Archery lessons

Liv woke up to Tepig poking her in the face. "Leave me alone, Tepig," said Liv, rubbing her eyes. "Tepig," Tepig responded with a concerned grunt. "Are you hungry?" asked Liv. Tepig nodded eagerly. Liv got out of bed and walked over to the dresser, retrieving Tepig's food and bowl. While Tepig ate, Liv grabbed her iPod from the nightstand, checking for any missed messages from her family and friends. She felt guilty about lying to her parents but knew she couldn't risk exposing the Fellowship. When Tepig finished eating, he jumped onto the bed, sensing Liv's unease. "Tepig, I'm fine, don't worry about me," she reassured him. Just then, there was a knock at the door. "Tepig, return," said Liv, recalling her Pokémon. "Yes, come in," she called out. Legolas entered the room and noticed Liv still in bed. "You're still in bed?" he asked, sitting at the edge of the bed. "Yeah, I didn't sleep well last night," Liv admitted. "Why?" inquired Legolas. "I couldn't stop thinking about how I lied to my parents," Liv confessed. "They'll get over it, don't worry," reassured Legolas. "I hope you're right," Liv replied, still feeling uneasy. "Do you feel like training?" Legolas suggested. "Sure, why not? I could use some practice," Liv agreed. "I'll just get ready," she added. Legolas nodded and left the room.Liv walked over to the dresser and retrieved her training clothes. She knew she couldn't risk Legolas finding out her secret as a samurai power ranger, but she had no other choice for training attire.

Once she was ready, Liv put on her shoes and grabbed her morpher and iPod before leaving, making sure to lock the door behind her. As she walked down the hall, she bumped into Arwen. "Morning, Arwen," greeted Liv. "Good morning, Liv," Arwen replied warmly. "Where are you off to?" inquired Arwen. "I'm going to train because I feel like I'm out of practice," Liv explained. "That's a good idea," Arwen agreed. "I'll stop by your room later if you want someone to talk to," Arwen offered. "I think I would like that," Liv replied with a smile. "I'll see you later then," said Arwen as they parted ways. Before heading to the garden, Liv pulled out her morpher. "Symbol power, bow and arrow," she commanded. Walking out to the garden, she found Legolas waiting for her. "Are you ready?" Legolas asked. "Ready as I'll ever be," Liv replied, setting up her bow near a tree. "You didn't mention you knew how to use a bow," observed Legolas. "I'm still learning," Liv admitted. "Do you also know how to use one?" she inquired. "Bow and arrow is my main weapon," Legolas replied, demonstrating his skill by firing an arrow into the tree.Liv tried to emulate him, but Legolas stopped her. "You're not holding your bow right," he pointed out. Confused, Liv asked, "What do you mean?" Legolas explained the proper technique, but Liv's arrow missed the tree. "How did you miss that? The arrow should have pierced through the tree," Legolas remarked. Liv retrieved her arrow, explaining, "I bought this bow and arrow at the dollar store to practice, but I guess it wasn't the best idea." Legolas asked if her parents allowed her to buy a real one, to which Liv replied, "No, they would have killed me if I had hurt anyone with a real bow."Deciding to continue training despite Liv's frustrations with her plastic bow, they practiced until exhaustion set in. "Do you want to continue or take a break?" Legolas asked. "I could use a break," Liv admitted, checking the time on her iPod. "It's 12 PM," she informed Legolas. "I think we should keep training," suggested Legolas. "Okay, but not too long. I promised Arwen I would hang out with her," Liv said. They resumed training, but Liv's frustration grew, causing her to miss her shots. "Damn, I hate this bow," Liv muttered. "Why are you getting upset?" Legolas asked, concerned. "I really hate this bow. I mean, it's made of plastic," Liv explained. "Do you want to stop training?" Legolas asked. "Yeah, that's a good idea," Liv agreed, heading back to the house with Legolas. As they walked towards Liv's room, Legolas asked, "Do you want me to stay with you until Arwen gets here?" "No, I'll be fine. Don't worry about me," Liv assured him. "So, I'll see you tomorrow then?" said Legolas. "Yeah, see you tomorrow," Liv replied, unlocking the door and walking inside, closing it behind her. She then retrieved Tepig's pokeball from her drawer. "Come on out, Tepig," she said, releasing her Pokémon. "Tepig," greeted the Pokémon. "Hey, Tepig, sorry for keeping you locked up in your pokeball for so long," Liv apologized. She played with Tepig for a while until she heard a knock at the door.
