The Retreat to the Hornburg

Legolas, Gimli, Aragorn, Liv, Tyranitar, David, Metagross, and Saya continued their fierce battle against the relentless Uruk-hai behind the towering Deeping Wall. The clash of steel echoed against the stone as Theoden watched from the Hornburg, urgency in his voice.

"Aragorn! Fall back to the Keep! Get your men out of there!" Theoden shouted, his eyes scanning the battlefield.

"To the Keep! Fall back!" Aragorn commanded, his voice steady amidst the chaos. He turned sharply to Haldir, who stood on top of the wall, rallying the elven archers. "Haldir! To the Keep!"

Haldir nodded resolutely, gesturing to his elven brethren to retreat. Legolas, sensing the urgency, swiftly ran to Gimli, grabbing him under one arm, while an elven warrior took the other, lifting the stout dwarf effortlessly.

"What are you doing? We can't stop now!" Gimli protested, swinging his axe in the air.

"To the Keep!" Haldir insisted, his voice firm as he kept beckoning his elves.

As they began to retreat, a lone Uruk-hai surged forward. Haldir was about to engage when Liv appeared beside him, commanding her mega Tyranitar.

"Tyranitar, Giga Impact!" Liv shouted, her eyes fierce. The ground trembled as the massive creature unleashed a devastating blow, sending Uruk-hai flying.

With a swift motion, Liv followed up with a water jutsu. "Water Style: Ripping Torrent!" A surge of water cascaded down, knocking down several Uruk-hai like bowling pins.

"Haldir, are you alright?" Liv asked, concern evident in her voice.

"I'm fine," Haldir replied, brushing off her worry, but Liv's sharp eyes caught the blood staining his tunic.

"You're injured," she said, her tone firm.

"I'll be fine," Haldir insisted, though the pallor of his face suggested otherwise.

"If we don't stop the bleeding, you'll bleed out," Liv countered, her healer instincts kicking in.

"Legolas!" she called, and the elven prince was instantly by her side.

"Are you alright?" he asked, scanning her for injuries.

"I'm fine, but Haldir needs healing. Watch my back," Liv instructed, determination sparking in her eyes.

"Of course," Legolas said, swiftly loading his bow with an arrow, ready to defend his sister as she tended to Haldir.

"You can heal?" Haldir asked, astonished.

"Yes, I'm a medical ninja," Liv replied, her voice steady despite the chaos around them.

"What even is a ninja?" Haldir inquired, curiosity sparking amid the chaos.

"A spy trained in martial arts, often hired for espionage, sabotage, or assassination," Liv explained, her hands working quickly as she examined Haldir's wound.

"What was that move you used to save me?" Haldir asked, impressed.

"Water Style: Ripping Torrent," Liv replied, her brow furrowed in concentration.

"I healed you to the best of my ability; you'll need stitches, but that can wait until the end of the fight," she said firmly.

"Haldir!" Aragorn shouted, fighting his way to them through the throng of Uruk-hai.

"Liv, what happened?" he asked, his tone grave.

"Haldir got hurt; I healed him, but he needs stitches," Liv replied, glancing at Haldir with concern.

"Thanks for having my back, Legolas," Liv said, offering a quick smile to her brother.

"That's what older brothers are for," Legolas said, a hint of pride in his voice.

"As long as you all are alright," Aragorn said, just as a new wave of Uruk-hai charged at them. He leaped into action, punching one Uruk in the face before vaulting onto a propped-up ladder, swinging it down and sending it crashing into the horde below.

Meanwhile, at the gate, the relentless Uruk-hai battered the heavy wooden door with their massive ram, their fierce cries echoing through the air. A hole began to form, allowing a barrage of crossbow bolts to rain through. David stood firm, summoning his earth-style abilities.

"Metagross, dodge and then Flash Cannon!" David commanded, the steel Pokémon moving with precision to evade and counterattack.

"Brace the gate! Hold them!" a soldier shouted, panic creeping into his voice.

On the Hornburg wall, Theoden surveyed the chaos. "To the gate! Draw your swords!" he ordered, his voice commanding.

With determination, Theoden, Gamling, and Hama rallied the soldiers at the gate, struggling against the onslaught of Uruk-hai. Theoden felt a sharp pain in his arm as a spear pierced through, but he gritted his teeth against the agony.

"Make way!" Gamling shouted, grabbing Theoden and pulling him to safety. "We cannot hold much longer!"

