This first drawing is really when my drawing skills went from mediocre to slightly less mediocre. From it I learned a lot of drawing skills and also got more practice with perspective. Now at the end of June 2023, this is still probably a work that I like the most.

When I was a little kid and had no digital art apps, I attempted to draw a self-portrait and it went... quite badly. Sometime in late 2022 or the beginning of 2023, I thought of trying it again. So after I had gained more confidence in my art skills, I attempted to draw myself, and got this:

It turned out better than I expected, if I'm being honest. And no, I can never control my hair or tell it what to do.
