Sofia Carson is in her hospital room wearing her hospital gown and is now 39 weeks pregnant and in labor. Jake sits by her bed as Sofia Carson has her left hand on her baby bump rubbing it and Jake is holding her right hand as he helps her. As Sofia Carson is breathing and waiting to have her baby, her parents and sister and friends arrive. They couldn't wait for the day the baby comes. Then Sofia Carson has a flashback about her 2nd ultrasound appointment where she and Jake found out she has a baby girl growing inside her belly. Sofia Carson asks Jake "what's been your favorite part about this?" He says "when the baby started kicking." Sofia Carson says "I love the part about my ultrasound appointment where we found out it's a girl and when I started feeling the baby kick. It felt beautiful." Then Jake and Sofia Carson kiss as the doctor comes in to check on Sofia. She's now 6cm dilated. Only a few hours left. Jake says "I remember when u told me you're pregnant. It was the best moment. My dreams of having children came true." Sofia Carson says "I love it when the baby was kicking every day. I loved feeling her kick." Jake says "I liked it when u put my hands to your tummy and we felt the baby kick." She says "aww. I loved it too. I also liked the part where we were in front of our mirror in the bedroom where we're rubbing my tummy and feeling the baby kicking." As Jake helps Sofia Carson breathe, the doctor comes to check on her it was the moment of truth for everyone.
