I walked downstairs to see my mom talking to Miro..? 

     "Why are you here?" I asked picking my backpack up.

     "That's no way to greet your boyfriend, Skyler!" My mom said.

     "My boyfr- Oh, yeah. Sorry. Good morning, Babe," I smiled.

     "Good morning," He smiled.

     "Seriously, why are you here?" I asked.

     "I thought, as your boyfriend, I should drive you to school," He hugged me. 

     "Aww, how sweet of you..." I said. 

     "You two better get going!" My mom smiled.

     "Alright, Bye, Mom," I walked.

     "Bye, Mrs. Smith," Miro and I walked out the door.

     "I can walk to school," I said when I shut the door.

     "I know, but if we're gonna be pretending to date I might as well drive you to school," He opened my car door for me.

     "Alright," I sighed. He went around and got in. As he started driving we stayed quiet.

     "We have to make this believable," Miro said.

     "I know. We'll be fine," I said.

     "Ok," He shook his head. We got to school and he parked. We walked into the school holding hands.

     "I feel weird with people staring at us..." Miro whispered to me.

     "It's fine. Don't worry," I squeezed his hand. 

     "Ok," He said. He walked me to my locker and left me alone.

     "The date worked out?" Ally came up behind me.

     "Y-Yeah," I smiled.

     "You have a boyfriend now thanks to me and Jace," Ally giggled. 

     "Mhmm." I nodded. "Thanks."

     "Of course. Let's get to class," Ally said.

     "Ok," I pulled out any books I needed. We went to class.

     I sat down at lunch next to Miro. He smiled and put his arm around me. I smiled a bit. 

     "I told you it was a good idea," Jace smiled. 

     "Yep," Miro hugged me. We all ate and talked through lunch. This might not be terrible...
