I'm your girlfriend

It was a lovely Sunday noon, families having fun together, store employees in high spirits working hard, in general a lovely sunny day some couples having dates where surely enjoying, walking hand in hand, smiling at each other and talking for what it seemed ages.

That last part was exactly what made the purple girl waiting near the station smile. Sitting on a bench just admiring the nice scene while she waited, Yuri took a deep breath again trying to contain the excitement her very first date was bringing to her.

But just when she finished breathing out, the world around her went dark all of sudden.

"Guess who!", the familiar sweet voice of a girl then relaxed the momentarily tensed body of the purple girl caused by the sudden surprise, even letting out a drowned squeak. "U-Ummm, dad?", Yuri asked trying to hold back a fool smile.

"The frick? Since when does your dad have a beautiful voice like mine?!", the girl covering her eyes exclaimed outraged. Yuri simply shrugged now giggling at the girl's reaction, which soon was accompanied by her giggling as well.

"Glad to see you in a good mood purpleous~", the girl behind her said as she removed her hands off Yuri's eyes, then wrapping her arms around her neck. "Hello, c-cupcake", Yuri replied nuzzling her cheek against the pink haired girl's own, daring to even use a nickname for her, immediately feeling her cheek getting warmer against her own.

"F-Feeling bold today, aren't we?", Natsuki simply replied a bit embarrassed but nonetheless happy and not wanting to ruin her girl's good mood by retorting like the tsundere she actually was. "Well, let's go, we have a lot to-", Natsuki began saying but before she could take her slender arms off her, a gentle touch on her right forearm stopped her.

"J-Just a little bit more, please?", Yuri asked rubbing Natsuki's arm with her fingers. "O-Okay... Then...", Natsuki replied and the idea suddenly came to mind, moving her cheek off Yuri's only for her lips to replace it instead.

The pink one could feel her temporary girlfriend's cheek getting as hot as the burning flames of hell the moment she softly kissed her cheek, tensing up a bit but immediately relaxing in her arms.

Staying like that for another good 30 seconds, both girls silently agreed it was time to actually begin their first date.

"So did you think of any particular places you want to go?", Natsuki asked as they walked. "Yes, a couple of them, b-but I'd like to go to the places you want to take me first", Yuri replied.

"Alright then, I'll show you the power of the best girlfriend ever!", Natsuki said proudly with one hit to her own chest. "Looking forward to it", Yuri giggled, always making the pink girl's heart skip a beat.

Then as they kept walking in a comfortable silence, Yuri noticed a crucial fact she immediately wanted to fix.

Without saying a word, the purple girl walked closer to the pink girl and poked her swinging hand with her index finger one single time. Natsuki thankfully understood very quick and grabbed Yuri's hand in one quick move, continuing their walk now hand in hand as it should be.

==================

"Yeah I've kinda been wanting to watch this movie, it's a live action from that anime I told you and yeah I know live actions 99% of the time screw everything up but still", Natsuki rambled about the movie she may have picked to watch later when they go to the movies as part of their date while they had lunch at a nice 80's themed cafeteria.

"I-I... Umm I checked and see a couple of promising horror movies too...", Yuri replied shyly fidgeting with her hair as usual. "Horror huh... I mean they may be a bit cliché right? I've seen a lot of people in social media complain about horror movies these days and all...", Natsuki replied nervous.

"Y-Yes you may be right... I-I don't want to waste your time...", Yuri replied smiling sad and disappointed, head low looking at her lap. "Y-You know what, whatever! Let's watch any of those horror movies you want", Yuri's sad expression of course was enough to change Natsuki's mind.

"N-No, it's okay, we can watch the movie you wanted, I-I'm sure it'll be fun", Yuri replied now feeling guilty. "No!", Natsuki exclaimed slamming her hands against the table, drawing some weirded out looks at herself and a certainly startled one from the purple haired girl in front of her.

"I-I mean, as the awesome girlfriend I am, I shall watch what my pretty girlfriend wants! Period. Now eat your tuna before it gets cold", Natsuki said in a more relaxed yet firm voice, causing Yuri to blush madly and yet happy at both, being called pretty all of sudden and Natsuki's will to try the stuff she likes.

