Bella's POV

After that horrible exorcism I climbed out of the jeep and shut the door behind me as we all talked to Kendall. We were going to go back to Amber beach and look for the Plesio zord, but Kendall claimed that since Albert bonded with the purple energem in New Zealand, that the Plesio zord might be nearby. "I know you guys were all set to come back, but it vital that you all stay in New Zealand, just until we find the Plesio Zord." Kendall reasoned with us. I walked around the jeep so that we all were standing together in a group.

"We're trying, but even after he bonded with the purple energem, Albert never saw the Plesio zord." Riley told her.

"Fact, Albert became the purple ranger then the Plesio zord must be awake." Kendall informed us.

"We're about to talk to some scientist named Dr. Runga. Shelby thinks that he can tell us where to start looking for the zord." Tyler informed Kendall, telling her what Shelby told us this morning.

"Dr. Runga?" Kendall asked. "Really? If anyone knows about plesiosaurs it's him."

"We'll keep you updated." I reassured Kendall and she nodded and hung up the call. I slipped my dino com back into my pocket.

"Oh, is that the guy?" Chase asked and I looked up to follow his eyeline to see Dr. Runga in a pit surrounded by his equipment, dinosaur bones and a photographer. I nodded, answering his question.

"Wow, it's really him. I've only seen him on TV and in books." Shelby said. Sounds like she's a big fan of Dr. Runga's work. "Look guys-" Shelby started, while she started to walk down the line to fix us up a little so we looked more presentable. She straightened Ivan's jacket before continuing. "He has hundreds of fossil discoveries to his name." Shelby fixed Riley's vest and tried to fix Tyler's hair but he backed away from her after a few seconds. She tucked stray pieces of my hair back into my braid, or at least she tried to. The pieces of my hair only fell back out of my braid after Shelby turned away from me, keeping its messy look. "We have to be professional." She finished her mini rant as she pulled off Chase's hat and put it in his hands before moving on to Koda. "Huh? Koda, I thought we agreed that you would wear shoes today." Shelby complained after seeing that the caveman wasn't wearing shoes right now. I shook my head at Shelby's behavior, smiling and wondering what she would do if she met one of the N-Zed boys.

"But shoes squish toes, it very much pain." Koda tried reasoning with her. She sighed and grabbed her book that Dr. Runga had written and started to walk towards the fossil expert.

"Come on." Chase told Koda and we followed Shelby towards the dig site. Tyler grabbed my hand and laced our fingers together, sending me a questioning look when I laughed to myself while imagining how Shelby would fan girl if she met a band member from the N-Zed boys. I told Tyler that I would tell him later. He smiled and nodded. We all stopped at a table, observing what was set up on the table while waiting for Dr. Runga. He glanced up at us and Shelby waved at him to gain his attention. Dr. Runga put down the plesiosaurus skull down gently before making his way towards us.

"Excuse me, this is a restricted area." Dr. Runga said, pulling a piece of paper from Koda's hand that the blue ranger was messing with.

"Hi, Dr. Runga. I'm Shelby Watkins and I called you earlier." She started. Dr. Runga gave her a confused look. "From the Amber Beach Dinosaur Museum... In the United States." She added and Dr. Runga's face twisted in realization when he remembered who we were.

"Ah, yes. You're my competition." Dr. Runga told Shelby. Shelby's face dropped a little.

"Oh competition- no. We're huge fans." Shelby reassured Dr. Runga and I nodded, agreeing with her. "I've read all your books-- twice." She added, holding up the book that was in her hand.

"You and three million other people, now please. I'm a very busy man, what is it that you want?" Dr. Runga asked, getting to the point. I saw out of the corner of my eye that Riley squeezed Shelby's hand to comfort her as Dr. Runga dismissed her, pretty rudely if I do say so myself. I bit my bottom lip to keep myself from saying anything remotely rude to the famous scientist.

"Well, to be blunt. If plesiosaurs were still alive, where would they live?" Riley asked, getting to the point.

