Stealth elf was right when she worried that Dark Crystal Master wouldn't take it seriously when she found out Kaos was behind it. The second the name Kaos came out of her mouth, the portal master visibly relaxed.

"Oh, so it's just Kaos then? That shouldn't be a problem." Crystal laughed, and smiled, unworried.  

"Actually, there is a huge problem. He's after ancient relics of incredible power, several of which it is suspected he already has." Stealth elf hesitated, unsure of how to phrase the rest of the problem. "He's...he's taken over several of your skylander's minds..." The look of horror on The Crystal Master's face was almost enough to make the older skylander flinch. Almost.

Especially for a portal master, The Dark Crystal Master was young. She was one of the few well known female portal masters, and there were several rumors circulating about her. For her to find out some of her skylanders, which she considered friends, were turned, would be a blow to her emotions. And by Kaos, as well.

"W-who?" The portal master managed to choke the words out. Stealth elf shifted uncomfortably. "Ghost roaster, Eye brawl," at the giant's name, there was a small gasp, "Blackout, Shroom boom, and Chill."

"I...I see." Stealth elf nodded, but hesitated before asking her next question; "What should we do?" Her portal master flinched at the question, uncertainty in her eyes. "I...don't know."

Stealth elf sighed.  It hadn't hurt to try and ask, had it?  Maybe Eon would have some ideas.  He was far more experienced than Dark Crystal Master.  He had also dealt with Kaos far longer than her.  He knew his tactics better, so he should be able to provide some guidance. 

"We should head to the academy."  Crystal nodded, following behind Stealth elf, albeit slightly slower than the speedy elf.  They were relatively close to the academy, so the two girls made it there rather quickly.

The first skylanders they saw were Roller Brawl, Hex, Fright Rider, Torch, Flame Slinger, and Blades.  Hijinx was in Hex's arms, and Whisper Elf was in Flame Slinger's. Both Side kicks looked terrified, and every skylander had worried looks on their faces. Stealth elf walked up to Flame Slinger, and picked up her daughter.

"Mommy? I'm scared." Stealth elf responded by hugging the little elf closer. "Why don't you go inside and play with Hijinx? The rest of us need to talk." Stealth elf placed Whisper down, and Hijinx soon followed. The two little girls headed in the direction of Hex and Fright Rider's house, which was the nearest.

"Okay, now we needed to find out how Kaos did...it, and how to stop it." Flame Slinger broke the silence with his words, which relieved Stealth Elf. "Any ideas?" Hex's usual voice was tainted with fear and worry.

And she was right to.
