Celeborn's Chamber

The Fellowship stepped onto a wide fleet filled with a soft light. The walls were green and silver, the roof gold, and in its midst stood the trunk of the Mallorn tree, now tapering towards its crown. Celeborn stepped forward to greet the guests. His hair was long and silver, his face grave, with no sign of age upon it. Next to him stood Galadriel, the Lady of the Elves. She had hair of deep gold and timeless, unsurpassed beauty.

Celeborn looked at Aragorn. "Is it just me, or does she look kind of intimidating?" Liv asked Frodo in a whisper.

"Why do you say that?" asked Frodo.

"She reminds me of my mother when she's angry," Liv replied.

Frodo stifled a chuckle, understanding Liv's sentiment, but he knew there was much more to Lady Galadriel than a mere intimidating appearance.

As the Fellowship approached, Galadriel's piercing gaze seemed to sweep over each of them, as if delving into the depths of their very souls. Despite her beauty, there was an aura of power and wisdom that made even the bravest of hearts quiver.

Celeborn greeted them with a nod, his demeanour solemn yet welcoming. "Welcome, travellers, to the heart of Lothlórien. I am Celeborn, and beside me is my wife, Galadriel."

"Nine there are, yet ten were set out from Rivendell. Tell me, where is Gandalf, for I have much desire to speak with him," said Celeborn. Frodo looked at Galadriel, standing silently beside Celeborn.

"He has fallen into shadow," said Galadriel, worry in her voice. She then turned to Aragorn. "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Go now and rest, for you are weary with sorrow and much toil. Tonight, you will sleep in peace," Galadriel continued.

"That's not creepy at all," Liv muttered under her breath.

Celeborn's gaze lingered on the Fellowship. "The road you have taken is a perilous one, and the loss of Gandalf is a heavy blow. But do not lose heart, for there is still hope."

Frodo stepped forward, his eyes fixed on Galadriel. "Lady Galadriel, what can you tell us of the dangers that lie ahead?"

Galadriel's expression softened as she regarded Frodo. "The journey ahead is fraught with peril, and the Eye of Sauron is ever watchful. But know this: there are allies you have yet to meet, and strengths you have yet to discover. Take heart, for the fate of Middle-earth rests in your hands."

Aragorn, his gaze unwavering, nodded in understanding. "Thank you, Lady Galadriel. We will rest now, but tomorrow we must continue our journey."

Galadriel inclined her head gracefully. "Rest now, and may your dreams be free of the shadows that haunt you."

As the Fellowship turned to leave, Liv glanced back at Galadriel, her expression a mixture of awe and uncertainty. Despite the Lady's soothing words, Liv couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered in the air. She followed the others, hoping that a night's rest would bring some clarity to their daunting quest.