"Let me understand, you're looking for a living dinosaur?" Dr. Runga asked with disbelief in his voice. "Wait, I know what this is."

"I doubt it." I muttered under my breath as the doctor continued.

"You're hunting for Taniwha, aren't you?" Dr. Runga asked.

"What's a Taniwha?" Tyler asked.

"Uh Taniwha is a myth, kind of like the Loch Ness Monster." Chase explained. "It's an ancient creature that lurked in oceans and rivers."

"Experts, like myself, suspect that if Taniwha actually existed they were really plesiosaurs." Dr. Runga cut Chase off and continued to explain what a Taniwha is, as he rolled up one of his sleeves to show us a tattoo of a plesiosaur outline with intricate designs in it.

"Pretty cool, bro." Chase commented on the tattoo. Koda walked around the table to observe the doctor's tattoo up close.

"That a Taniwha?" Koda asked.

"It, uh, does rather resemble a plesiosaur." Ivan commented.

"So, plesiosaurs would have lived where did you say?" Shelby asked, trying to get a more specific answer.

"Coastlines, islands, sea caves." Dr. Runga answered with a scoff. "Good luck." We all turned away from the doctor to go back to the jeep.

"Well, he's kind of a jerk." I said as we all loaded into the jeep. There were noises of agreement that went around the car. I called Kendall telling her the information that we got from Dr. Runga and told her about the Taniwha. She nodded and told us to split up as she looked for more information about the landscape of the Northern Island and about the Taniwha, dating back to when Albert bonded with the purple energem. We all split up into mini groups as Kendall found the coordinates for us to check out to try and find traces of the Plesio zord. Ivan and Koda took the Ptera charge megazord and flew towards a few beaches further away from us so they could check them out, Riley and Chase took the dino cycles to check out some other beaches and Shelby, Tyler and I took to the car and headed to another beach not far from where we were. We drove towards the beach, parking the car on the road as the three of us walked on the beach, over looking the landscape. Kendall called is not to long after, asking for an update. Shelby held the purple energem as I picked up the call from Kendall while Tyler looked at the ocean through binoculars trying to see if there were any signs of the Plesio zord or the Taniwha.

"Come on, come on Plesio." Tyler muttered next to me.

"Bella, are you guys at the coordinates I sent you guys?" Kendall asked me.

"Yeah, we're at Takapuna beach, but there is no sign of the Plesio zord. But we'll keep looking." I reassured her and hung up the call. As soon as I hung up the call, Shelby called Tyler and I over to where she was.

"Tyler, Bella!" Shelby shouted from her place and we looked over to her to see that the purple energem was glowing. We both rushed over to her as Tyler called the others in a group call.

"Guys, get here to Takapuna beach fast." Tyler told them. He slipped my dino com back into his pocket as we looked at the glowing purple energem. Tyler took the purple energem from Shelby's hands and just as he did that there was a roar from the ocean and the Plesio zord popped out of the water, swimming above the water. Shelby quickly pulled her phone out to record the purple zord as it roared towards us as if it wanted something. "I think she wants the energem." Tyler concluded. Suddenly, there were meteors falling from they sky, aimed directly at Plesio. "Wait, what's happening?"

"The Plesio zord is being attacked!" Shelby exclaimed.

"Plesio!" I shouted, my worry skyrocketing for the zord. Plesio just barely managed to dodge the meteors that kept falling from the sky.

"Destroy the zord! Before it can escape!" I heard Fury's voice shout and the three of us turned around to see that Fury and a now revived Meteor stood on a little hill, just outside of the beach. Meteor summoned another meteor shower attack to try and hit Plesio. My head whipped around to face the sea to see if Plesio was okay. Worry gnawed at me as I saw that the zord was being attacked. The meteors fell down around Plesio, as she dodged the meteors again and dove underwater to escape. As relieved I am about Plesio escaping the attacks, we needed to find her again. "You missed again." Fury criticized Meteor.

"Well, it slipped away." Meteor defended himself and I saw the others rush towards us as the megazord disassembled as it dropped Koda and Ivan off. Chase and Riley hopped off of the dino cycles, having the bikes summoned back.