While Natsuki tried to calm her ever racing heart and embarrassment from saying those things out loud, Yuri kept embracing the storm of butterflies in her stomach, she basked in those new and nice feelings Natsuki caused on her.

Now more than ever, having in mind how Natsuki stayed by her side even after seeing her true self, not only that, but willing to help her defeat her own demons, Yuri's desire to do the same for her was at its fullest.

Yuri wanted Natsuki to feel the same, she wanted the girl to smile like a fool when they crossed eyes, she wanted to compliment her and see her blushing, she wanted her to know she can also rely on her. So many things and at the same time, so little time it seemed.

But at the same time, she didn't know how to do all those things. This was her first time in a relationship or whatever this was called, but she was certain of one thing and that's this was her first time loving someone else like this.

Finally, Yuri had to rely on the old reliable.

If it works for them, it should work for me.

The purple girl then discreetly took a few glances at the other people in the restaurant, specifically other couples to see what she could do with Natsuki.

In fact, she had always done that in a way, only the other times she could just wish she could ever have someone she could be like that with too. This time she did and it surely made her happy.

Yuri then looked at young couple, probably high schoolers too, sitting next to each other instead of across each other to eat. Yuri observed the things they were doing for a bit and then braced herself to do it herself.

Of course, the thought this may not be okay or Natsuki may find it weird crossed her mind but the purple one kept repeating herself it'd work because it was going good for that other couple, their smiles gave her the confidence.

Yuri grabbed her plate and milkshake and stood up next to Natsuki with a nervous expression. Natsuki looked at her and tilted her head confused.

"D-Do you mind if I...", Yuri began asking nervously but before she could finish, the pink girl had already dragged herself further to make so room, tapping the now free space next to her on the couch like seat with a cute smile on her face.

The shy bookworm smiled back with sparkly eyes and sat down. About to bounce happy on her seat like any Sayori would do, Yuri managed to control herself by proceeding with the next part of her plan.

Natsuki had resumed eating her spaghetti, Yuri patiently waited for her to swallow and then quickly grabbed some from Natsuki's plate with her own fork.

"Don't you ha-?", Natsuki began asking confused as she turned to Yuri, stopping immediately as she was met with the purple girl holding her fork in front of her face with spaghetti wrapped around and a light blush on her face.

"S-Say 'Ah'...", Yuri nervously said giving it her best smile still. "Wha-! Yuri what are you doing?!", Natsuki asked now her face as red as a cherry.

"I-I... Sorry... I-I got carried away and-", Yuri mumbled now shaking slightly, convinced she had screwed up things again and lowered her gaze as she pulled back her fork. "AHHHH!", before she could finish apologising however, the almost yell of the pink girl next to her reached her ears making her flinch a bit.

Yuri then looked at Natsuki again, now frowning and blushing hard but still having her mouth wide open and eyes closed.

The purple girl smiled happy and relieved, starting to lose herself on that cute sight. "Hurry up! I don't have all day!", Natsuki exclaimed feisty blushing harder by the second.

"S-Sorry!", Yuri replied a bit startled and then drove the fork into her mouth, Natsuki simply closed her mouth around it and sucked the spaghetti from it.

"Hmm somehow it tasted better like this...", Natsuki muttered looking away to hide her joy. "Say 'ah'!", Yuri exclaimed now more confident already having more spaghetti around the fork.

Natsuki turned to face her again, now serious, she huffed and took the fork from a soon nervous Yuri, only for her to now hold it in front of her mouth and say the words: "Now you say 'ah'...", with a cheeks a light shade of pink and adorable magenta eyes looking at the taller girl.

Yuri just smiled happy, brushed some hair behind her hair, closed her eyes and opened her mouth with a delicacy worthy of a princess, engulfing the food once it entered her mouth.

Yuri thought Natsuki was right, somehow it tasted better like this.

However, while Yuri enjoyed the food with eyes closed still, Natsuki noticed something crucial, looked around to make sure they were free from curious eyes and prepared herself to assert dominance on this matter.

"I-I think you were-", Yuri began saying after swallowing but was cut off by her girlfriend. "You got something there", Natsuki grinned deviously and grabbed Yuri's head with both hands, pulled her closer and licked some left overs off the corner of Yuri's lips.

