Bella's POV

Walking out of the museum, Tyler and I loaded up the last few things on the truck for the fossil fun day. "That is everything." Tyler informed the others.

"Almost ready to go." Koda told us. Tyler and I walked around to his jeep to put in the cases of 'digging tools' for the kids in his jeep. As soon as it was loaded up, I turned around to leave.

"Hey, Bella. I have something to show you." Tyler stopped me from getting to the truck, by tugging on my elbow. I turned around to see him pulling a brown box out of a bag. He pulled out a gold and brown jacket that we saw in the store window a few days ago from the mall when we were shopping around to try and find Riley a birthday gift. His birthday was coming up in a few weeks and I wanted to get him a gift, but I couldn't find anything that would've been a good gift for him. "What do you think?" He asked about the jacket once he pulled it on.

"Um... It's fine." I said, trying not to hurt his feelings. It seemed like he really wanted me to like the way he looked in the jacket. It's just that the gold and brown combination is not his color. Ironically, red is more his color.

"Fine, but you said it looked great in the store window..." Tyler questioned.

"You know, I changed my mind." I answered and turned away from Tyler to avoid answering anymore questions about the jacket. "It looked better on the mannequin." I whisper under my breath and quickly walk away from him. I helped Shelby finish tying the ropes to secure everything for the fossil day for the kids that we're having at the park. Suddenly, there was as horse entering and there was someone on top of it, in full knight's armor. We all turned towards the white horse and Shelby and I looked at it awe. The horse slowed to a stop in front of us, gathering up a crowd of people.

"Ivan?" Koda questioned and noticed that the knight was indeed our knight friend, Ivan as he lifted the cover of his helmet.

"He's like something out of a romance novel." Shelby said, still in awe. We both heard Tyler scoff next to us, but didn't pay any attention to it as we were focused on our gold friend. The visitors around us were in awe by Ivan's entrance.

"Mate, he is literally a knight in shining armor." Chase commented to something that Tyler said but I didn't catch it. Ivan pulled out his sword.

"I come prepared for battle!" Ivan said and smiled. The people around us surrounded Ivan and started taking pictures of him on the horse. "Digital portraits, aye? Alright." He said and stood tall with a smile on his face, along with holding a 'peace' sign up. Kendall walked out briskly seeing the big group of people.

"Oh good grief. Nothing to see here folks, the museum entrance is right over there." Kendall said, disbanding the people around Ivan. "Thank you." She said politely. As the people filtered away from us, Kendall approached Shelby and I. "I think we need to get some clothes for Ivan that are a tad less medieval." Kendall informed us, glancing back at his armor.

"Bella can do it! She can take Ivan shopping." Shelby spoke up for me and I looked at her.

"What, why me?" I asked Shelby.

"Yeah, why her?" Tyler asked Shelby as well. "Because I don't have my wallet with me, and Alexa does." Shelby explained and pushed me in Ivan direction and away from the boys and Kendall. "Plus, Tyler's a bit jealous of Ivan and I'm hoping that this is going to push him in the right directions to get his thoughts straight about his feelings towards you." Shelby told me in a low voice.

"Well, I have always wanted a ride on a horse..." I said, starting to agree to this whole thing.

"It would be a pleasure my lady." Ivan said and offered his hand out to me. I smiled and took his hand and he pulled me up onto the horse saddle with him. "A brisk gallop through the woods is now in order."

"Dude, you're just going to the mall." Tyler announced to Ivan, showing us that he may indeed be jealous of Ivan.

"Why don't you take the others in your motorized buggy and we'll meet you at the park." Ivan told Tyler and took off, without giving him time to respond.

I guided Ivan to a place where we could drop off the horse so he could have a nice place to live. Once we dropped the horse off, we walked towards the mall and I informed him about the things around us to try and catch him up with the modern world. We got to the mall and people did look at Ivan, impressed and wanted pictures. Meanwhile, my phone wouldn't stop blowing up. It was call after call, all of them either from Steve or Sarah. I also had several text messages, all along the lines of, 'how could say that!', 'you are in so much trouble!' and, 'grounded for forever!'. After about 10 minutes of pictures, I ushered them away. I walked into a store with Ivan following and I proceeded to find Ivan a white shirt, a gold satin vest, dark blue jeans and black shoes. I felt like if we needed to get Ivan more modernized clothes, he should like them in whatever style he liked. He had pointed out that these types of clothes are what he liked best.

"What do you think about these?" I asked, putting them together to show what I came up with.

"I like them." Ivan commented. I guided him to the fitting rooms. I sat on a chair outside of the fitting room and waited for Ivan to get changed while I flipped through a magazine.

"Bella, I have a question I must ask." Ivan spoke up from behind the door.

"Ask away." I said, not looking up from the magazine.