"We came as fast as we could" Riley said as they stopped next to the three of us.

"The zord was right out there, in the water." Shelby explained to them as she watched the ocean worriedly, slightly hoping that the Plesio zord would show up again.

"That is until they showed up." I said with venom dripping from my voice as I glared at the two monsters.

"Sledge keeps sending monsters that we've already defeated. He must be running out of ideas." Riley commented.

"I promise, you'll never get control of that zord." Fury told us. I glared at him.

"You shouldn't make promises you can't keep." Shelby claimed. "Dino charger!" Shelby started, leading Tyler and I to morph, considering the three of us were the only ones who haven't morphed into battle mode.

"Ready!" We answered and activated our chargers. The three of us loaded our dino morpher blasters and morphed into battle mode. We all flipped into our positions and got ready for the fight.

"You won't defeat me this time!" Meteor shouted at us.

"Dino steal, armor on!" We summoned our armor. The armor and our weapons formed.

"Vivix, fire!" Meteor commanded the vivix and they all aimed their weapons at us and tried blasted us with their laser attacks. We all ran into battle, skillfully dodging all of the attacks. I ducked underneath a vivix axe and kicked the vivix in the stomach and it fell back as another one replaced it. I jumped up to avoid a roundhouse kick from the vivix and wrapped my legs around it's neck and flipped my body over so I would flip over and the vivix and I would both hit the ground. The vivix disintegrated from under me after it hit the ground. I blasted a few vivix with laser attacks from my brachi bow. I heard Tyler fighting Meteor while Ivan dealt with Fury. We all regrouped, minus Ivan, to deal with Meteor once more.

"Finish them off!" Shelby told Tyler.

"Good idea." Tyler said and pulled out the Dino spike charger. "Dino charger, weapons combine!" Tyler summoned the weapon and all of our dino steal weapons combined into its dagger form. We created a basket with our arms and Tyler jumped into the basket.

"Red ranger, launch!" We summoned and boosted Tyler up to the dino spike.

"Dino spike, final strike!" Tyler summoned the attacked and aimed the Dino spike at Meteor. Meteor just managed to shield himself from the attack and was thrown back.

"Fine, I'll protect you!" Fury said, jumping in front of Meteor.

"Watch out!" Ivan shouted towards us and ran in front of all of us. Fury attacked us with his lightning attack but Ivan managed to to keep the attack from harming us. We were still thrown off of our feet from the force of the attack.

"We need to beat the rangers to the Plesio zord." I heard Fury tell Meteor.

"But how? We have no idea where it's hiding." Meteor reminded Fury, as the rest of us tried to recollect ourselves.

"I know who can help us." Fury said and just as we all recollected ourselves back on our feet, the two monsters had disappeared.

"Where did they go?" Tyler asked.

"They've seen the Plesio zord." I reminded the others.

"Oh dear, if they find the zord before we do they could destroy it." Ivan claimed, remembering what we had told him what Fury had done the Ptera zord before we found the gold energem and freed Ivan from Fury's body. We knew that Sledge doesn't want another zord under his control, he would rather destroy it so we wouldn't be able to use the zord to help defeat him.

"Then we're gonna have to beat them to Plesio." Chase claimed.

"Let's go and call Miss Morgan." Riley said. "We need a new plan to find Plesio." We all agreed and demorphed. We headed to the jeep and drove away from the beach and into town, hopefully we'll find the Plesio zord before Fury and Meteor do.

We needed to rework our plan with Kendall and what she might have found out from Shelby's video. We called Kendall as we all sat around a picnic table so we could talk to Kendall. Tyler pulled out his dino com and called Kendall.

"I've analyzed Shelby's video. Judging by the sound the zord was making, I think that it might be sick." Kendall informed us. I looked at her confused.

"Why would it be sick?" Riley asked.

"Once awakened, some zords need to be in contact their energems. This one hasn't been near the purple energem since Albert bonded with it." Kendall started to explain. "It may be too weak to survive much longer."