"There, cleaned them", Natsuki grinned proud at a now madly blushing Yuri who quickly covered her face with both hands, internally screaming of happiness and embarrassment.

The pink girl smiled satisfied and continued eating her meal at peace.

Yuri on the other hand was trying to convince herself that she didn't want Natsuki to do it again. Unsuccessfully of course.

=================

"You gotta appreciate my greatness after this, alright? I'm seriously holding back to not run away from here", Natsuki said while both waited in line to enter a museum.

Not any museum however, it was one horror themed that had all kind of material of the horror culture from books, movies, life size statues and figures of classic monsters and even recreations of famous scenarios.

"I do. This was actually a place I wanted to come to but I wasn't sure if you'd like it... I-I'm glad you thought of this for me, thank you", Yuri replied hugging Natsuki from behind.

"Okay, okay, but let me walk", Natsuki said blushing happy while she tried to walk with Yuri clinged to her waist. "You're the best girlfriend ever", Yuri whispered on Natsuki's ear before letting go.

"I-I know that!", Natsuki exclaimed proud with a flushed face however. Yuri simply giggled and clinged to Natsuki's arm instead.

...

As they entered, the pink girl was one jump scare away from turning around and run away from the place after meeting face to face with the life sized statue of Jason Voorhees holding his classic machete up as if he was about to decapite the person in front of him, in this case her and Yuri.

"Ugh... I watched one of his movies when I was little, he's one of the reasons I hate horror... And forests... And lakes... And camps... And cabins...", Natsuki said nervous. "T-The Friday the 13th movies were always fun to watch. I-I remember my parents always scolded me because I was too young to watch something so violent", Yuri giggled happy.

"Look! A section dedicated to Stephen King!", Yuri said and almost run like an excited child. While Natsuki couldn't feel at ease surrounded by so much creepiness, she at least was happy to see Yuri so excited for something, specially after seeing that sorrowful side of her.

The pink girl was willing to withstand her fears if it meant seeing Yuri this happy and excited more often.

"So many books...", Natsuki said impressed at the amount of books exposed there as she caught up with Yuri. "I've read almost all of them, do you wanna know my favorites?", Yuri asked with a happy smile.

That smile Natsuki saw at that moment was enough to turn that creepy place into the brightest place, or so she thought. The excitement on Yuri's face, her eagerness to share what she liked, that joyful side of her in general, everything was so adorable for the pink girl who had had a crush on her for a while.

"Yeah, why not", Natsuki smiled with crossed arms. "Here, so my top 10 starts with this one, the dark half", Yuri said as she dragged her girlfriend to a book with the shadow of a man on the cover, split in two, one side all black and the other like a long creepy but illuminated hallway where he was standing.

And so she started, explaining Natsuki the plot of each book with a big happy smile on her face, Yuri took Natsuki from the Dark half to Cell to Misery to Dream Catcher to The mist to Carrie to The shining to The Green Mile to The Stand and finally to her number 1.

"And this is my top 1, a bit mainstream maybe but no one can't deny how good this book actually is and how it made Stephen King famous", Yuri explained. "Ugh... This is the reason I hate clowns... And sewers... And balloons... And sinks... And showers... And spiders...", Natsuki said looking at the creepy red haired clown on the cover that simply read "IT".

"So you knew it?", Yuri asked curious. "I watched the movie with my... Parents when I was younger, I don't know why my dad thought it'd be a good idea to watch a creepy clown movie with your 5 year old kid", Natsuki huffed.

"He's a cultured man at least", Yuri giggled. "Well at least you'll have something to talk about when you meet him", Natsuki replied smiling.

"Y-You would introduce me to your parents?", Yuri asked surprised, her chest feeling funny as she processed the idea. "E-Eh?! Ah... Well duh... You're my girlfriend right?", Natsuki replied with crossed arms and looking away classic tsundere manner.

"I-I would like to do the same, whenever they return of course...", Yuri replied shyly playing with her hair but still a fool smile on her face. "It almost seems she forgot this was supposed to be temporary... Well not like I mind though!", Natsuki thought happily.

"Why not...", Natsuki replied looking away but this time to hide her fool smile. "Ah! Look a recreation of the shining ending scene!", Yuri pointed out excited as she noticed, dragging Natsuki along.

