Bella's POV

Tyler and I just finished our very fun shift at the Dino Cafe this morning. Tyler and I worked this morning cause Kendall assigned me to show Tyler the basics about running the cafe. Tyler and I exited the elevator together to enter base. Shelby, Riley and Chase turned towards us to see who had just walked in. Tyler and I unclipped our energems from our necklaces and let them fly to their designated place in their stands in the small cavern of the wall. "Isn't this great!" Tyler exclaimed. "I get to be a busboy at the cafe." Shelby looked at both of us horrified that we had just finished a shift at the cafe.

"You're late Shelby." Kendall informed her, walking out of the lab area of base. Kendall passed her Dino Cafe uniform. "Please Chase, this is a sterile lab. Not a garage." Kendall scolded the black ranger. Chase picked his skateboard off of the lab table.

"Why are Bella and Tyler dressed to work at the Cafe?" Shelby asked. "We're rangers now, you know, busy saving the world?" Shelby added, trying to get out of working at the cafe.

"Sometimes you all are busy saving the world, and other times you are busy flipping burgers. Today is burgers." Kendall explained. "That's how you blend in so no one suspects your rangers." Shelby groaned.

"Someone say burgers?" I heard Koda ask and we all turned around to see him walk out of his cave, shirtless while holding a blue shirt in hand. Koda stretched while Riley, Shelby and Tyler looked at each other confused. We all had our own rooms here at base, along with extra rooms for new rangers when we find them. They're confused why Koda just walked out of a cave. Chase and I just watched their reactions, amused.

"Koda, do you like... Sleep in the cave?" Tyler asked. Koda pulled the shirt over his head and nodded.

"Yes, my home." Koda explained.

"Koda found the blue energem 100,000 years ago, during the Pleistocene era." Kendall explained to the 3 very confused looking rangers. Koda blew hair out of his face.

"Wait so Koda's a..." Shelby started.

"Caveman!?!?" Riley, Tyler and Shelby finished together. Chase and I grinned by the even more confused look about how the 100,000 year old caveman looked merely like any other normal 18 year old boy.

"Awesome." Tyler said, amazed. Koda smiled even more.

"Really? He's 100,000 years old. That's impossible." Riley tired countering. "When he bonded with his energem, he stopped aging. None of you will age when bonded with your energems." Kendall explained to all of us.

"So I'll stay 18, this job has some great benefits." Shelby exclaimed excitedly. Chase walked up to stand next to her. "And I'll always look like this." Chase said.

"So there are some negatives too." Shelby commented and I burst out into laughter. Chase glared at me playfully. Koda led Tyler, Shelby and Riley into his cave that he called home.

"You know, I actually never got to see the inside." I commented randomly and walked away from Chase and Kendall to follow the others into Koda's home.

"My spears, good for hunting sabertooth tiger." Koda said as we walked past all of the spears that were lined up against the wall. We walked further into the cave and saw where Koda had written on the walls.

"You write on the walls." Tyler said, looking over the simple yet intricate drawings on the wall.

"Petroglyphs." Shelby said and the boys turned towards her, looking confused.

"It's a prehistoric form of writing." I explained in English.

"Yes, I write my story." Koda said and he touched the wall. Tyler suddenly stopped when he saw a specific petroglyph that Koda had written on the wall.

"That one, who is that?" Tyler asked Koda.

"That Fury." Koda answered. Tyler suddenly ran out of the cave, while Shelby and Riley looked at Koda and I for an explanation about who this monster is. "Very bad. He fight to steal energem." Koda explained, touching the energem around his neck.

"Yeah when I first found my energem, he tried to fight us to take mine." I added.

"Same here. He tried stealing mine too." Riley said. Tyler suddenly came back, holding his Dad's journal in his hand, with Chase following.

"Guys, look at this." Tyler said and flipped open the book to a certain page. "Is this him?" He asked, looking at Koda, Chase and I. I looked down at the detailed drawing of Fury. I nodded, answering his question.

