Tori didn't survive her demons. Now, as punishment, or maybe as a second chance, she has to save someone else from his. 

Trent feels more and more lost these days. With the album eluding him and dealing with others becoming more of a chore, he's starting to believe that it might be best for him to shut himself up in the murder house and fade away. 

That is, until a woman shows up in the middle of the night and tells him that he isn't allowed to that. 

Over the next 12 months, the two of them learn quite a lot about love and survival. But Tori's time is limited, and there are parts of Trent that might be too broken to fix. 

Who says that guardian angels always work, anyhow?
