Robins point of view

"Finn you alright?", Jem says shaking Finn gently by his shoulders.

He shifts and his eye blink open slightly... "he's walking up", Jem leans back with a sigh of relief.

Jack takes something out of his pocket and points it at EverFear. Is that his that his stun gun?

EF wakes up fully and gives a small wave "Hi....".

"Jack!", Jemy says hitting Jack in the arm.

"what?... he's dangerous...", Jack says with a shrug.

"come on Jack... I'm not that dangerous", EF says sitting up rubbing the back of his head where he hit it.

"you put me and Ro in a coma...", Jack says with a stern face.

"that wasn't me", he says standing up and wiping the dust of his trousers.

"what do you mean that wasn't you?", Jacks says lowering the the Night Night gun and putting it back in his hoodie pocket.

I look at EF closely... he seems different... yet familiar...

"Finn?", I ask hesitantly.

He turns around and smiles at me "hey Ro... no long time no see...".

I run up to him and tackle him in a hug. 

As we let go of the hug, I hear voice come out of nowhere.

"well done Fawkes... The powers out... where's Nikola?", the familiar voice of Mr Morrison says as he walks up to us.

Jem goes to speak... but Finn stops her...

"he told me to run... I think he's still at Spectre", Finn says trying to act like EverFear.

Morrison sighs, "that's fine we can deal with that later... it's time for the final part of my plan...", he says with a smirk calling to someone behind him, "come here son...".

Max walks out and in front of Morrison.

"Max?" I say I'm disbelief... then I notice his eyes ... white like he's under control.

"he can't hear you... the only person he'll listen to is me", his father says with a laugh.

Jack stepped forward, "you mind controlled your own son?", he said angrily.

Morrison looks at me with an angry look on his face, "well I wouldn't have had to if you hadn't convinced him I was in the wrong".

"it didn't take much convincing...", I said with a smirk and taking a step forward.

Morrison looks away "well doesn't matter anyway... this way I can still complete my plan..." he says looking guiltily at his son, "Max do what I told you to do earlier...".

Max closes his eyes like he does when he's using his powers

"what's he doing?" I ask nervously.

"he's scanning every mind in the city,", Morrison answered not looking away from his son.

"why?", Jem asks looking scared.

Morrison looks at Jem, "so we can find out who are agents of PHOBIA".

"PHOBIA?", Jacks says has if he knew something.

"the cause of my wife's death...", Morrison answers glaring at me. Why? I have nothing to do with PHOBIA... I dont even know what it is!

Max seems to strain as using his powers in this scale is becoming to much for him... his nose starts to bleed a little. This is bad... really bad.

"what's wrong with him?", Jem asks concerned.

Morrison looks scared and turns to face his son, "I... I... don't know...".

"it's to much for him... you need make him stop!", Finn begs.

"I will do no such thing Fawkes..." yells back at him... "boost his powers" he mumbles quietly but loud enough for us to hear.

Finn ignores his plea, "make him stop... he'll die if you don't", he says sternly.

"not if you boost his powers..." Morrison says walking closer to Finn.

"what are planning on doing... when you have the names of all the agents...", he asks looking up at Morrison.

"I don't want their names..." Morrison laughs and steps back slightly, "no he's going to tear the minds apart, ...

That's horrible, Max whould never do that... can Max even do that?. "what? You'll make your son kill countless lives..." I say outraged, walking over to him.

He turns to face me "without hesitation...".

Max screams in pain... make us all look at him...

His father yells frantically at Finn, "boost his powers!!!", while shaking his shoulders.

Finn hits his hands away and sternly yells "NO".

"you have to m... I control you", says sternly, a slight begging tone in his voice.

"not any more...", Finn says with a slight smirk.

"what?", Morrison says confused, untill the realisation hit him, "Oooooo your back to being Finn aren't you?".

"I back to being who I really am..." Finn says making a step towards the fake maths teacher.

"I can put you back under control", Morrison says with eyes glowing yellow.

On instinct I ran toward Morrison and grab him from behind and fly up into the air.

He squirms and yells "put me down!!!".

"as you wish..." I say smirking as I drop him onto an office building rooftop.

"ow...", I hear him, as I gracefully land in the roof.

Morrison gets up and looks around... before looking back at me "what's your plan here?", he says with a laugh.

"getting you away from my friends", I say crossing my arms.

"my powers don't have a range! I still have control over Max..." he says gesturing down to where we were previously.

"You mean your still killing him", I say with a huff.

"I tried to fix that ..." he says gesturing angrily.

"by forcing my friend to use the powers he hates... yea great save...", I say doing the same gesturing around me angrily as I spoke.

A smile starts to spread across Morrisons face "you know you didn't think this through".

I laugh at his comment, "I don't usually I kinda tend to work on instinct... gut feelings that kinda thing...".

I look over to him and notice his eyes glowing yellow... whoopsy doodles...

"now fly me back down there", he says and that's what I do...

Jems point of view

Ro flys cm back down to the ground facing away from everyone
I see Ro flying The Controller back to us... when they land he's walks over to Finn and Ro has her back to us.

"Ro?", I ask hesitantly as I make a step towards her... I tap her on the shoulder... she turns around... oh god...

...white eyes... her eyes are white like Max's...

Jack sees this too "not Ro!".

"her plans never seem to plan out do they?", Morrison says looking at Ro with a smirk.

Jack glares at Morrison... "screw a plan", he says turning to me with a smirk. Quoting what Ro said earlier that day.

"yea!" I say retuning his smile before turning to Morrison "...screw a plan".

Finn looks between us confused "yea....?",

Morrison just rolled his eyes and looked back over to Finn, "now back to you!! Boost his powers..." he yells walking closer to him.

His eyes glow yellow as he tries again to use his powers on Finn...

