Forth Eorlinags
At Helm's Deep, the banners of Saruman, black with the emblem of a white hand, flap violently in the wind atop the Hornburg. The daylight casts a grim glow on the besieged fortress as the Uruk-hai relentlessly batter the Great Hall doors with their ram. Inside, men scramble to pile debris against the doors, fighting to buy every precious second. Amidst the chaos, David stands firm, commanding the battlefield alongside his Mega Metagross.
"Earth Style: Mud Wall!" David calls out, slamming his hands onto the ground. The earth rumbles and a massive barrier of hardened rock erupts from the ground, reinforcing the hall's entrance. The men fall back, momentarily catching their breath. "Alright, Metagross, your turn! Hyper Beam!"
Metagross powers up, its eyes glowing with energy before a blinding beam of light shoots forth, obliterating scores of Uruk-hai swarming near the door.
"The fortress is taken," Theoden mutters despairingly, staring at the relentless wave of enemies. "It is over."
Aragorn runs over with Legolas and Liv, hauling more materials to the door to fortify it further. "You said this fortress would never fall while your men defend it," Aragorn says with urgency. "They still defend it! They have died defending it!" His voice grows more desperate as the crashing of the ram continues to echo through the halls.
Down in the caves, the women and children tremble in fear. The battering ram shakes the entire fortress, their cries rising over the deafening booms. "They are breaking in!" cries a woman, clutching her child. "They're past the door!" another woman wails.
Aragorn turns to Theoden, urgency thick in his voice. "Is there no other way for the women and children to get out of the caves?"
Theoden looks grim, barely able to speak through his sorrow. "There is one passage. It leads into the mountains... but they will not get far. The Uruk-hai are too many."
Gamling nods in agreement. "They will be cut down before they even reach safety."
"Their only hope is to move now," Aragorn insists. "Tell the women and children to make for the mountain pass! And barricade the entrance behind them!"
David steps forward. "I can hold them off. My Earth Style will buy them enough time to escape."
Liv steps up to him, placing her hand on his arm. "Babe, we need you here. The fight's not over yet."
David gazes at her, his determination softening just slightly as he wraps an arm around her waist. "You're right," he says, pulling her close for a brief moment of comfort amid the chaos.
Theoden stands in silence, his despair deepening as he surveys the devastation. "So much death," he says softly, almost to himself. "What can men do against such reckless hate?"
The Uruk-hai ram the door again, the wood splintering under the sheer force. Aragorn closes his eyes for a moment, searching for a plan. His thoughts racing, he turns to Theoden with newfound resolve.
"Ride out with me," Aragorn says, his voice firm. "Ride out and meet them head-on."
Liv, standing beside him, adds with a fierce grin, "Offense is the best defense."
Legolas looks over at her, puzzled. "Where did you hear that?" he asks.
Liv chuckles. "It's a soccer thing. You wouldn't understand. I always go on the offense."
Legolas raises an eyebrow. "I've never heard of such a thing."
"Have you been living under a rock?" Liv smirks, glancing at the Elf Prince.
Theoden, still quiet, considers Aragorn's words. "For death and glory?" he asks, the weight of his decision heavy in the air.
"For Rohan," Aragorn replies. "For your people."
Suddenly, Gimli, watching the eastern sky, interrupts. "The sun is rising," he says.
Aragorn turns to the small window. In the distance, the first rays of dawn begin to break over the horizon. Aragorn recalls Gandalf's words, spoken with certainty days before: "Look to my coming, at first light, on the fifth day. At dawn, look to the east."
A flicker of hope ignites in Aragorn's heart. "Yes," he says quietly. He turns back to Theoden. "The horn of Helm Hammerhand shall sound in the Deep... one last time."
Theoden straightens, the weight of despair lifting as he places his hand on Aragorn's and Liv's shoulders. "Let this be the hour," he declares, his voice strong once more, "that we draw swords together."
Gimli rushes off to sound the horn of Helm Hammerhand. As the deep, resonant blast echoes through the fortress, Theoden rallies the warriors for one final charge. "Fell deeds awake! Now for wrath, now for ruin, and the red dawn!"
Liv and David pull out their samurai morphers, summoning their horses with a synchronized command. "Symbol Power: Horse!" In an instant, Snowflake, Lucky, and Saya's horse, Stormy, materialize beside them. Aragorn draws his sword, and Theoden dons his helmet. As the horn sounds again, the Uruk-hai finally breach the inner door.
Mounted atop their horses, Theoden, Aragorn, Legolas, Liv, David, and Saya gather at the head of the charge. Theoden lifts his sword high in the air. "Forth, Eorlingas!"
They gallop forward, bursting through the Uruk-hai ranks. The sheer force of their charge scatters the enemy, and they cut down countless Uruk-hai as they fight their way onto the causeway. Liv and David exchange a look, their connection palpable even in the chaos of battle. In perfect synchronization, they pull out guns from their back pockets and open fire, cutting down enemies in an instant.
Legolas, mid-battle, glances at them in disbelief. "Did you two have guns this whole time?"
"Yeah," Liv replies casually, shooting down another Uruk-hai.
"How did you get them?" Legolas asks, still puzzled.
"The OSS," Liv explains, dodging a swing of an Uruk-hai's sword.
"You're still an OSS agent?" Legolas asks, his voice tinged with surprise as he fires an arrow into an Uruk-hai's throat.
"Of course. I can't let Carmen and Juni have all the fun," Liv replies with a smirk.
David, cutting down another Uruk-hai with his katana, raises an eyebrow. "Wait, how does he know about the OSS?"
Liv chuckles as she knocks an arrow. "We were both part of the Spy Kids program."
Legolas smirks. "She's right. We were the best sibling spy team."
"Only because no other agent could match your speed with a bow," Liv teases.
"That's true," Legolas admits with a sly smile before turning back to the battle.
Suddenly, Aragorn's attention is drawn to a white light shining from the top of the hill. He looks up to see Gandalf, atop Shadowfax, rearing on the horizon, bathed in the golden glow of the rising sun. "Gandalf..." Aragorn breathes, his heart swelling with hope.
"Theoden King stands alone!" Gandalf's voice rings out across the battlefield.
"Not alone!" Eomer cries, raising his sword high as he appears beside Gandalf, leading a great host of Rohirrim.
The Uruk-hai falter, looking up in confusion and fear as the riders of Rohan thunder down the hillside, spears raised and ready. "Eomer!" Theoden shouts in relief and joy.
"To the king!" Eomer replies as they charge into the fray.
As the Rohirrim approach, Gandalf raises his staff, unleashing a blinding wave of white light that stuns the Uruk-hai. The Rohirrim, Eomer, and Gandalf crash into the ranks of the Uruk-hai, cutting them down like a wave breaking over a shore.
The tide of battle turns in favor of Rohan, as Aragorn, Theoden, Liv, David, and the others fight alongside the Rohirrim, pushing back the enemy forces.
