No POV:

A man in a Transtar Uniform is walking through the bridge of Talos 1 holding a pistol and a baby with white hair in a blanket. He looks around and searches for any creature that is around him. These creatures are an alien species known as the Typhon. They have overrun the station and a massive Typhon called the Apex is beginning to devour the station

The man retracts his helmet and reveals himself to be Morgan Yu. The baby begins to cry a little and he tries to calm him down.

Morgan: Shh, Shh. It's okay Adrian. Daddy's here. I'm not going to let these monsters get to you. I promise.

Morgan continues walking until he reaches the control room where he can initiate the self-destruct sequence for Talos 1. He see his brother, Alex Yu, along with special Operator January in the room as well.

January: Morgan.

Alex: Morgan? Maybe I see a person who looks like Morgan Yu.

Morgan: Alex? January? What's going on?

January: Morgan, be cautious. Your brother is unstable. He may not permit you to activate the self-destruct sequence. And also, he's armed.

Alex: Unstable? Is that a joke, operator?

Morgan: Alex, move. I've made up my mind. I have to do this. I clearly made a mistake pressuring you to agree to this. I need to correct that.

Alex: You've let this machine poison your mind, Morgan. I wish you understood.

Morgan: Understand what, Alex?! What I said when we began testing the Typhon Neuromods? I clearly underestimated the threat back then. You were right to be skeptical of this in the beginning.

Alex: I've bent the course of this entire station around what you wanted. I let you pursuade me. And now you wnna throw it all away!? Just stop and listen to me for one god damn sexond, Morgan!

Morgan: I already did, Alex. I'm sorry, but I'm doing this for Earth. And for my son. Now move.

Suddenly, Alex is shocked and is rendered unconscious. Morgan looks behind him and sees a woman in a Transtar uniform with a name tag that says "A. Mercer".

Morgan: A... Alice?

The helmet retracts and shows a young woman with brown hair and heterchromia eyes.

Alice: Morgan? And is that?

The baby opens his eyes and looks at Alice before extending his arm toward her. Alice walks toward the baby and holds him in her arms. She begins to cry with joy and hugs him.

Morgan: I thought the Typhon got to you.

Alice: I though they got to both of you.

Morgan: So... We really were a thing?

Alice: Yes. It was short lived. But it brought Adrian into my life.

Morgan: I know. I should have stopped the testing after he was born.

January: Morgan, it's only a matter of time before the Apex consumes Talos 1. You need to initiate the Self-Destruct sequence and destroy it before it reaches Earth.

Morgan: Right. Alice, head to the Shuttle Bay. We managed to uninstall the Neuromod that Walther Dahl took before he arrived here. He's following protocol and is ready to evacuate with the others. I'll meet you and Adrian there.

Alice: Okay.

Alice leaves the bridge and starts making her way to the Shuttle Bay. Morgan initates the Self-Destruct sequence.

Station Announcer: Warning. Reactor detonation imminent. Please evacuate Talos 1.

Morgan picks up Alex and takes him to the Arboretum. He takes Alex to the private escape pod in his office and puts him in it.

Morgan: I'm sorry Alex. I should have listened to you back then. Maybe I could've made sure you didn't turn out this way. Just don't go back to mom and dad. It's clear they've lost all love you us. But I still love you. Goodbye brother.

Morgan activates the escape pod and it closes before launching from Talos 1.

January: There's a good chance that it won't be good for him once he gets back.

Morgan: I still won't kill him.

January: Do you plan to --

Morgan: I just need to say some last things to my son.

January: Understood.

In the Shuttle Bay, Alice is fighting against the Typhon that are in there. The Eradicator Auto Turrets lend her some assistance as she tries to protect her son form the Typhon that seem to be drawn toward him.

Alice: Stay away from my son!

Suddenly, the Typhon are blasted away by shogun shots. Alice sees that it's Morgan with January following him. Alice walks up to him and he gestures to hold their son for a bit. Alice agrees and hands him Adrian.

Alice: Morgan. You were right, the shuttle is there. Let's get on there. We can expose what Transtar was doing here. Make things right.

Morgan give looks at Adrian with sadness in his eyes as he knows that he can't go back with them.

Alice: M-Morgan?

Morgan holds out his arm and Ether emits from it. Alice is shocked by this and is saddened by what he intends to do.

Morgan: If even one cell gets back to Earth, we're all lost. You still have a future. Forget about Transtar, just live a life away from them.

Alice: Morgan.

Morgan: Please, just let me say a few things to my son.

Alice cries as she nods and watches Morgan holding their son in his arms.

Morgan: Adrian. My son. I'm going to miss you. I love you so much. But know that I will always be with you. Live a good life Adrian.

Morgan walks to Alice and hands Adrian to her along with a datadrive. She cries and hugs Morgan before getting on the shuttle. She sees Dayo Igwe, Mikhaila IIyushin, Sarah Elazar, and Aaron Ingram sitting in the seats of the shuttle's cabin. Alice goes to the front and sits in the passenger seat next to Walther.

Walther: Where the hell is Morgan?

Alice: ...He's taking the escape pod in the Arboretum.

Walther: Want a stuffy pod instead of a shuttle? Who the hell am I to judge. Ready or not, starting debark operations. Pre-flight check is who gives a shit. Hang on to your seat. This will be a rough ride.

The Shuttle takes off and Morgan watches Alice and the others leave Talos 1. Morgan thinks about how his sole consolation is that his son can be safe now.

January: You made the right choice Morgan. This is it. For us at least

Morgan: I just hope my efforts will be enough for my son. Thank you January.

January: Goodbye Morgan

Morgan: Goodbye January.

The shuttle leaves as the Apex tries to grab it with its tendrils. Talos 1 explodes and takes the Apex with it. The shuttle zooms to earth as all the debris from Talos 1 floats behind it.

Morgan: I keep having this dream. I was in an explosion. And yet... I'm still there. But in a different way... And I can see through his eyes.
