"Water.. water.." How long have I been stuck here? I don't know the time. I need to get out of here. Riwon looked around to see no one. There's no Sera. She should use this chance to get out.

She tried to untie the knot using the knowledge she learned in school. Just in few minutes, she finally did it. She massages her wrist that already turned purple from the rope. Riwon tried to get up but failed because of injury to her legs. She didn't dare to look at it. It's ugly. When Sera did that to her, she almost wanted to ask her just to kill her there because she couldn't take the pain anymore.

But she remembered she has Jungwon who's still searching for her. She crawled up to the window to see the outside. It's already dark. She barely sees anything. But she could tell she's not in a house but somehow a small studio and she's maybe on the third or second floor. There's a building next to this place. But it looks abandoned too.

"My phone.. where's my phone" She looked around and found it in the corner of the room. She chuckled. Does she think I'm easy to kill?

Sera isn't a serial killer or a professional one. No matter how hard she tried to hide the evidence, there must be something she missed. Riwon checked if the sim card was still there and it was. She turned on the phone and smiled when it still worked.

I don't think I can get out of here. Sera is still around. I'm going to send my location to Jungwon.

She turned on the location and gasped when she's literally out of Seoul. Without wasting any time, she sent her location to Jungwon and waited for her to read the message. Her eyes sparkled when she saw him typing but she suddenly heard footsteps and turned off the phone without looking at it. She hides the phone under the cabinet and grabs the rope. Riwon hides behind the door, waiting for Sera to open it.

As soon as the door opened and Sera stepped into the room, Riwon put the rope around her neck, and pulled it hard.

"ARGH— you!" Sera gritted her teeth, holding tight to the rope. She tried to pull it away but somehow Riwon is still stronger than her despite the injury.

"I don't want to kill you but you leave me no choice" Riwon said but she didn't know Sera had a pocket knife with her.

She pulled out the knife before stabbing Riwon's thigh. Riwon immediately let go of the rope and groaned, falling back to the floor.

"For someone who's covered in blood, you're pretty strong" Sera tried to catch her breath.

"Ha.. someone said the same thing to me back then" Riwon held back her scream and pulled out the knife. Blood was coming out from the deep wound but she didn't care.

"Do you want to go to jail? You know in the end of the day, police will find out soon"

"Then, just catch me. I have nothing to regret after seeing you dying. At least I don't need to worry about seeing Jungwon with a girl. I bet he will forever remember me for killing his girlfriend. Aw! Just thinking of it makes me so happy! Imagine being on his mind!" Sera giggled.

"I will not let that happen!" Riwon punched Sera on the face and she threw her to the wall behind her. "I will make sure Jungwon does not shed tears because of you! You're a damn psycho!" Riwon wanted to stab Sera so badly but she's still in her right mind. If she kills Sera, she might be accused of murdering too.

Even though she's the victim, that's how it works. She's confirmed Jungwon is on his way here. She will wait for him.

"You called me a psycho?!? YOU FUCKING WHORE! You seduced Jungwon! You stole him from me! I'm the one—! I'm the one who should be with him! I have always been by his side since day one, I helped him with maths, even though he treated me coldly, I never got upset because of that. As long as he still wanted to be my friend!

But he started to forget me. He never glanced at me whenever I walked past him. That bitch was selfish. Everyone praised him as the best boyfriend material, everyone's type but they didn't know the truth behind his good personality! He will do the same to you too. Just like how he abandoned our 1 year of friendship, he can easily leave you once he gets bored." Sera basically confessed her hidden feelings.

"You have no right to say that. Have you ever thought about why Jungwon leaves you? Maybe you did something that he hated. I know my boyfriend, he's the kindest person to ever exist. Hey Sera.. love really makes people become crazy right? Maybe he's not the one for you, maybe Heeseung is the one for you. Have you ever noticed the way he looks at you? Heeseung loves you so much." Riwon tried to comfort Sera. Maybe she just needs someone to understand her.

Maybe if she tried to talk nicely, Sera might change her mind. She's scared if the plan doesn't go well..