"Does Tyler fancy you?" Ivan asked. "I noticed that Sir Tyler was quite angry when I had whisked you away on the horse." Ivan pointed out.

"I'm not sure. Sometimes it seems like it, other times not so much." I answered, honestly.

"Do you fancy him?" Ivan asked. I blushed lightly.

I hesitated to answer, but it was either me telling him and coming clean. Or the others would tell him about my apparently not so well hidden crush on the red ranger that everyone but Tyler could see.

"Uh... Yeah, I do. but I can't say if it matters or not because I'm almost nothing but an object of pleasure for my adoptive dad." I answered. "Do the clothes fit?" I asked, changing the subject.

"They do indeed." He replied and opened the door to show me what the clothes looked like on him. I smiled.

"Do you like them?" I asked. Ivan nodded. "Perfect, okay. Now let's go buy them." Once we were done, we headed out of the store and walked through the mall, back to the entrance to go to the park. We passed the store that Tyler and I passed and I saw the jacket in the window. I wondered if it would suit Ivan. I pulled Ivan into the store and pulled out the right size jacket. "Here, try this on." I instructed him and he pulled on the jacket. "What do you think?" I asked.

"I really do like this jacket." Ivan replied, admiring the jacket. "It looks good on you." I complimented and I bought the jacket and we headed back to the park. We casually talked on our way to the park and we approached the others who were standing outside the entrance into fossil fun day.

"Ivan, you look fancy." Koda complimented and Ivan admired his new clothes.

"It is quite nice." Shelby commented.

"Looking suave my man." Chase said.

"It was my lady who chose my new wardrobe." Ivan said, giving the credit to me. I smiled at his humbleness.

"Nice choice Bella." Riley complimented me.

"Hey, isn't that my jacket?" Tyler asked, looking at Ivan's outfit.

"Yeah, doesn't it look great." I commented on Ivan's outfit and how he pulled off this jacket very nicely.

"I do humbly admit, I do wear it well." Ivan told Tyler and Tyler looked at him jealousy.

"Ivan, could you help this kind lady?" Tyler said as an elderly woman walked to us to get into the fossil fun day.

"Ah, it would be my honor." Ivan replied, offering his arm for the elderly lady. She smiled and took his arm as Ivan started walking her towards where we were holding Fossil Fun Day.

"Careful. She will ruin her shoes in the mud." Tyler called after Ivan as they approached the entrance. I looked past them and saw the fairly large mud puddle at the entrance. I glanced over at Tyler, knowing that he's thinking of something else with that smirk on his face.

"Well, the knight of Zandar stands at her side." Ivan told Tyler and pulled off his coat before I could suggest he take the elderly lady around the mud puddle.

"Such a gentleman." The elderly lady complimented Ivan, as he laid his coat over the mud puddle.

"Chivalry is not dead, m'lady." Ivan told the elderly woman and took her hand and helped her walk across the mud puddle.

"Hurry on in folks! Keep moving, courtesy of the Knight of Zandar!" Tyler shouted, ushering the people into Fossil Fun Day, letting them step all over Ivan's coat. The crowd of people dwindled down after a few moments. "Well played Sir Tyler." Ivan told him, with a forced smile. Tyler smirked. "Well played indeed." I looked at the muddied jacket in disbelief, I paid good money for the jacket now it's all ruined. The others walked away from us. I grabbed Tyler's collar and pulled him closer to me.

"You owe me the money for the jacket or Ivan a new jacket." I threatened him, ignoring the fact that our faces were so close together that I could easily plant a kiss on his lips. I let go of his collar and took a few steps back. "And stop being jealous of Ivan, it's not a good face on you." I told him and walked past him to help out Kendall with Fossil Fun Day, ignoring the somewhat shocked look on Tyler's face. Fossil Fun day continued without a problem. Suddenly, an unnatural, red fog rolled over the park and we all gathered to talk about the fog to see what was going on.

"This fog is red..." Shelby commented, knowing that this doesn't happen naturally.

"Anyone see where it's coming from?" Tyler asked.

"Yeah, I think it's coming from the parking lot." Riley answered, noticing that the fog was the most dense at the parking lot.

"You guys should go check it out." Kendall told us. We all nodded and hurried deeper into the fog to try and find it's source.

"There they are! Monsters!" I shouted with I caught sight of a weird monster with different patterns on it, along with Wrench by his side.

"Monsters? I have a name you know!" The one with different patterns shouted at me. "My name is Smokescreen." Smokescreen let out some more red fog that smelled worse than before and was thicker than before, but this time the fog let out a nasty stench.

"Ew!" Shelby shouted, disgusted by the fog.