"They used the movie version since this is Jack Nicholson...", Yuri replied as she admired the statue of a frozen man sitting amidst the snow holding an axe, his teeth showing gritting and eyes all the way up almost completely white.

"Did you know that although the movie adaptation was greatly acclaimed by the critic and audience in general, Stephen King hated it because it was too different from the book?", Yuri asked her pink girl with a happy smile.

"Dude sure is picky huh?", Natsuki replied. "Well, if I wrote a book and they made a movie adaptation I wouldn't like if they changed a lot of things either, like it's almost like they just ignored what I put so much effort into, don't you think?", Yuri asked.

"When you put it that way... Yeah, I wouldn't like it either if I made my own manga and when they do an anime adaptation of it they ended up changing a lot of things or not adapting others, like everything you write there has a meaning and seeing it get ignored sucks", Natsuki replied.

"I guess we agree on something", Yuri replied with a smile. "It's nice for a change", Natsuki flashed her canines with a toothy smile.

"Look! A statue of Freddy Krueger!", Yuri exclaimed excited at the statue of a man with his face burnt, wearing a hat and a Christmas sweater. "Ew! So gross! And what's with that dumb sweater?!", Natsuki said grossed out as she followed her girlfriend.

...

"Overall, the Lovecraft universe is filled with a lot of monster-deitys that are always beyond human comprehension, anyone that may see them in person can always end up losing their minds on the spot", the purple girl explained while both stood in front of a huge mural of a giant monster with a beard of tentacles.

"I'm losing my mind with all this horror stuff around", Natsuki sighed. "S-Sorry, if I'm being annoying with my-", Yuri's insecurity immediately kicked in but the pink girl put a stop to it by pressing her finger against her lips.

"Shush, I'm not having any of that crap today. Besides I like listening to you talking so passionately about the things you like, you don't even stutter anymore", Natsuki grinned proud.

The purple girl again didn't reply using words. She grabbed Natsuki's hand she was using to shut her up and gently placed her palm on her own cheek rubbing Natsuki's hand with hers while she enjoyed the feeling of her girlfriend's soft and small hand against her skin.

"Cheesy today aren't we?", Natsuki asked blushing lightly, rubbing Yuri's cheek with her thumb. "I'm just getting started", Yuri giggled back to her happy mood, making the shorter girl's heart shrink of cuteness.

"Here, I want to show you something you may find interesting", Yuri said as she gently removed Natsuki's hand from her cheek only for her to intertwine fingers with her and guided her to a different exhibition.

Standing now in front of a fairly big cage that contained a living crow and piece of framed paper that read "Nevermore" on top, Yuri started talking.

"This is actually a poem, horror themed poem, well more like Goth themed... But anyway, authors like Poe who wrote this can come up with poetic horror even", Yuri rambled happy. "Cool, well at least it's not scary", Natsuki grinned.

"It's not, actually-", Yuri giggled and before she could continue her rambling, she found herself interrupted by a different voice. "Yuri?", a girl of short and stylish black hair dressed in gothic yet fashioned style said as she approached the couple.

"Eh? A-Ah... Erika, hello", Yuri said with a polite tone. "Didn't expect to find you here of all places! Don't tell me you're into Goth stuff too?", Erika asked excited as she glanced at the cage of Nevermore.

"I-I mean I like it, but I'm more into horror in general", Yuri replied. "That's cool too!-", Erika exclaimed but was cut off suddenly.

"Ahem", the pink girl said firmly. "Hmm? Sorry! Didn't notice you were with someone!", Erika exclaimed surprised at the sight of a short pink haired girl glaring at her like a cat that was about to hiss at any second.

"Ah, yes, this is Natsuki my-", Yuri began saying but the pink girl decided to introduce herself to the black haired girl instead. "I'm your girlfriend", Natsuki stated glaring at Yuri. "I'm her girlfriend, and who may you be?", Natsuki asked then glaring back at Erika wrapping her arm around Yuri's waist to prove her point.

"Awww!", Erika simply said filled with the adorableness of the couple. "What?!", Natsuki replied offended.

"I mean you two are so cute together! And I love how you stand up and say 'This is mine!' to protect her", Erika said grabbing her own cheeks dreamily. "Don't you try to make fun of me", Natsuki replied feisty.

