Dean's Pov

        After hanging out with Cas in the cafeteria, I decided that we should go back to see Gabe. We went in the elevator, and rode up to the third floor. As we rounded the corner into the hospital room, I stopped walking. Cas went around me, and then stopped to the right of me. Both of us couldn't help but stare at the sight. Sam's head was on top of Gabe's chest, and both of them were asleep, it was kind of adorable. I whipped out my phone, and took a picture. "Ahh Blackmail." I said with a smile as I took it. Cas chuckled at that. I looked at him and asked "Do you think they are a thing?" He thought about it for a moment and said "It is most probable." I walked over to Sam and shook him awake, he grunted, and his eyes opened. "Sammy. Lay down on the couch over there. It will be more comfortable." He nodded slightly, stood up, and stumbled over to the couch, falling asleep as soon as his head hit the cushion. Cas walked over to the chair that Sam was sitting in, and sat in it, waiting for Gabe to wake up. About a couple minutes later, a really hot nurse (don't tell Cas) walked in and said that she was going to take Gabe to get the respirator tube removed, that it would take a couple of hours, and that we were welcome to walk around while we wait. So that's what we did, Cas and I went for a stroll around the hospital, waiting for Gabe to get the tube removed.

 -------------time skip, Sam's Pov, 6 hours later-----------------

             I wake up, to find myself facing a beige wall. Then I realize that this 'wall' is a couch, a comfortable couch I might add. I roll over, then I hear a familiar voice say triumphantly "Hiya Samwich!" I jerk upward "Hey Gabe." I yawn and say "Where did they go?" He looked at me and said "Oh! Them? They went to the food court, for dinner." I nod "When was this? I ask "About a half hour ago." He replied. My stomach growled really loudly, with concern in his voice Gabe asked "Why didn't you eat?" I sighed, looked down, and muttered "I don't know." Suddenly my phone went off, I looked at the screen it read 'Jess <3 texted you' I ignored it, something in my mind told me that talking to Gabe was more important. I'll read it later  I thought to myself "Who was that?" I heard Gabe ask, I sigh heavily "Jess." I answer. After a few minutes of silence Gabe asked me "Want to talk about it?" I look up at him "Not really." Was my response. We stayed silent for the next few moments, until Dean walked in and said that it was time to go home, I said goodbye to Gabe. On our way home in the impala, I asked Dean "Can we come here after school tomorrow?" He nodded, I smiled, because I knew that I was going to have a good day tomorrow.