"So he was the one who was after your dad?" Shelby asked and I looked at Tyler.

"Fury was after you dad!" I exclaimed. I knew that Tyler's dad had disappeared on his 8th birthday and never made it back to the party, I would know. I was there comforting Tyler about his dad going missing. Before Tyler responded to me, our warning sirens went off.

"That doesn't sound good." Chase said and we all rushed towards the lab room. A projection of Earth popped up and there were several red dots entering Earth's atmosphere. "That definitely doesn't look good." Riley commented and Kendall sent the coordinates to our dino coms. "Sledge?" Tyler asked.

"Maybe, but who knows." Kendall replied. We all filed out one by one, grabbing our dino chargers and energems along the way. We all rushed out to the city and towards the woods that was just outside the city.

"Oh look, it's the rangers." We heard a perky voice say as we walked into view of the monsters. 3 main monsters were in view, along with a bunch of vivixs behind them.

"What are you, a walking lollipop?" Tyler asked the heart shaped monsters who introduced us.

"Well, it's lovely to meet you too, not! I am Poisandra and allow me to introduce the most magnificent intergalactic bounty hunter in the universe." Poisandra announced and something flew down and landed next to Poisandra. "The one and only, my future husband, Sledge!" She introduced the lead monster who wanted to steal our energems for ultimate power.

"This is a joke, right? You're the rangers who defeated my monster?" Sledge asked with a mocking tone, pointing at all of us with a large hand.

"Power Rangers." Shelby corrected. We all laughed a bit and Koda took a deep breath next to me, looks like his caveman instincts were kicking in. He was looking at something in the background and I followed his gaze.

"Fury, up there." Koda told us, nudging Tyler with his arm.

"That's him. The creature in my dad's journal." Tyler mumbled.

"As I was saying, you're the troublemakers who stole my energems." Sledge said, bringing my attention to him again. Suddenly, there was a puff of smoke in front of us, and Keeper walked out of it. "Keeper, it's you."

"The energems belong to no one, especially not you." Keeper said and pointed his finger at Sledge, in a threatening way.

"My dear old friend, you thought that blowing up my ship could stop me, well think again. I waited in deep space for millions of years for a comet to pass, I caught it with my electro nets and rode it all the way to Earth. But it was all worth it because I can finally destroy you and I will leave here with the energems." Sledge explained to Keeper.

"The rangers possess the power of the energems and the strength of ancient dinosaurs. If you try to take the energems, it will be you who is destroyed." Keeper told Sledge and walked back towards us. He suddenly disappeared.

"Keeper..." Shelby whined softly next to me. How are we supposed to take on Sledge? "No problem, we got this... I guess." Riley said.

"Looks like they're gonna cry." A tin can monster, better known as Wrench, sarcastically said and all of the monsters laughed together.

"Bring it on weaklings." Sledge said and they all got into fighting positions. "Dino charger!" I exclaimed, pulling my dino charger out of my pocket to lead everybody else for a moment till Tyler took over. The others followed my lead for a second, but Tyler didn't take over.

"Tyler, what's wrong?" Riley asked.

"Tyler!" Shelby shouted, bringing him out of whatever trance he was in. Tyler blinked and turned to face forward.

"Ready?" He asked, pulling his charger out as well.

"Ready!" We all said in unison. Sledge raised his guns at us. We all push the buttons on our Dino chargers. We loaded them up to our Dino morpher blasters, just as Sledge shot lasers at us.

"Yipee, you destroyed them!" I heard Poisandra say with happiness and glee in her voice.

