Powers/weapons: Chad has a power set which is perfectly identical to the first Green Ranger, due to his powers coming from the same source. His weapons are also the same, but modified for Chad's hand size and arm reach. The differences are mostly non-existent, and easily confused for each other

Backstory: Chad grew up right across the street from Kimberly Hart, and they were friends right from the start. Chad's parents were always away on business trips, and so he spent a lot of time with Kimberly, and with her family in order to keep him out of trouble, or just to cheer him up, as even when his parents were home, they weren't the most loving to him, neglectful and workaholics. Kimberly was often his source of comfort, and someone he could always count on. The two of them were mistaken for a couple frequently, and they even at one point were "married" with ring pops.

As the two of them got older, they begin to take different interests in things, with Kimberly finding her love for gymnastics, and Chad taking up martial arts, specifically kickboxing. Kimberly would go onto forget her childhood feelings for Chad, while Chad never got over the first love of his life. The two of them would remain friends, with things becoming slightly more awkward for them when Tommy Oliver came to town, and stole Kimberly's heart.

Chad continued to hear from her how amazing Tommy was, which fed into his inferiority complex, and the deep loneliness he always felt. It was around this time that Rita was growing desperate to defeat the Rangers, after the Green Ranger switched sides and joined the Rangers, and so Rita turned to Chad, giving him a Power Coin and Morpher, which would give him the same Green Ranger powers, but this time, even stronger, giving Chad a chance to win Kimberly over, and Rita manipulated him into believing that the Power Rangers needed to be destroyed

Tommy would go on to defeat Chad in combat, which revealed his identity to all of the Rangers. Chad was consumed by guilt over what he had done, and how he had hurt Kimberly, innocent people and his friends because of his jealousy, and because he had allowed himself to be manipulated. But, Kimberly convinced the other Rangers to let him have a place on the team, and earn his redemption

Civilian Attire: Kari dresses in extremely ragged clothing. Nothing even close to fashionable, it's whatever she can find and fits her, even to some extent. It wouldn't be uncommon to see her wearing the same clothes multiple days in a row because of her financial situation

Powers/weapons: Kari has powers which are meant for exploring space. Her suit lets her survive in the pressure, cold and vacuum of space. She has rockets built in around the suit to be able to fly around, and explore, hooks and tethers to latch onto things if needed, and she has many tools she can use as weapons should she find herself needing to

Backstory: Kari was a little girl the first time she saw a Power Rangers battle, and to her, it was the coolest thing in the entire world. Even if she grew up in a poor house, which nine times out of ten couldn't keep the cable running for her to see the fights, the ones she did get to see meant the entire world to her, and to her little brother. They gave her the hope that one day, she and her brother would be more than the children of a poor family, more than the children of a neglectful family. They could become more, and they could make a difference.

But then, one day, the world seemed to stand still for her. Divatox won. The command center fell, the Megazords destroyed. It seemed like the end of the Power Rangers. She and her brothers had watched the fight from what they thought was a safe distance, but it wasn't. While the world mourned the loss of the Power Rangers, she mourned a much more personal loss. Her little brother.

Kari was confused, angry and sad. But, she knew her brother would always want her to move forward, and so she did. She stowed away on the ship which the Rangers were taking to space, and then found a Morpher. Heartbroken her brother wasn't going to be there to see it, she became a Power Ranger, and fought to save the world, and the galaxy from evil. Not for revenge, but rather the justice that neither she, or her brother never managed to get

Civilian Attire: Evolto doesn't understand human concepts such as clothing, and the need for decency, so like Maya he tends to dress in clothing resembling something a tribesman or caveman would wear, which leaves very little to the imagination. On occasions where he doesn't find himself dressed like this, he'll rip parts off shirts and jeans to make himself more comfortable

Powers/weapons: Evolto has no special powers or weapons to speak of, with the gear that comes with being a Ranger, and the standard power set that comes with it. He does have the unique ability to, like Maya communicate with nature and with the GalactaBeasts, though usually with much less success

Backstory:Evolto grew up on the world of Minori, along with a tribe of hunter gatherers. They hunted wild game, but were in tune with nature, and so Evolto learned of both the savage nature it could have, and also the innate beauty within it, and this left him with a strong desire to protect nature whenever he could, as well as the tribe which had raised him. A tribe elder told him about the Quasar Sabers, and he would try, and fail many times as a child to pull one. However, he never gave up hope that he could pull one someday.