"She's not", Yuri giggled. "She's a good person, after all she's one of the very few people that wasn't mean to me", Yuri stated.

"We go to the same school by the way, Yuri and I were in the same class during our first year. We didn't talk that much but I always thought she was nice", Erika said grinning happy. "Yeah, she is nice", Natsuki replied feisty as she wrapped both arms around Yuri's waist and pulled her closer death glaring at Erika.

"To be honest I used to have a crush on her haha!", Erika said casually and just when the pink girl was about to hiss at her, she continued. "But! I was too much of a coward and never did anything about it, don't worry though! I have my eyes set on someone else now", Erika bit her lip and smirked looking at something behind the couple.

Curious as the cat she was in spirit, the pink girl took a quick look over her shoulder only to see another girl approaching.

"Senpai I asked them and they-? W-Why are you looking at me like that?", A girl of glasses and long mint green hair said growing quite nervous as she noticed Erika's expression. "Because you're cute~", Erika said winking at the mint green haired girl whose face burnt with the flames of eternal fire and quickly turned around embarrassed.

"Awww see? She's so adorable!", Erika bounced happy to then go and hug the embarrassed girl from behind, while Natsuki sighed relieved, letting Yuri go, back to only holding her hand.

"Anyways, it was nice to see you, Yuri and to meet you Natsuki! Gotta go eat this cake now byeeee!", Erika said waving her hand at the couple. "Senpai!", The glasses girl simply exclaimed.

"Y-You should stop by the literature club sometime", Yuri said before Erika left. "The literature club huh... Sounds like a nice place", Erika smiled and then simply walked away making it difficult for the other girl to walk as she was still hugging her from behind.

"Why did you invite them to our club?", Natsuki asked with crossed arms tapping the floor with her foot impatiently. "I-I thought it'd be nice having another couple like us there, t-that way Sayori won't tease just you and me", Yuri replied fidgeting with her hair.

"Hmm well you've got a point... We shall turn the literature club into the lesbian club!", Natsuki threw her fist to the air jokingly making Yuri chuckle. "But what about Monika and Sayori?", Yuri asked smiling.

"Mmm we just gotta get Sayori a girlfriend and as for Monika... We'll have to ban her straight ass from the club", Natsuki grinned. "I-Is she though?", Yuri asked curious.

"I guess? I mean she's so popular and mainstream she surely is straight", Natsuki shrugged grinning. "Maybe... But who knows, she may surprise us one day", Yuri replied with a smile.

"Yeah sure, I can't imagine Monika bitting her lip for another girl like that Erika did", Natsuki chuckled. "It's hard to imagine yes", Yuri giggled.

And so after their brief joking, the couple continued looking around for a bit longer until the movie they wanted to watch was about to start.

================

"Seriously?! This?!", Natsuki asked nervous as she kept reading her ticket over and over again. "I-I want to see if the remake is actually good", Yuri replied nervous.

"I just told you back there I hate clowns, sewers, spiders and more because of IT! Whyyyy!", Natsuki whined. "W-We can always watch any other", Yuri replied faking a sad expression now that she had figured out the pink girl's weakness.

"No dammit! I'll watch it but aaaagh! You better appreciate me, okay!", Natsuki demanded feisty. "I sure do", Yuri replied giving Natsuki a quick and soft kiss on her cheek.

"G-Good then...", Natsuki said looking away embarrassed while she touched her cheek with one hand, chest all funny from feeling Yuri's lips on her skin at last.

"Let's go, love", Yuri said clinging to her temporary girlfriend's arm. "Ye, ye, come on you big cheesy tower", Natsuki sighed happy to then go get some popcorn and finally enter watching the remake of IT.

...

During the movie however, the pink girl wasn't having the best time.

While Yuri watched attentively, Natsuki kept trying to look away whenever a scary scene was coming, somehow that helped her not screaming yet.

But she couldn't run forever.

The two girls had placed the popcorn bucket in the middle, Yuri was grabbing from it constantly while Natsuki preferred grabbing a handful of popcorn and eat it at her own pace.

This would back fire during one of pennywise's sudden transformations, making her finally squeak and jump scared on her seat spilling the popcorn on her hand all over the person in front of them.