"You better get your eyes checked! Let's do this!" Tyler exclaimed and we jumped out of the smoke from the attack, in our battle modes. Shelby, Koda and I took care of the vivixs, while Riley and Chase dealt with Wrench. Tyler meanwhile was fighting Sledge. I summoned my Dino saber and connected it to my Dino morpher, and I started to shoot the vivix. Suddenly, I saw Koda being flipped over in the corner of my eye and land, demorphing. While Shelby fought Scrapper, I shot the rest of the vivixs down, taking them all down at once. I saw Shelby flip and demorph as well. Wrench attacked Riley and Chase with a surprise attack, causing them to demorph. Wrench and Scrapper teamed up against me and I disconnected my Dino saber from my Dino morpher.

"Power Slash!" I summoned my attack and slashed Wrench across his middle, while shooting Scrapper with lasers from my Dino morpher blaster. Scrapper ducked away from my next attack and kicked me swiftly on the back, causing me to go flying. I landed roughly on the ground next to Shelby and I unwillingly demorphed. I groaned in pain and rolled over to my stomach. Sledge knocked Tyler off of his feet, disabling his battle mode as well. I pulled myself to my feet, the others followed my lead. We rushed over to our leader and pulled him up to his feet. I kept an arm wrapped around the back of his torso, to support Tyler till he regained his balance.

"I am getting too old for this." Sledge grumbled. "One last warning, rangers! Hand over the energems in one hour or I'll blast this planet into pieces." Sledge threatened us. He started his jets up, but it seemed that Tyler had destroyed one so only one was left working. After a few tries, Sledge successfully flew off and escaped with the rest of his team.

"One hour, how long that?" Koda asked.

"Not long." Shelby replied. "How do we stop him?" We finally made it back downtown to get to base to get advice from Kendall on how to keep Sledge from destroying the planet before our hour was up. "Come on guys, hurry!" Chase told us. We all ran past the main entrance of the museum towards the loading dock. Once we got to the large T-Rex head, I twisted a tooth and the secret door opened up. I slid down into base. One by one, everyone else followed me down. Once we all had put our Dino chargers and energem back into place, Kendall walked up to us.

"Where's Tyler?" Kendall asked.

"He went off on his own. He thought that Fury and Sledge were planning something because he had a hunch that they were up to something." Shelby explained.

"Yeah, we came back here to regroup and think of a plan." Riley added.

"Well, Keeper and I already got that covered." Kendall said and turned away from us.

"What are you talking about Kendall?" I asked, following her towards the lab area after she grabbed our Dino chargers. We all watched her intently as she did something to our chargers as well as the two that Tyler had forgotten to grab on the rush out to confront Sledge.

"With Keeper's help, I've upgraded your Dino chargers using a transmuter. You chargers will now be able to activate a high strength armor mode called Dino Steel." Kendall explained, while passing our newly upgraded chargers to all of us.

"But will it be powerful enough to stop Sledge?" Shelby asked, voicing the question on all of our minds. Kendall gave us a 'Not-Sure' look.

"Maybe, if Tyler hadn't left us." Chase commented.

"He'll be back. Trust me, I know he will be back." I said and the sirens went off. We all rushed over to the computer and a hologram of Earth popped up and it focused down to a certain area where the alien activity was detected.

"Alien DNA detected in the northwest quadrant and Tyler's there too." Kendall informed us. We all glanced at each other worried. The rest of the team had filed out quickly and I grabbed Tyler's upgraded Dino chargers on my way out. We all rushed out to a place not far from base and saw Wrench about to destroy Tyler. Acting on our instincts, we all pulled out our own Dino morpher blasters and blasted Wrench and Scrapper with our laser attacks, protecting Tyler.

"Tyler!" I shouted, gaining his attention towards us. I held my hand out as soon as we reached them and Tyler grabbed it. I pulled him up to his feet. "Are you alright?" I asked.

"Yeah, I think so." Tyler replied.

"Fighting alone? You could've been destroyed, that's why you don't follow hunches." Chase argued with Tyler.

"You're right, but so is my hunch. Sledge wasn't going to give us an hour, that Scrapper creep followed you guys back to base. He's heading off to tell Sledge where our base is so they can steal the energems. That's their real plan." Tyler explained what was really going on.