"That's why it appeared to Shelby, she was holding onto the purple energem. It needed energy." Chase said.

"Then we'd better get going." Tyler conclude. "We need to find Plesio." Kendall nodded, agreeing with Tyler.

"I'll meet you guys back at the car in a minute." Shelby said and we nodded, getting up from the table the headed towards the car.

"We need to check out those caves." I started, talking to Kendall while Tyler and I walked at the same pace while Chase started the car. "Can you get a map of caves around New Zealand where Plesio could possibly go to for shelter." Shelby joined us back at the car and climbed in. Kendall gave us coordinates for a cave where Plesio could possibly be. We started our search at the cave that was closest to us. We were exploring the cave, while listening to the faint noise of water falling from the ceiling of the cave to the ground. There were multiple caverns in the cave, so we all split up, knowing not to go far from each other just in case.

"There's no sign of Plesio over here." I heard Riley's voice echo against the cave walls. We all meet up in the middle of the cave, where all of the caverns came together in a bigger room that lead to the entrance of the cave.

"There's nothing down that cavern either." I told the others, pointing to the cavern I just got out of.

"No sign of Plesio down over there either." Tyler added.

"It was a dead end, no zord." Ivan informed us.

"Call Kendall." Koda spoke up. Shelby nodded and pulled her dino com out of her pocket to call Kendall. Once Kendall picked up, Shelby spoke up.

"We didn't find anything Miss. Morgan." Shelby told Kendall.

"Well I found something." Kendall said. "There's a news report that is going viral. It says a living plesiosaur has been found in New Zealand. It's Dr. Runga."

"Dr. Runga?" Shelby asked, not believing what she was hearing.

"There's a photograph." Kendall added and showed us the photograph of the zord.

"Wait, that's from my video. He stole it!" Shelby exclaimed, realizing that the photograph was a freeze frame of the plesio zord when we had found it earlier today.

"He's holding a press conference later today at his dig site and he plans to show the full video." Kendall informed us.

"We'll see about that." Shelby said and we all headed out of the cave to head back to Dr. Runga's dig site. After we arrived at the dig site, Shelby was the first one out of the car and she stormed over to Dr. Runga as we watched as his crew set up for a press conference. We all climbed out of the car, but stood by the car knowing that Shelby should be the one to talk to him. After a few minutes of them talking, Shelby stormed back over to us. We looked at her expectantly, hoping that she got some result and somehow convinced Dr. Runga to not show the video. "He's going to tell the world." She told us.

"What shall we do?" Ivan asked.

"The only thing we can do." I said.

"We need to find the Plesio zord, and fast." Shelby added and we all climbed into the car to head back towards possible locations where Plesio could've gone to. We called Kendall and told her about the situation and told her we needed to find the Plesio zord quickly and we needed to narrow down the possible sea caves where Plesio could be hiding.

"When you last saw the Plesio zord, it went under water and was traveling south." Kendall said. "There are only two sea caves approximately six miles south from where you spotted her."

"We're on our way Miss Morgan." Riley told her after she sent us the coordinates of both of the sea caves. Chase continued to drive us towards the one that was closest to us. Chase pulled on to the beach, bring the car to a stop. The car wouldn't be able to take us any further on the beach, so we'd have to go on foot. We all climbed out of the cave fast and Shelby pulled the purple energem out of her pocket once we all gathered around the front of the car.

"It's glowing." Shelby said as we looked at the glowing energem.

"That must mean we're close." Chase said. Our dino coms rang and Koda pulled out his dino com.

"I've narrowed it down to one cave that is just big enough to hold a zord. Go north." Kendall informed us.

"Okay, we go north." Koda told her and we all headed off in the north direction, the north direction for New Zealand at least. We all ran towards the direction that Kendall sent us in and saw a cave just at the edge of the beach. We all sprinted towards the cave and came to a stop right outside of the cave. "This must be it." The purple energem glowed even more in Shelby's hand and there was a roar coming from the inside of the cave.

"That's her." Shelby said and we smiled. We finally found Plesio.

