---- Nina is a unpopular nerd who gets rudely called 'Needy' by a lot students including, her classmate, Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass (you can decide the reason why she gets called 'Needy')

---- Nate is the only one who calls her actual first name, not the rude nickname. Which surprises her cause she thought he's one of the mean, rich kids

---- he doesn't like when people calls her 'Needy'

---- she's one of the normal people in Constance Billard St. Jude's School. Which is her dream school and she kind of regrets going there cause she gets bullied

---- they first interacted with each other when Nina bumped into him when walking to school and her drink spills all over him. Nina apologies to him awkwardly and she pulls out a napkin from her pocket, and starts to wipe the stains (which is very awkward but actually, kind of cute...) and, Nate finds it funny and cute

---- and Gossip Girl somehow takes a picture of them and then write something about them, and they posted it on their. It became a number one story for, like, a week

---- Nina becomes embarressed by it and she gets more harrassment and bullying by a lot of people. Nina starts to distant herself from Nate

---- but Nate doesn't give a damn about the post by Gossip Girl, he still wants her and wants to hang out with her

---- more infos about Nina!!! She's the daughter of a middle class working family, Colin and Joanne Bennet. Nina has a part-time job to pay her dad's medical bills (and yes, her mom's work but the salary is little, meaning not enough money to pay the medical bills. So, Nina thought that having a part-time would be enough). Nina is the kindest and sweetest (but a little awkward) person that everyone has met, she literally say yes to almost anything. Her parents works so hard to get Nina into that school + she got a scholarship
