Yeah, its me this time haha

I'm in need of prayer right now because I'm dealing with some past trauma's that really friggin suck. I've met with my counselor already, and have already started digging into the past with the help of my wife and close friends. I took the Post Traumatic Stress Index and score severe in almost every area (I knew I had issues, but eeesh! haha)

I'm not in a bad place mentally, but emotionally I feel very all over the place, and stress + anxiety = triggers for old coping habits that are not healthy.

Your prayers are most appreciated, and I'll make sure to keep you guys updated along the way.

Hey guys, I've got an update for you all regarding my therapy.

Things have been going well, and I've had several memories trigger from when I was four. Not good memories by any means, but part of my history that has been lost for a long, long time.

God is fulfilling the promise He gave me at the start of my recovery journey in Joel 2:25 where He says that He will restore the years the swarming locust has taken. Thing's are coming together, but there is still one final trauma that I've not dealt with yet, which brings me to my request.

I'm in need of serious prayer covering. Next week, my therapist and I will be going after it now that we've narrowed some things down. I need your prayers. Both my therapist and I are diving into this darkness with nothing but God to direct us both through the dark waters of whatever this trauma is. I'm reaching out to everyone whom I trust will pray for me, and I'm thankful I know I can count you among them.