"A living dinosaur." We heard Dr. Runga's voice from behind us. We turned around to see that the doctor had followed us here to the cave that was shelter for Plesio. "I need to see it." He claimed and walked past our group.

"It's not something you use just to make yourself famous." Shelby snapped at the doctor. Dr. Runga stopped walking and turned around to face us.

"You're right Shelby." Dr. Runga started. "It's not about press conferences or magazine covers, I've been digging for fossils for my entire life, because when I was a kid all I ever dreamed about was to meet a real dinosaur." Dr. Runga explained and glanced back at the cave. "And you remind me about that." Shelby smiled at him.

"That's the Dr. Runga I know." Shelby told him.

"And thanks to you, I finally get to meet one." Dr. Runga said.

"But..." Shelby stopped Dr. Runga from going inside the cave. "It's not a real dinosaur."

"Yes it is, I've seen the video." Dr. Runga debated.

"We're gonna have to tell him." I said, knowing that there isn't another way around this. Tyler nodded, agreeing. Shelby looked over to all of us and we all nodded, telling her that we're going to have to tell Dr. Runga.

"It's a zord." Tyler said.

"The Plesio zord to be precise." Riley added.

"Wait I don't understand." Dr. Runga started. "Only Power Rangers use zords." Dr. Runga said.

"That's correct." Chase said.

"So if you're after the zord it must mean-" Dr. Runga started, but was cut of by Shelby.

"The zord is very weak and we're here to heal it, with this." Shelby informed the doctor, showing him the purple energem. We needed to heal the Plesio zord first, before we talked about us being rangers to Dr. Runga.

"But he said that you discovered a living dinosaur." Dr. Runga said and my eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"What scoundrel told you that?" Ivan asked.

"Him." Dr. Runga answered, pointed behind us just as we heard evil laughing coming from Fury.

"Fools! Thanks Doc." Fury said and we all took our fighting stances. "We can take it from here."

"I'm so sorry, I lead him right to you. I didn't know he was following me." Dr. Runga apologized.

"Let's destroy the zord and get out of here." Meteor claimed. "Vivix, rise!" Vivix rose in front of Fury and Mentor and got ready to fight.

"Get to safety Doctor." Koda told Dr. Runga. He nodded and ran into the cave just as we ran into battle. I ducked a vivix punch and punched the vivix in the stomach. I kicked another vivix down with a roundhouse kick. We all gathered again in front of the cave, keeping a barricade in front of the cave.

"It's morphing time, dino charger." Shelby lead us into battle.

"Ready!" We followed her lead and activated our dino chargers. We loaded the activated chargers into our dino morpher balsters. Once we were morphed into battle mode, we took our stances and ran in battle again. I did a roundhouse kick and kicked a vivix down to the ground and punched another vivix down as well. A vivix tried to grab my arms but I kicked if off of me and boosted off of it, when it fell and flipped onto another vivix.

"The purple energem is glowing again!" I heard Shelby exclaim as I punched another vivix down.

"Go, get it to the Plesio zord." Tyler told Shelby. "We'll hold them off."

"You got it." Shelby answered and headed off towards the cave. I ducked down to avoid an attack from a vivix and I kicked the vivix's knees, causing it to fall to the ground. I straightened up to my feet again.

"Vivix, stop her!" Mentor commanded and saw quite a few vivix were trying to follow Shelby into the cave. I sprinted off towards her, being joined by Chase and Riley.

"Oh no you don't." Chase claimed and tackled a vivix down the ground.

"You're not going anywhere." Riley said as he slashed a vivix with his dino saber.

"Not on our watch." I added and punched a vivix down. I blocked an attack from a vivix and kicked it down. Riley, Chase and I managed to hold the vivix off from entering the cave. I had to do a cartwheel to avoid attacks from the vivix. I retaliated by kicking down the three vivix down. Meteor managed to slip past us and I wanted to go after him, but the flood of vivix in front of us was our first priority because if they get inside of the cave, it'll be too much for Shelby to handle while trying to get the purple energem to the Plesio zord. Hopefully, Shelby makes it to Plesio before Meteor made it the Plesio. Because of my slight distraction, a vivix managed to trip me down and when I hit the ground, the vivix tired to attack me with it's axe but I rolled away from the vivix just in time. The vivix came a little bit closer to me and I kicked it down to the ground and did a backbend flip to boost myself back on my feet.