"So, if you didn't follow Fury..." Shelby started.

"Sledge would be making his way to our base right now, destroying everything and everyone." Riley finished. "You hurt my hubcaps..." Scrapper moaned in pain and we glanced at him and Wrench.

"Uhh, I confused. Hunch bad or good?" Koda asked.

"Right now, it's good." Chase answered, putting his hand on Tyler's shoulder.

"Let's do this, together." Tyler said, ready to lead this battle again.

"Together with a little help from Kendall." I said and pulled out Tyler's updated Dino Chargers. "She developed a new armor mode for us called Dino Steel." I explained and passed them to Tyler and he grinned.

"Come on! Let's get out of here. I've still got to tell Sledge where their base is!" I heard Scrapper exclaim and we all turned towards them.

"Don't count on it." Tyler said and we all lined up, ready to take these metal monsters down. "It's morphin time, Dino chargers ready!" Tyler said and took his place with his dino charger and pushed the button on the charger.

"Ready!" The rest of us said in unison, pushing the buttons on our Dino chargers as well. We loaded them up into our morpher blasters, quickly. We all spun the barrel of our dino morpher blasters to activate the Dino chargers. "Energize! Unleash the power!" We all said together and morphed in our battle mode.

"Power Rangers..." Tyler started.

"Dino Charge!" We finished together, taking our stances.

"Okay guys, let's check out our new armor mode." Tyler commanded and we loaded our updated chargers into our Dino morpher blasters.

Dino Chargers Engaged

"Dino Steel, Armor on!" We said together, spinning the barrels on our arms and our new armor constructed itself on our arms and a new weapon appeared in our hands. Chase had a Para chopper, Koda had a Stego shield, Riley had a Raptor claw, Shelby had a Tricera drill, Tyler had a T-Rex smasher and I had a Brachi bow.

"It's about to get wild!" Tyler exclaimed and we got ready to try out our new armor.

"Vivixs, rise!" Scrapper commanded and two big Vivazords rose into their ugly slimy forms. Tyler turned to Chase.

"Chase use your new Para chopper." He commanded and the rest of us dispersed to take down Scrapper, Wrench and the normal sized vivix. A group of vivix surrounded me and I spun my bow in my hand and smirked underneath my helmet.

"Oh, I'm gonna love this!" I started and I ducked an attack from a vivix. While doing a low roundhouse kick, I pushed a small button and a yellow laser shot out, disintegrating the vivix I aimed at. I did a one handed flip to avoid another laser attack from the vivix and once I was back on my feet, I could tell my bow was powering up with my brachiosaurus dinosaur spirit. "Brachi Bow!" I shouted, summoning my attack. My bow powered up and glowed yellow while I attacked the group of vivix with many short shots of powerful lasers. They all fell and disintegrated. "Guys! I could use some help over here!" Chase yelled. I glanced over at him, I could tell that the attacks were slowing down the vivazords, but his Para chopper isn't strong enough to destroy them.

"It's time to see what my zord can do. Dino charger ready!" Shelby exclaimed, powering up her Dino charger. "Summon Tricera Zord!"

Tricera Charger Engaged

"There she is!" Shelby said as her zord took care of the vivazords, by easily drilling through them. I looked over to Tyler and saw him taking on Scrapper. I hurried over to him, to help him.

"This T-Rex smasher has some bite." Tyler commented as it bite into on side of Scrapper. The smasher let go of Scrapper and I jumped up, my left foot coming up towards my right knee and I delivered a powerful kick to Scrapper's chest, causing him to go flying. I landed on my back, and I launched myself back up to my feet by doing a backbend jump. Koda rushed over to us.

"Tyler, our powers stronger together" Koda said and passed him one of his chargers.

"Combine them?" Tyler asked and he nodded. "Great idea Koda." Tyler loaded Koda's charger into his dino morpher.