When Minori was attacked by Furio, Evolto would desperately try to pull a saber, wanting to protect his planet, and the people and animals he had come to care so much about, and as he had many times before, he failed in his quest to do so. However, the tribe elder explained to him that there was one saber he had left out of the story, the one which Evolto was meant to use, the Monochrome Quasar Saber, which was then given to Evolto so he could protect life, but not just the life of Minori, all life.

Evolto, after defending his planet met up with the others who had managed to pull Quasar Sabers, and bond with a GalactaBeast. He sensed their desire to protect life and nature was pure, and so he decided to trust them, and he teamed up with them, going on their quest to protect the galaxy from evil whenever they could, with the promise he'd return to his tribe one day.

Civilian Attire: Nora dresses in jeans, which are black and skinny. She has a holster on them, which she uses to carry her sidearm, both on and off duty. Powers/weapons: Nora has a weapon when she morphs called the " Lawmaker" which was designed to be the ultimate law enforcement tool. It is capable of copying weapons such as pistols, automatic rifles, flamethrowers, tasers and riot batons. The weapon can also bring up criminal records, fire homing missiles, and project handcuffs and nets for takedowns and for arrests

Backstory: Nora had always wanted to be a cop, and her passion for the law shone in everything she did. Her grandfather had been a famous cop, and so she had always wanted to be a part of that legacy, of saving people and making a difference in the world, no matter the odds of that, and every day she would work to become someone who would enforce the law. She did martial arts from a young age, read about police officers and about heroes, and exercised to become one.

When the time came, she passed the entrance exam into the police department with flying colors, making it further than anyone would have thought possible. She rose through the ranks with blazing speed due to her desire for justice, and for doing the right thing. Her passion for everything she did was obvious, and she soon set records for the most amounts of arrest and lives saved. She never did it for the rewards, but because it was simply the right thing to do, and she got to make a difference.

When the demons attacked Mariner Bay, she was dispatched to try and make a difference. While she found herself unable to kill many of the demons, she risked her life to save all the people she could, and because of this, she was asked to join Lightspeed Rescue by Captain Mitchell, fighting to stop the demons, and to make a difference in the world, like she had always worked so hard to do.

Powers/Weapons:  Andres has the power to mess with the time stream, though only in small ways. He is effectively a living paradox, which is what gives him the power to travel through time in the first place, even without the technology Time Force uses. In addition, he is capable of having his suit copy the powers of past Rangers, though only for a few seconds at a time

Backstory: Andres was always a kid who had a sense of direction. He knew what he was going to do, and he knew how he was going to get there. Ever since he was a kid, he wanted to be a member of Time Force, and when the time came, he and his sister, Alexis barely made it in, but they made it, and the two of them were on top of the world. In Time Force, Andres found motivation to work harder than he ever had before, motivation in the form of Jen Scotts, his crush, study partner, and friend.

Andres was devastated when Jen told him that she had become engaged to Alex, though he hid it the best he could, so as not to make things awkward for the rest of the team, and he wanted Jen to be able to enjoy what was supposed to be her happiest moments. He continued to work with the team, and one day when they were on a mission to arrest a mutant, Alexis was killed in action, which sent Andres into a downward spiral. Andres wanted to travel back in time to redo the mission, and to save his sister, but Alex told him not to, and the team agreed, time travel was too dangerous.