The gate began to shudder under the relentless battering. Just then, Aragorn, Liv, and Haldir rushed in with the remaining soldiers, determination etched on their faces.

"Hold them!" Theoden commanded, rallying his men.

"How long do you need?" Aragorn asked urgently, drawing his sword.

"As long as you can give me!" Theoden replied, gripping his sword tighter.

Aragorn nodded, resolute. "Gimli, Liv," he called, pushing them into a side passage, Tyranitar following closely behind.

"Timbers! Brace the gate!" Theoden shouted, urgency lacing his voice as more soldiers began reinforcing the gate.

Outside, Aragorn, Gimli, and Liv slipped through a hidden side door on the right side of the causeway. A gap between the rocks and the wall offered a brief respite from the fray. Aragorn peered around the corner, spotting countless Uruk-hai engaged in fierce combat at the gate.

"Come on! We can take them!" Gimli urged, his eyes alight with battle fervor.

"It's a long way," Aragorn replied, assessing the daunting distance.

Gimli hesitated, then mumbled, "Toss me."

"What?" Aragorn asked, puzzled.

"I cannot jump the distance. You'll have to toss me!" Gimli insisted.

With a determined nod, Aragorn reached down to Gimli's back. The dwarf closed his eyes, bracing himself.

"Gimli, do you have a death wish or something?" Liv questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"Don't tell the elf," Gimli said, a mischievous grin creeping onto his face.

"Not a word," Aragorn agreed, smirking as he prepared for the throw.

"You do realize he will find out anyway; Legolas is smarter than that," Liv pointed out.

Aragorn threw Gimli onto the causeway, and then jumped after him, landing deftly beside his friend. Liv followed suit, leaping after them with Tyranitar bounding behind. Together, they engaged the Uruk-hai, their combined strength driving the invaders back and leaving the gate free from attack.

Inside the Hornburg, Theoden rallied his men. "Shore up the door!" he shouted.

"Make way!" a soldier echoed, rushing to follow orders.

"Follow me to the barricade! Watch our backs!" another soldier called to David, urgency in his voice.

"Throw another one over here!" a soldier shouted. "Higher!" Theoden commanded as his men brought more wood to reinforce the gate.

Gimli, Aragorn, and Liv continued their fierce fight, the sounds of clashing steel resonating around them. "Tyranitar, Crunch! Let's go!" Liv shouted, and her mega Tyranitar charged forward, jaws snapping down on an unsuspecting Uruk-hai.

Liv then weaved intricate hand seals for a powerful fire-style jutsu. "Aragorn, duck!" she yelled, urgency in her voice.

"Why?" he asked, confused.

"Unless you want to be incinerated by my jutsu, I suggest you duck!" she exclaimed, eyes fierce with determination.

"Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!" Liv cried, launching a barrage of fireballs that lit the battlefield ablaze. She slashed through an Uruk-hai with her katana, feeling the heat of battle rise around her.

Meanwhile, outside Helm's Deep, Uruk-hai began launching grappling hooks attached to ropes at the Hornburg wall. They pulled on the ropes and raised massive ladders, countless Uruk-hai clinging to them like ants.

Legolas noticed this surge of invaders and quickly fired an arrow at one of the Uruks on the ropes, causing the ladder to topple, sending several Uruk-hai crashing down.

"Hold fast the gate!" a soldier urged, desperation seeping into his tone.

Theoden called to Aragorn through the small gap in the gate. "Gimli, Aragorn, Liv! Get out of there!"

As they turned, a fierce Uruk grabbed all three of them, pulling them back just as the gap began to close.

Legolas, seeing their plight, threw down a rope from the top of the Hornburg wall. "Aragorn!" he called out, his voice filled with urgency.

Aragorn grabbed the rope with one hand, holding onto Gimli with the other. Together, Legolas and a nearby soldier began pulling them up.

Liv quickly pulled out her grappling hook, firing it up to the wall, determined to join her comrades. "Tyranitar, keep them off me!" she commanded, her voice strong.

"Raaagh!" Tyranitar roared, launching a fierce attack on the Uruk-hai below as they attempted to reach Liv.

As they reached the top, Aragorn, Gimli, and Liv stumbled onto the wall, panting from the exertion. They quickly drew their swords, preparing to face the oncoming Uruk-hai.

"Onward!" Theoden commanded, rallying his men as the gate creaked open, allowing the remaining soldiers to flood in.

Together, the heroes pressed forward, ready to defend Helm's Deep with every ounce of strength they had.