Stego Charger Engage

"Dino morpher blaster, final strike!" Tyler yelled and used his Dino morpher blaster and destroyed Scrapper for good. The rest of the rangers regrouped with us. Suddenly, a large beam came down from the sky and Scrapper came back. But only bigger and stronger.

"I'm going to flatten you all!" Scrapper roared.

"He's big, like mammoth." Koda said.

"We'll take care of that. Dino Charger ready! Summon T-Rex zord!" Tyler summoned his zord. Tyler's zord appeared, ready to fight Mega-Scrapper with Shelby's zord.

"Nice entrance Rexy!" Tyler told his zord. Tyler and Shelby jumped into their zord's cockpit.

"That prehistoric piece of junk is no match for me!" Scrapper roared and fought Rexy and Tricera at the same time. As the battle continued on, Koda's Dino Com went off.

"Go for Koda." Koda informed Kendall who was on the other side of the line.

"Koda, call your Stego zord. I think I've found a way to combine your zords." Kendall informed us.

"That great Kendall, we stronger together!" Koda started. "Dino charger ready! Summon Stego zord!" Koda said and threw his charger to his zord.

Stego Charger Engaged

Koda's Stego zord arrived and Chase, Riley and I watched them all intently. "This looks bad." Scrapper said with worry in his voice as Koda's zord attacked him. Suddenly, after a moment of silence, a voice emitted from the zords.

Zords Combine

"Dino Charge Megazord, Tri-Stego formation ready!" I heard the three voices of Tyler, Shelby and Koda say together. My jaw dropped at the sight of the megazord.

"The Dino Charge megazord. Wow." Riley said with amazement present in his voice.

"Impressive." Chase commented, looking up at the megazord. After a fierce but quick battle between the Tri-Stego megazord and Mega-Scrapper, Scrapper exploded and was now gone for good.

"Monster Extinct." Tyler said in our common link. After the zords were sent back and we all demorphed, we headed to the Dino Bite Cafe for our afternoon shifts. We didn't even bother going back to base, seeing that our chargers haven't run out of charge quite yet. Arriving at the Dino Bite Cafe, we were all assigned a job. Koda was on dish duty, Tyler was manning the grill, Chase was cleaning the tables, Riley was making orders and Shelby and I were taking order and taking the food out of the customers. After taking a few more orders, Shelby and I entered the kitchen.

"This doesn't seem right." Shelby said, out of the blue. I passed the new orders that we had taken to Riley.

"What's not right?" I asked.

"Well, we save the world in the morning and then we're here to serve them lunch in the afternoon." Shelby complained, and I smiled.

"You're crazy! It's a blast, look at what I learned." Tyler countered and flipped up a burger up in the air then spun around quickly, only to notice that the burger disappeared. Tyler looked at us.

"Don't look at me." Riley defended himself. We all turned to Koda who had his mouth full. Then he spit out the burger all over us.

"Sorry." Koda said with an innocent smile.

"Koda..." We all whined in unison. Shelby looked at her clothes in disgust while Riley and Chase laughed at her expression. I glanced down at my watch.

"Looks like my shift is over." I said, pulling off my apron.

"Well, what do you know... Our shifts end together." Tyler said, looking at the schedule that Kendall made us. Tyler and I left the rest of the team in the kitchen and walked out of Dino Bite cafe, towards base.

"Now, I really need a shower." I said, picking out the food out of my hair.

"Tell me about it." Tyler said. We entered base, and let our energems fly into their place and put our dino chargers to charge back up. "We need to actually hang out and catch up, not counting the fact we fight evil together." Tyler brought up as we headed back towards our rooms. We both stopped walking in front of our rooms. Mine was right across the hall from Tyler's.

"Since we don't have to work right now, wanna get ice cream after we get cleaned up?" I asked. Tyler's eyes light up and he nods rapidly. We both head to the shower to get ready for us to hang out the rest of the day and catch up.
