Sofia Carson and Jake are so happy about being new parents to their baby girl Evie. They decide to spend the night alone in her hospital room with their new daughter. Sofia Carson has a flashback about being pregnant. Her flashback is about when she told Jake she was pregnant and when she had her 2nd ultrasound appointment where they found out it's gonna be a girl and when she felt the baby's first kick. Sofia smiled so much as Jake climbed into Sofia's bed and put his hand around Sofia Carson as he has a flashback about when he rubbed Sofia's baby bump and when he felt the baby kicking for the first time and when Sofia Carson had her baby shower and when she went into labor and when she had the baby. The 2 couldn't wait to bring their baby girl home then post pics on Twitter about the baby. Jake says "isn't she adorable Sofia?" She says "she's so adorable and cute and perfect. I love you and our little girl. Thanks so much for being here for me when I had her and thanks for being here for me throughout my pregnancy. I love u so much." Jake and Sofia kiss and he says "you're welcome Sofia Carson." That night they go to sleep. A few days later, Sofia Carson and Jake get ready to bring their daughter Evie home. Dove and Sabrina arrive to help prepare them for the big moment. They give Jake and Sofia Carson balloons as a celebration for the new parents. Hours later, a doctor comes in with a wheelchair for Sofia Carson and she gets on it. Jake pushes Sofia in the wheelchair as she holds Evie. Jake, Sofia, Dove and Sabrina go to the parking lot where Sofia's parents are waiting and smile with joy when they see the baby. Dove let's Jake and Sofia and the little girl ride in Dove's car to their home. Moments later, they're home to celebrate the most joyful moment of their lives.
