A few weeks later Pharma had recovered and decided to try again to kill Starscream, Knock Out and Lightning Blaze.

Pharma had overheard Starscream and Knock Out tell Rattrap that they were going out with Windblade and Moonracer and taking Lighting Blaze with them to the park as like a family outing.

So he planned to sneak into their house and plant a bomb that would go off when they got back hoping it would take out all three of them with one blow, So he put the bomb in the living room then started to leave only to realize to his horror the wires had gotten stuck to his leg and he had to carry it or it would go off and blow him up.

"Oh scrap oh scrap!" He thought in a panic as he started desperately trying to think of a way to get the explosive off him without blowing himself up, Then he heard someone coming and hurried out to the back yard and hid inside the shed, but he still had to get rid of the bomb.

So he decided to do something risky so he changed his servos into blasters and quickly used on to shoot a hole in the roof of the shed and used the other to shoot his foot that was attached to the bomb and used the thrusters from his jet mode to fly through the hole in the roof just barely avoiding the explosion.

"Ahhh my foot!" Pharma screamed as he flew away just glad to have survived and that no one saw him.

Then Cryak who had been the one Pharma had heard coming because she wanted to visit her son and granddaughter and had called Starscream who told her she could go ahead and make herself at home until they got back having given her a key to the house in case of an emergency came out having heard the boom but didn't see Pharma fly away.

Though she did see Megatron who had just come down the street but also missed what happened, Then Cryak eyed his fusion cannon.

"You how dare you blow up my son's shed you jerk!" Cryak scolded the former Decepticon leader. "Now clean it up!"

"But I didn't!" Megatron started to defend himself until he saw the death glare Starscream's mother was giving him. "Ok yes mam." He quickly added as he got to work not wanting to argue because Cryak scared him, And kept saluting and acting like he was addressing a drill sargent everytime he spoke to her.

Later when Starscream, Windblade, Knock Out and Moonracer got home with Lightning Blaze they found Cryak still making Megatron clean up the yard and decided not to ask what happened.

Knock Out and Moonracer were talking in the living room while Starscream and Windblade were in the kitchen with Cryak after Megatron had finished cleaning the yard he'd taken off like he couldn't get away fast enough.

"What's wrong KO you keep looking at Lightning Blaze like she might break or something and Starscream said you've been acting really overprotective of her?" Moonracer asked her boyfriend.

"Just ever since I came home and thought she got electrocuted a few weeks ago I just keep worrying that she'll get hurt and I don't want to fail her because I love her and don't want anything to happen to her I don't wanna lose her." Knock Out explained.

"Don't worry your a great parent Knock Out and you won't let her down and Me, Starscream, Windblade, And Cryak and even Optimus will all help rise her." Moonracer reassured him.

"And the fact that your afraid of messing up proves you care about her and want to protect her and will be a great Dad to her." Moonracer added.

"Thanks Moony." Knock Out smiled at her as the two who had been holding hands lend in and kissed.

"Another part of it is I didn't really have anyone growing up both of my parents died in a racing accident and until I met Breakdown during the war and we became like brothers I didn't really have a family and that's why I want to make sure Lightning Blaze is always loved and taken care of." He explained.

"She will be." Starscream who had just entered the room cut in. "I didn't know you went through any of that Knock Out that must have been hard, And if you need another brother I'm here for you we're all family here."

"Thanks Screamer." Knock Out replied as they shook hands.

And after learning about this Starscream realized that part of the reason Knock Out had seemed particularly upset back when they found the bodies of Lighting Blaze's parents and wanted to make sure she was being taken good care of was because that had probably brought up hard memories of what happened to his own parents.

"And feel free to call me Mom anytime." Added Cryak who had also overheard the exchange and Starscream smiled and nodded in approval.

"Thanks." Knock Out said again as Moonracer and even Windblade joined in and they all shared a group hug.

They all hung out for a few more hours until Knock Out got a call on his com-link saying they needed him to help work the night shift at the hospital.

So Moonracer went home and Cryak had a date with Optimus so Starscream and Windblade stayed to watch Lightning Blaze while also having a bit of a date with each other.

Starscream and Windblade were just hanging out while Lightning Blaze was playing with her toys before bedtime.

And Starscream noticed Windblade kept calling him Stars.

"So is that like your nickname for me." He smiled.

"Yeah I think it suits you." She replied.

"I love it." He told her.

"Stars!" They both suddenly heard a tiny voice exclaim, That they both thought was the cutest little voice they'd ever heard realizing it was Lightning Blaze.

"She just said her first word and she hasn't even transformed into a bot mode yet, So does this mean she'll be able to talk in her dragon mode?" Starscream said feeling excited.