"Aw, that's rank." Chase commented on the fog. The two of them basically summed up how the rest of us felt about the smelly fog. I heard footsteps rush away from us and soon heard shouting from Ivan and Tyler, signaling that they were fighting someone in the fog where Smokescreen and Wrench were before we lost sight of them in the thick fog. The rest of us decided it would be best if we didn't run into battle blindly.

"I got him!" Ivan shouted in triumph. As the wind picked up around us, the fog cleared away from the parking lot. We saw that Ivan only managed to pin Tyler down and the two monsters were nowhere in sight.

"It's me." Tyler told Ivan bluntly. "Get off." Ivan let Tyler go and they both straightened themselves up. I noticed that Tyler's jacket was ruined in the fight between the two of them. One of his sleeves was ripped off. "Great, now my jacket's ruined." Tyler said, annoyed when he saw that his jacket sleeve was ripped off.

"Actually, it fits you rather well now." Ivan told Tyler. I rolled my eyes at their petty arguments.

"While you two were messing around, did either of you happen to see where the monsters went, did you?" Shelby asked the two of them in a pointed tone. Both of them shook their heads 'no' and I sighed, annoyed at their actions.

"There they are." Riley said, slightly hitting my arm bringing my attention to Wrench and Smokescreen running to the woods for cover. "Come on, let's go." The five of us pushed past Tyler and Ivan and after the two monsters.

"Whatever happened to teamwork?" Chase asked Tyler and Ivan, equally annoyed at their antics. We followed the two monsters towards an area, out of the woods, where there was sand all over the ground. Wrench and Smokescreen both ended up running to a construction site that was empty. Just as we ran around a bulldozer, seeing that the last place where we saw Wrench's figure disappear, we saw one of Sledge's pods fly away from us. We came to see that Wrench was the one who left because Smokescreen was now facing us.

"Running from us will not be your salvation!" Ivan stepped forward, accidentally flicking Tyler's nose as he raised his arm up to make a point. Tyler rolled his eyes at our gold friend.

"Whatever that means... It's morphin' ti-" Tyler started but was cut off by Ivan. I already had pulled my Dino charger out of my pocket. I sighed and looked down at my dino charger, ready to morph into battle mode, but didn't because of Ivan and Tyler's petty disagreements.

"Put a little bit of pizah into it, Sir Tyler." Ivan said. "Let me show you how it's done." Before Ivan could continue, my dino com went off, signaling that Kendall was calling me. I pulled my dino com out of my pocket and picked up the call.

"Did you find anything?" Kendall asked. I swallowed nervously.

"Yeah, just a monster that we'll take care of. Everything under control Kendall. We got this." I said, trying to reassure her so I wouldn't have to tell her that Ivan and Tyler are still fighting over nothing. She didn't need to stress over this, she's been stressed enough about Fossil Fun Day and making sure that it ran smoothly until the event was over. I hung up the call and put my dino com away.

"Ugh, just morph already!" Smokescreen exclaimed, also fed up with Ivan and Tyler's petty disagreement.

"Dino Charger!" Ivan and Tyler both said at the same time.

"Ready!" The rest of us followed in suite to morph into battle mode. We all loaded our activated dino chargers into our dino morpher blasters and morphed into battle mode quickly.

"Is this what you wanted?" Tyler asked Smokescreen sarcastically. "Tyrannosaurus Rex, Power Ranger Red!" Tyler introduced himself.

"Parasaur, Power Ranger Black!" Chase introduced himself after Tyler.

"Stegosaurus, Power Ranger Blue!" Koda continued.

"Brachiosaurus, Power Ranger Yellow!" I said after Koda.

"Velociraptor, Power Ranger Green!" Riley said.

"Triceratops, Power Ranger Pink!" Shelby added.

"Pterodactyl, Power Ranger Gold!" Ivan finished up.

"Dinosaur might, ready to fight! Power rangers dino charge!" We all took our final stances and ran into battle after Smokescreen summoned vivix. I pulled out my dino charger blaster and loaded it with my dino steel charger. "Dino Steel, armor on!" The armor formed around my arm and my bow was in my hand once more. I ducked a vivix's axe just in time when it tried to attack me. I retaliated by kicking it down to the ground.

"Brachi bow, blast!" I summoned the attack and started to blast the vivix so they would disintegrate. I kicked another vivix with a roundhouse kick, followed by rapid blasts to destroy the vivix that came up at me. I kicked another one down that was coming at me and it fell into another one, causing a bit of a domino effect when they all toppled on top of one another. I ducked a punch and punched the vivix in the stomach with my free hand. Afterwards, I shot it with my bow. One by one, they all started to fall and disintegrate as all of us, minus Tyler and Ivan (because they were dealing with Smokescreen), took down the vivix.

"Ah! It's all going downhill!" I heard Smokescreen shout and after shooting down the last vivix. We all joined Tyler and Ivan to face off Smokescreen.