Andres couldn't stand having to live without his sister, and so he ended up going back in time anyways to save his sister. Jen and the others went through the timestream to try and stop him, as they didn't want him to break the rules of Time Force. However, during this fight, Andres would go on to become stuck in the time stream, becoming a living paradox. He used his newfound status to travel through time, and to help everyone he could, and make sure no one lost someone they cared about, someone they loved if it was possible for him to save them

Powers/Weapons: Zoey has the ability to relate with nature, and understand it on a much higher level than most people are able to, due to her empathy. When she is morphed, she can control water, breathe underwater, endure the pressure, and see much further than most people. She can also use water to heal herself and people around her

Backstory: Zoey grew up surrounded by water, literally. Her family owned a luxury cruiser chain, which went on some of the most famous trips in the entire world, seeing scenic routes, but also being known for some less than reputable things, such as their pollution, and morally dubious engagements on the trips. But, Zoey fell in love with the ocean, and developed a healthy relationship with it, and with the planet in general.

She went to college, and ended up majoring in marine biology, as well as working to reduce pollution in the ocean, as she had always been touched by the stories of animals who ended up dying or hurt because of it. She did projects such as cleaning up the beaches, the seas and helping communities affected by the ocean. Due to her selflessness, she was chosen by Princess Shayla to become a Wild Force Ranger, and she bonded with her Wild Zord almost right away

Along with being a Power Ranger, Zoey continues to go to college, and get more degrees, all of which are to help her one day own her own non-profit, which is dedicated to ocean reform, and changing the relationship people have with the ocean.

Civilian Attire: Vega dresses in his martial arts gi most of the time, due to his pride as a fighter and as a ninja. However, when he needs to blend in, he'll dress in the clothing of a " skater boy" with a hat, tattered jeans and a black t-shirt

Powers/Weapons: Vega fights with all the weapons of a typical ninja, a katana, smokebombs, shurikens, and he also has a set of jutsu, such as his multiform jutsu, a stealth jutsu and a speed jutsu.

Backstory: Vega was always bullied when he had been growing up, and past a certain point, he snapped, and decided he wasn't going to be passive in it, and he was going to fight back, even with the fact that his family had a strict pacifist background. They enrolled Vega in martial arts, hoping to teach him patience and philosophy, but the only thing he truly got from it was self defense, and so he began to fight with his bullies, and in turn, almost ended up becoming a bully because of it.

His parents were out of options, and so they ended up sending him to the Ninja Academy, so he could learn restraint, virtue and become someone kind, who could stand up to themselves without needing to hurt others to do it, and for the most part, this worked, with Vega becoming calmer and more reserved, taking his studies seriously, and making great progress

Vega was at the Academy when Lotor ended up attacking it, and so he was thought to be dead or captured. Instead, Vega had managed to escape, just barely with his life, and so he found the Storm Rangers, and joined with them to fight back against Lotor, and with his help, created a Morpher and Megazord so he would be able to join in the fight alongside of them

Powers/Weapons: Hayden's morpher had the Judgement Mode the rest of SPD has, as well as the ability to connect to the internet to gather information when needed

Backstory: Hayden was someone who never had a direction in life, something to anchor his focus. Throughout all of school, he did well, but not amazingly, and it was clear to pretty much everyone that he wasn't living up to his full potential. He did well enough not to flunk out, but sometimes, he cut it amazingly close, though after high school, he was lost, and wondered what he should do, and so he ended up applying to SPD just because he had heard good things about the program, and how it had helped a lot of people find their footing

However, the attitude he had, of a talented slacker wasn't going to carry him any further than it already had, due to the strict nature of SPD. He ended up burning out, and flunking out, and then he went to live in the streets for a little, until he could hopefully find his way in the world, and find something he could work for with a passion. And so, one day, he realized that he loved detective work, and he ended up becoming a private eye, helping people solve mysteries

Even if he didn't get to work with SPD again, as an official member, he works with them unofficially, helping them solve cases, and making any difference he can in the fight against Emperor Grumm, and he looks out for and protects the people on the streets