"Heeseung? He's just.. my best friend. I take him for granted, I used him. He was so kind to me.. I appreciated that but my heart said no. I never loved him. He's nothing to me. I only—" Sera stopped talking.

Riwon turned around to see what she's seeing when she saw Heeseung at the door entrance.

"You never loved me..? After what I did, the efforts I put in, the love I gave to you. Is it still not enough for you?" Heeseung slowly walked up to them. Tears in his eyes. We could see the pain in his eyes. "Just what am I to you, Sera? You never loved me even 1%? So.. all the I love you, I miss you, for who? It's fake or you're just thinking of Yang Jungwon?"

"Heeseung.."

"You're hurting because everyone leaves you but I'm always with you, Sera! I was with you all the time. When no one loves you, I'm always ready to give you my love. Why are you doing this to me..? Just why.. I wanted to be loved too.. I wanted to be loved by you" Heeseung kneeled down in front of her as he cried.

Sera was looking at Heeseung. She has no words to say. It seems like she has forgotten about Riwon too. Riwon turned around and tears escaped her eyes when she saw the person she loves the most, standing there looking at her with teary eyes too.

"Jungwon.." Riwon walked to him. She shouldn't have said it out loud. Her voice calling Jungwon's name made Sera come back to reality.

She looked at Riwon and Jungwon. "No! No! You can't go! You can't have Jungwon! I won't let you!" Sera took the knife and ran towards Riwon.

Jungwon's eyes widened. He got a deja vu. No! I don't want the same mistakes to happen again! The memories of the day Riwon got stabbed flashed in his mind. He ran to get Riwon and as soon as he gets to hold her hand, he pulled her into a hug before turning her around so that Sera couldn't stab her.

"Jungwon, don't!" It happened too fast. Riwon could only hug him back and closed her eyes, praying.

"Ahh!" Scream could be heard.

Riwon started to cry. She didn't dare to open her eyes, she didn't dare to see her boyfriend in pain, she didn't dare to see him dying. But a soft pat made her open her eyes. She felt his thumb wiping the tears away. He smiled softly at her. "Are you okay?" He asked in the softest way.

"You're.. you're not.. but who—"

"Heeseung! No!! No, Heeseung, I'm sorry! Please forgive me! Ah, No! Don't leave me..!" Sera cried loudly with her hands covering the wound on Heeseung's stomach.

"Lee Heeseung!" Riwon gasped.

Suddenly two cops entered the room, followed by Junho. They put a handcuff around Sera's wrist before taking her away.

"NO! I DON'T WANT TO LEAVE HEESEUNG THERE! LET ME GO! LET ME SEE HIM FOR THE LAST TIME!" Sera screamed but the cops didn't give any chance or mercy. Her scream slowly disappears and she's gone from their sight.

"Lee Heeseung! Stay awake!" Jungwon rushed to him but he looked very weak.

His skin turned pale and he tried his best to open his eyes. "Please forgive me.. Riwon.. I guess.. karma is real—" He coughed up blood.

Riwon took his hands, holding it. "You can't die. Sera needs you. You can't die now or else I won't forgive you for my whole life!" She cried.

"Haha.. I don't expect you to forgive me.. I committed a big sin, I deserved this. Ah.. I think I'm dying.."

"Heeseung, an ambulance is on its way. You will be safe, okay?"

"I- I don't think I can make it. I'm happy to see the girl I love the most before I die.. I'm glad I will die in her hands.. tell Sera, I'm sorry I can't be the guy she wants. I can't stay by her side after this.."

"Heeseung, please.."

"Hwang Sera.. I love.." you. The eyes closed forever.

The room filled with crying and screaming. Junho also couldn't stop his own tears. He couldn't believe someone like Heeseung is actually real and exists. The man who will die for his loved one. That's true love.

"12:45 A.M. 2nd August, the death of Lee Heeseung" Jungwon whispered, as he covered Heeseung with his jacket.

That day was the worst and saddest day that happened to them.