"Out of my way!" I heard Meteor shout as he ran past us, away from the cave.

"Hurry Dr. Runga!" I heard Shelby's voice as she and the doctor ran out of the cave, where I could hear Plesio roaring. The purple glow got brighter and we all rushed away from the entrance as Plesio flew out of the cave, fully healed and re-energized. Plesio attacked a running Meteor with lasers. She managed to blast Meteor away from us. We noticed that Fury had fled the scene when Plesio flew out, fully charged and ready.

"Plesio zord, all better now." Koda said as we all watched Plesio as she flew around the sky right above us.

"Thanks to a little help from Dr. Runga." Shelby added as we all watched Plesio.

"It may not have been a real dinosaur, but it was..." Dr. Runga trailed off, not knowing how to finish his sentence.

"Awesome!" Tyler provided

"Exactly." Dr. Runga answered. Our dino coms went off and Kendall called us.

"Meteor is attacking the city part of Auckland." She informed us. "But as a mega monster."

"We've got trouble." Chase commented. "Let's see if Plesio will give us a ride." Chase suggested and we ran off towards the direction where Plesio was flying after telling Dr. Runga a quick goodbye. Plesio roared and blasted a beam down to us, so we could teleport to the Plesio zord cockpit easier.

"Dino drive, activate!" We summoned our megazord armor. "Battle mode."

"It's great to finally meet you Plesio." Shelby told the purple zord as we got ready to fight a Mega Meteor once more. Plesio roared in agreement and we all flew towards the city to see Mega Meteor.

"Ha? Think you can stop me?" He asked as we continued to charge at him. The nose of Plesio hit Meteor in the stomach and we flew upwards to get him away from the city.

"Let's shoot him into space where he belongs!" Shelby exclaimed. We managed to get Meteor into space, away from the city and Earth.

"Nice job, but he's not finished yet." Tyler reminded us. "Active Plesio charge Megazord!" We activated the new megazord combination that was on our side with the new zord.

We flew towards Meteor, just as he charged at us. Meteor hit us in the middle and we punched him off of us. We punched him away from us as well. "Deal with this, Spiral galaxy blast!" He attacked us, but we manage to dodge the attack just in time.

"Plesio rocket punch!" We all summoned the attack and the fist of the megazord flew off and towards Meteor in great speed. The rocket punch hit Meteor hard and he was left weakened.

"Let's make space his final frontier." Shelby claimed. We all agreed and pulled out our Dino morphed blasters and Ivan pulled out his Dino saber and we aimed them at Meteor.

"Three..." We started as the Megazord aimed its blaster at Meteor. "Two..." The blaster was fully loaded and ready to go. "One... Galactic Blast!" We summoned the final attack and blasted Meteor with it.

"Not again!" Meteor whined and exploded.

"Monster extinct." Tyler claimed our victory. We all cheered, glad we got rid of another monster and found Plesio today. Plesio transformed back into her normal zord formation and we flew back down towards Earth. We flew over the forests of New Zealand and Plesio dropped us off near our rental home so we could grab all of our things really quickly. Once that was done, we all boarded Plesio once more.

"Sad to say goodbye to New Zealand, Chase?" Shelby asked the black ranger as we flew over the city of Aukland.

"Yeah, but I'll be back soon for Christmas." Chase answered.

"Miss Morgan, we're coming home." Tyler told the scientist as she was still on the common link with all of us.

"Very nice work Rangers." Kendall complimented us. "I'm very impressed that you all retrieved the Purple Energem and the Plesio Zord."

"We get stronger everyday." Riley added.

"Soon we make Sledge extinct too." Korda said. We all agreed with him and Plesio took off towards Amber Beach.
