Eret told me with a small laugh. "Seeee I t o l d you that that garden would come in handy" I say with a smile. When I first suggested that they start a garden, they just laughed. Not in a rude way, but he thought it would be a waste of his time. 

"Yeah yeahhh I knowwwww" Eret said with a pout. "Awww don't pout bestieeeee no sad be h a p p y " I say, hugging him with a smile. "Okay okay - " she said, laughing. "Yayyy" I said. I then went back to sitting on the pillow.

We had a lot of fun. We ate, some bunnies came by and we pet themmm, we even saw a doe, and a fox. It was amazing. 

"Oooo we should make flower crowns!" I suggest after a while of chilling.

Eret's pov

"Hmmmm sounds fun" I say, smiling at their excitement. So we made flower crowns. We turned from each other so neither of us can peek at what the other one is doing.

"Anddddddd done!" I hear them say from behind me. " So am I" I say. "On the count of 3, we both turn around and show the crowns we made" they said. I nod in agreement.

"1.."

"2..."

"3!"

We both turn around, instantly bursting into laughter.

We both made each other crowns with the same exact flower.

" That is- that is funny" I say, calming down from laughing. "Yup- it is" they said, also trying to calm down. 

We handed each other the crowns and put them on happily.

This is the life....I love this....I wish it could always be this peaceful.