"Let's finish this together." Tyler said and we all nodded, agreeing. We all charged at Smokescreen and attacked him with our respective weapons quickly, not giving him any time to react and defend himself. We all skidded to a stop after we weakened him.

"I've got to get them to the bomb in the park, then they will blow up with everything else in the park." Smokescreen muttered, not realizing we heard him.

"A bomb?" Tyler asked, concern lacing his voice.

"Whoops, I wasn't supposed to say that out loud." Smokescreen said. "I didn't say bomb." He said, trying to dismiss the threat he revealed to us.

"That's what they were doing in your car." I told Tyler, realizing why the monsters were at the park earlier.

"Let's get rid of him permanently, weapons combine." Tyler said, activating the dino spike charger.

"We are with you, red ranger." Ivan told Tyler.

The rest of us created the basket with our arms, and Tyler jumped into the basket and we launched him up. "Red ranger launch!" We launched Tyler up to the Dino Spike and he and Ivan combined the powers from Ivan's final strike with the Dino Spike to destroy Smokescreen. He exploded.

"We have to stop that bomb now." Shelby said and she took her dino com out to call Kendall to warn her. "Miss Morgan? Miss Morgan, are you there?" After a few more seconds of silence, it was concluded that Kendall was busy with the event that she didn't have her dino com on her. "She's not answering." The blue magna beam rained down from the sky and in the place where Smokescreen disintegrated before, a mega-Smokescreen grew.

"We have to get bigger." Koda said.

"I'll pilot the megazord and take on Smokescreen, the rest of go diffuse that bomb." Tyler instructed us. We nodded.

"Dino chargers, ready! Summon Zords!" Tyler, Koda and Shelby summoned their zords for the megazord.

After Tyler teleported to the Megazord's cockpit the rest of us turned around to sprint back towards the park. On the way to the park, Ivan informed us he was going to help Tyler with Mega-Smokescreen. We demorphed once the woods started to dwindle down when the parking lot of the park came into view. "Everybody look around." I instructed as we all started to search Tyler's car for the bomb that was planted in it.

"I found it!" Riley informed us. "There's less than two minutes left on it." Riley said, glancing at that clock that was counting down quickly.

"We've got to move it away from all these people." Shelby said. I nodded and Riley lifted the bomb out of the car.

"Carefully." Chase said. Once Riley was on the ground again, I helped him carry the bomb away from the park, going as fast as we could while carefully moving it so it wouldn't hit the ground and explode.

"Watch out!" Koda shouted and a blue magna-beam hit the bomb, we all rolled away from the bomb before it could grow on top of us. The magna-beam caused the bomb to grow 10 times its original size. Now we really can't move it.

"We have to evacuate the place, now!" Chase said, seeing that we only had 1 minute and 40 seconds left till it exploded. We all springed into action, filling Kendall in really quickly so we could get the evacuation process started. People were filing out of the park as quickly as they could as we ushered them away from the park. As soon as the park emptied, Chase called Tyler.

"Tyler, we've got a minute on the clock and a bomb that too big to move." Chase informed Tyler and Ivan.

"We have an idea, we're on our way." Tyler told us. In a few seconds, the megazord with the Ptera zord attached to it flew into view. It scooped up the bomb and flew away from us, heading straight up into the sky.

"Where they going?" Koda asked.

"I have a feeling they're delivering the bomb where it came from." I answered, implying that they are going to get it somewhere near Sledge's ship that was in space. A few more seconds later, the megazord flew back into view and disassembled. Tyler and Ivan both demorphed and told us that they almost hit Sledge's ship with the bomb, but Sledge managed to hit the bomb before it hit the ship.

Inside the Cafe

I was busy in the back, making food for the rest of the gang as Ivan walked out with only one dish, a dish that he made specifically for Tyler. I took the liberty to teach Ivan how to work the stove and the other kitchen appliances, knowing that Kendall would ask Ivan to help us here at the cafe while we were off duty from being rangers. I walked out of the kitchen with two dishes in hand, with my famous grilled cheese piled up on both plates.

"I think I liked it better when they didn't like each other." I heard Shelby grumbled her breath as I walked out of the kitchen and where everyone sat while Tyler and Ivan were off to the side, doing something on Tyler's phone.

"Grilled cheese anyone?" I asked, offering the 4 rangers food, because we were all starving, the 5 of us didn't get Ivan's fancy dish, it was made for Tyler.

"Awesome! Bella's famous grilled cheese!" Riley exclaimed. I smiled at his happiness. Koda, Chase and Shelby all made noises of happiness as well, as they dug into the food I made them. I turned to Tyler and Ivan.

"Are they taking selfies?" I asked, seeing that Tyler was holding up his phone in front of them.

"Yes, yes they are." Chase answered and I smiled. At last, the red and gold rangers could finally get along.