"Yeah probably." Windblade added feeling just as happy and excited as Starscream.

"She's gonna have one over on Predaking." The seeker smiled proud of his daughter. "Awesome work sweetspark I'm so proud of you and your Dad 2 is gonna be thrilled when we tell him and maybe a little jealous that he wasn't here and it was my nickname."

Then Starscream decided to call Knock Out and tell him the good news.

Meanwhile Knock Out was working his shift at the hospital it was only him, Ratchet, and Pharma at the time.

Pharma actually had to have Ratchet repair his foot and when they asked him what happened to it he made up a story about having gotten in the way of some bots who were doing target practice by mistake, And was relieved when both Ratchet and Knock Out bought it.

Then Ratchet had to go home to get some recharge after Knock Out convinced him to after learning that he'd been working all day, Ratchet had always been known to overwork himself.

So Ratchet clocked out leaving only Knock Out and Pharma.

Then a few minutes after Ratchet had left Knock Out noticed Pharma seemed to be nodding off so told him to take the night off as well and that he would handle things until someone else clocked in to relieve him.

"Thank you." Pharma said pretending to be grateful.

"Anytime we need to be well rested to be able to do our jobs." Knock Out replied.

Then Pharma clocked out but Knock Out didn't know Pharma had pretended to be tired so he could clock out as part of a plan.

After being left alone Knock Out suddenly got a call from Starscream telling him Lightning Blaze had said her first word and Knock Out was thrilled to hear about it.

"Sorry I wasn't there to hear it but maybe she'll say it again when I get back in the morning?" Knock Out told him glad Lightning Blaze had spoken her first word. "Thanks for calling and telling me."

"Anytime." Starscream had responded, Then the two friends hung up so Knock Out could get back to work.

Then suddenly the power went out and for some reason the back up generator didn't kick on.

"Scrap something must be wrong with the generator well good thing I was also a weapons engineer so can do basic maintenance repairs." Knock Out thought to himself as he grabbed a toolkit.

"I don't get paid enough for this." He joked at the security camera that ran off battery power so it wouldn't be affected by an outage, then walked outside to try to fix the generator.

When he reach the generator Knock Out was surprised to see that it was in perfect shape and had just been turned off for some reason so turned it back on and went to see why the power had gone out and saw that it had been cut for some reason.

Before Knock Out could farther question what was going on he was suddenly grabbed from behind and hit with a syringe to the neckcables while a hand was clamped over his mouth.

And Knock Out continued to struggle for several minutes trying desperately to escape his attacker and turn his helm just enough to see that it was Pharma who continued to keep his servo firmly over the red medic's mouth to pervert him from crying out and used his arm to hold Knock Out and stop him from running.

"Do you really think I'm gonna allow two decepticons and a baby predacon to live I'm going to rid Cybertron of trash like you after I finish you I'm gonna kill Starscream then get rid of that little pest once and for all." Pharma hissed darkly in Knock Out's audio receptor.

Knock Out fought him for a few more seconds before losing consciousness and after feeling his victim go slack Pharma dragged him away, Having lured Knock Out outside so the camera wouldn't catch any of what happened.

"Sleep well doctor when you wake up it'll all be over." Pharma said to the red medic as he dragged him off into the night.

A few hours later Knock Out woke up feeling weak and dizzy and it was a battle just getting his optics to come back online his body was hard to move and felt heavily sedated.

Until he remembered what Pharma had done to him and more importantly what the other medic had said to him before he passed out from being drugged, And that Starscream and Lightning Blaze were in danger.

Knock Out managed to force his optics to come online as they darted around the area he was in he realized he was in the back of a small ship that was open so he struggled to get his body to work as he weakly rolled out of the back of the ship and started crawling not really knowing where he was yet or where he should even go.

He somehow managed to get to his feet as he staggered for a minute try to keep his balance still feeling sick and out of it, from whatever Pharma had sedated him with.

But he was determined to get back to his family and warn them about Pharma he couldn't let him kill Starscream or hurt Lightning Blaze.

Then Knock Out realized to his horror he was wondering in the direction of a cliff and Pharma had brought him to Cybertron's wilderness and he was in the middle of nowhere.

And then before Knock Out knew what hit him Pharma struck him hard across the head with a board he had stolen from a construction site in iacon just for that purpose because he wanted Knock Out to suffer a minute before he killed him to think he had a chance to survive and warn and try to save Starscream and Lightning Blaze before he took it away.

Pharma looked down to see Knock Out's frame now laying motionless at the bottom of the cliff where he had fallen after he hit him.

"One down and two to go." Pharma whispered darkly as he took his ship back to iacon confident no one would find Knock Out's body at the bottom of the cliff or figure out what happened to the cherry colored mech.