...Failing...

He lets his eyes go back to normal "damn why isn't this working!!!", he yells frustrated.

Finn looks confused... before a smirk creeps upon his face, "huh guess you can't use your powers on me anymore...".

Morrison looks defeated before he looks over at our blonde haired friend... and he smiles wide, "not on you no...", he's says looking at Finn, "but her..." he says gesturing at Ro, "her I can...".

Finn's smirk falls and his face turns stern "don't you dare...".

"Miss Swift... fly up just high enough for it to hurt if you fall", he says not looking away from Finn.

"no!!!", Finn yells.

She flys up... like she was told...

I ran over to where she was standing previous "Ro!!!!!" I yell up into the sky.

Morriosn turns to face me "if I even sense you trying to teleport to her I will not hesitate to make her fall...", he says with a smile.

I turn around to face him, tears falling down my face, "your a monster", I mumble.

"no... I'm trying to stop one" he snaps back at me.

"I don't think your wife will like who you've become..." Finn mumbles, his own tears falling.

"boost his powers... or she drops", he says angrily.

Finn looks up at Ro them at Max and then at me and Jack with a guilty look on his face, "I'm sorry guys... I have too", he says with more tears falling.

Jack looks at Ro then down at Finn, "we know" he says with a nod.

Finn closes his eyes... Max seems to settle and using his powers seems to be having less strain on him.

"yes!!!!" Morrison says running over to his son.

Finn opens his eyes, and mumbles something just loud enough for us but now Morrison to hear, "I can't let him do this...".

Jack whispers something, "she's not up high enough to kill her..." he's says looking up at Ro.

"Jack what are you saying?", I say and he moves his gaze down to look at me..., "We can't let her fall".

He grabs my shoulders "we can't let max kill all those people..." he looks over to Max... "he'll never forgive himself...and nether will we" he says looking back over to me and Finn.

"ok... your right", I say with a sad sigh.

He nods at Finn and he stops using his powers. It once again makes it difficult for Max to use his powers again as he starts to show more pain.

Morrison turns around to face us, "I will let her fall..." he says gesturing to Ro.

Finn whispers, "I'm sorry Ro...", before loudly saying "then do it".

Morrions eyes flicker... and Max's falls to the ground... he seemed to have lost control... but that means Ro... oh no...

He turns around to face his son, "nooooo!!!!", he yells.

Ro starts falling... and falling... untill...

... she hits the ground.

There was moment of silence... as eveyone seemed to be frozen...

Ro groans in pain and starts to sit up...

"It looks like you fear of heights has caught up with you...", Morrison says with an evil grin as he walks over to Ro.

Ro sits up as much as she can with a smirk... "It looks like you lost control of this situation".

Morrison seems to look at something in the ground... it was... no...

Morrison picks up... Jacks stun gun than must have fallen out of his pocket at some point in the ciaos.

He points the gun at me then Jack then Ro, before looking at Finn... "put them all in Fear Comas things you do or I will shoot all of them!!" he yells frantically... clearly he doesn't know it's a stun gun.

Jack laughs and leans over to me and whispers "geez seems like control wasn't the only thing you lost...", causing us both to laugh.

"Fawkes! Now!" He shouts as he points the gun at Ro, "she's first..."

Me, Ro and Jack all burst out into laughter...

Morrison and Finn looks at us confused and concerned...

"what are guys laughing at ... he's not kidding..." Finn say frantically and Morrison nods.

"I'm really not", he says moving closer to Ro.

Ro snickers, "take a closer look at the gun... look familiar".

Fawkes sighs before finally answering my question, "Jem and Jack shot us with what seemed like stun guns."

It dawns in Finn what Morrison was holding... "stun gun!".

"hehe... it's called a Night Night Pistol..." I say jumping up and down.

Morrison turns around to face me "a what?", he says as he looks down at the gun, "damn it!", he yells throwing the gun. Jacks pick it up and places it back on his pocket.

Morrison puts his head in his hands, Finn walks over to him and puts his hand on his shoulders, "looks like you could use a nap..." he says with smile as Morrison falls to the ground. I'm guessing Finn put him in a Fear Coma.

"that's was smooth..." Jack says with a nod

"whooo.... ow.... hooo! Ow..." Ro says trying to stand up.

Jack and Finn go over to help her up.

I see that there's a cut in Ro's leg... that looks pretty nasty... I mean there was a quite a bit of blood... not that bothered me...

"Ow...", Ro limps over to me while using Finn and Jack as crutches.

When suddenly I noticed Ro's cut disappeared "that's werid!", she exclaims.

"what is it?" Finn says tilting his head to look at her.

Ro looks down at where the cut was on her leg and fiddles with the hole in her jeans where the cut was... WAS..., "my leg, it doesn't hurt anymore... it's fine... perfectly fine..." she looking confused.

"odd...", Finn said moving away to allow her to walk on her own... Jack did too.

"yea odd...", Jack said looking weirdly at his hands.

We all turn when we heard a groan behind us ... and see Max sitting up "well I feel like I missed a party". Max stand up and starts making his way over to us. He seems to notice the blood on Ro's jeans...

Ro notices him looking the hole in her jeans and the blood around it... "I'm fine Max".

"Good", Max says with a nod..

He looks over at Finn... "we good?", he says with another nod.

"Yea, we good!" Finn says with a smile.

Max looks like he's using his powers again... presumably to look into Finns mind...

"I said I'm good", Finn says agin more sternly.

"Ooook", Max's says doubtfully.

"you good Max?", I say walking over to Max.

Max rubs his head "like I said headache but other than that I'm fine..."

"let go home", Ro says tiredly looking at Jack

"lets go home..." Jack says with a nod.

... the next chapter is a lot shorter than usual as it's just setting up the next part of the story...
