It's been...a month-

And while this chapter won't have actual adopts in it, I can assure you that the one after this, that I'll post a little bit later will have five uvu

So now, introducing the species I made one night while talking with friends; Birbuns! Yes, I'm...actually making them a thing

And they're gonna be an open species because to be honest, the concept's not that unique or creative, ahhahah!;;;

Plus I just hate closed species where all the species is is just a dog with some cat features or some shit

Have the official ref sheet that's not really a ref sheet but more like info!

I'll go more in depth about all of this;

All Birbuns are MALE

This is kind of a throwback to my old convoluted and awful species, Silhouettes, who were all also male. 

Please do not make a female birbun, and don't make a birbun trans either, as they're just normal animals like the rest and lack the understanding of the concept of gender in general

So, birbuns are he/him

Bunny-birb (my version of birds) hybrids

Right, pretty self explanatory. They just...became a thing when Add asked for a birb-bunny hybrid, and I went ahead and made it a thing

Some also have wings, but it's extremely, extremely rare, and the wings are transparent most of the time

Bunny ears, legs and tail, birb body

As you can see in the example birbun I drew (I might keep the fella, he's the original birbun uvu), they also have birb legs that kinda act more like little arms sometimes, but they can stand on all fours too

Any color combo (at least three colors)

The body should be a different color from the other limbs and such, just to make it more unique (I'm not that strict though, if you wanna just make them different hues instead, that works too, I just don't want every part of the birbun to be the same exact color and hue)

They communicate by chirping

"Peep" and stuff like that uvu They can't talk. You can make them like, communicate telepathically with their owners or something, go for it, but they can't actually speak words

Birbuns were made through evolution when all animals were forced to live underground because of toxic gas that ruled over the land. They can live underground or on the surface, but only few of them are born with wings. They can be kept as pets. They lack the ability to procreate sexually, so therefore they're by default attracted to other birbuns. Their lifespan is 18 human years at most. They can sit on their two bunny back legs or go on all fours. 

Birbuns get with other birbuns. Maybe there are exceptions (like ace ones), but mother nature's speaking here, they're all naturally attracted to each other .w. So it's pretty gay

Two birbuns procreate by intertwining their ears together.

Just like my badly drawn sketch shows- it may be odd, but I wanted this species to be wholesome, so no fecking like rabbits here!

And of course, the species is owned by me, so credit is necessary quq

Now, some things to keep in mind

As long as you understand the concept of the species and won't break a rule of them (like making a female birbun, or making him talk, or anything of that sort), you're free to make as many as you'd like and ship em together, I don't care .w. 

You don't have to ask for permission, but please tag me when you draw/make your own birbun, not only so I can see it, but also because I should be credited for making the species

You can give a birbun away, whether it be an adopt you got from me or made yourself, the point is if it's collecting dust, you can give him away, as long as the person knows I made it (so they can credit me as well later) and understand the basics of the species

You can make adopts yourself out of the species. Again, please, just, when you do anything, give CREDIT. And any stranger or other person you give it to should also CREDIT. They're open and free and easy to make and whatnot, so all I ask for is that you credit me

And well, that's it! Maybe I'm hyping this up too much and nobody will actually make any, but I just wanted to make this chapter cuz I'm actually excited .w.