"Who the hell-", a school cap man of long hair in a ponytail muttered angry as he turned around only for him to watch quite the scene.

"I-I'm so sorry Sir! S-She just got surprised there and-", the purple haired girl now clutching Natsuki's head against her chest and blushed lightly out of embarrassment said panicking while she ran her hand through her pink hair.

"Aw, it's okay", the young school cap man smiled moved and made a dismissive hand gesture to then turn around like nothing happened.

"Yuri, your big boobs are soft and nice but I can't breathe", Natsuki said in a drowned voice. "S-Sorry", Yuri said blushing deep red at the comment about her chest.

"Let's save them for later, okay?", Natsuki winked and whispered seductively and Yuri hid her flushed face behind her hair. Natsuki sighed relieved as she was able to look cool and made her girl forget she just got scared like a little kid.

================

When the movie was over, lasting a bit longer than expected, the couple realized it was getting late and the sun was about to set.

Natsuki suggested they should go home already but the purple girl used her newest technique against the pink one again to convince her to go to one more place.

Going then to take stroll around a park near the way home, Yuri rambled her opinion on the movie while Natsuki listened and made some clever or funny comments from time to time, overall enjoying their time together as usual.

Finally Yuri saw another couple that was sharing some quality time on a bench when they were walking and while the scene was something she had done before in a way, she wanted to still copy paste but this time switch the roles.

The purple girl dragged her girlfriend until they reached a bench in front of a small yet lovely fountain, using the excuse of wanting to take a little break before leaving Yuri sat down and so did the pink girl.

"I mean that thing lasted way too long but...", Natsuki was speaking about the movie while Yuri discreetly stole a few glances at Natsuki's bare legs with a light blush on her face a warm sensation taking over her body.

The pink girl had been wearing a short pino frilly skirt that day and her legs were a sight for Yuri to see the whole time, but after seeing that couple Yuri really wanted to do something about them.

While Natsuki rambled, Yuri nervously leaned down and laid her head on Natsuki's lap making the pink girl stop her rambling surprised. Yuri purposely moved her head further in Natsuki's knees direction to be able to feel the warm and soft skin of her thighs against her face.

"Yuri. What are you-", Natsuki began asking a bit nervous. "I-I will stop if you don't-", Yuri began saying and slowly lifted her head off Natsuki's lap but the shorter girl quickly shut her up by pressing it down back against her legs, making Yuri's face feel even hotter.

"It's fine, I mean this is something couples do all the time... I'm your girlfriend you know?", Natsuki said softly while she timidly began running her fingers through Yuri's hair. "T-Thank you", Yuri said softly and happy.

"Thank you my butt, there's no need to thank me", Natsuki said jokingly. "I-I thank your butt then ",Yuri replied jokingly as well.

"Oh where would that shy and adorable Yuri go~ I'm here left with a purple pervert instead", Natsuki said faking sorrow while she playfully pinched Yuri's cheek who smiled happily.

"She's still here", Yuri replies giggling. "Wait, so Yuri's a purple pervert then?", Natsuki asked playing along. "Always has been~", Yuri replied and chuckled not caring if it sounded good, bad, dumb or anything else.

For Yuri, it was okay saying anything to the pink girl, it was okay to joke, to be goofy, to smile and even be a bit bold, Natsuki had given her the confidence to do so, it just felt right for her.

While both giggled at their own silliness, Yuri turned her head and body to the left to face Natsuki above her both smiled warmly at each other and then the purple one decided to go for her next move.

As if they were alone in the world right now, Yuri didn't mind anything else and wrapped her arms around Natsuki's neck, the pink girl helped her by holding her with her arms as she pulled herself up to Natsuki's face.

Both girls closed their eyes and pressed their lips against each other's in a long loving kiss where they finally let out everything they'd been holding back during their date.

Yuri's lips caressed Natsuki's trying to thank her for the great time she had and an amazing first date while Natsuki's caressed Yuri's simply happy to be able to do all she'd done with the girl she always liked.

As they pulled their mouth apart, Natsuki carefully put Yuri down and laid her on her lap again. Both girls simply smiled sweetly at each other and with a coordination worthy of a couple that danced under the moonlight, they professed each other the words:

"I love you".
